Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, Most friendly and helpful manager Mohan sir and Supervisor Jenny mam helped me in many ways right from making a special food for my 1 year old baby and staffs Bagyalakshmi Amma and helper Guru made our stay very special and great .First impression of Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, room space. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. One of the best resort "The Clouds End"

The food was great and they made it sure that we got hot food prepared live in their kitchen. The rooms were clean and hygienic too. The Manager and the staff were very hospitable and made sure we had a comfortable stay. Overall I would give 5 out of 5.
- Mohd (1/5): - If you are lucky enough, you would get cloudy view from this hotel because location of this hotel is exterior of Munnar around 15KM away. In rainy season you would get best valley view. 1. Pathetic Service. 2. Room was not space enough. 3. Room Service will not pick your call. 4. Even you have to ask for towel and basic amanities like wifi password, soap etc. 5. They will not able to provide breakfast or dinner on time. 6. Owner manages two hotel at same time with single kitchen due to this lots of chaos happening there. No one is going to listen your requiremet. 7. Pathetic cleanliness, curtains, bed sheets has lots of stains. 8. No restaurants is nearby, you have to have dinner at hotel only.

Property is situated in a 15 cent of land. Vehicle parking and drive in to property isvery risky and only for expert drivers.. Staffs behavior is very very bad.. Room rent is very high for this room..7000+tax(no break fast,no dinner,no tea and snaks)ALL R CHARGEABLE. Rooms r not clean. .toilet seat is broken. . Totally a bullshit. . - Anonymous (6/5): Good stay for family or friends.. lil pricey with the negatives mentioned. - Location was little off from Munnar and calm, with beautiful view. Approach road right on the highway to Theni. Staff are good. Breakfast is just fine. Amenities in room - No hot kettle, tea bags/coffee, no water (provided after request), 2 electrical switches are provided for lights/fan/power without marking which is confusing, ordered food was mixed up, booked building was overbooked and accommodated in adjacent property, which wasn't bad though. Breakfast options limited.

Not met our expectations. During that time the resort was just newly opened.

- Annette (9/5): Superb home stay with views and great food - Location - superb view and very easy walking distance to Lockhart plantation. Super comfy bed. Hotel is new so beautiful. Excellent food individually cooked for me. Top chef, Renju from Elanza Hotels - best food Iâve had in India especially his egg parotta! Good location for hiking. Iâm sure this will be a top class home stay so be prepared to book well ahead if you want a guarantee room. As its new, not a lot of information available for things to do, and quite a distance if you want to pick up tours in Munnar - though my purpose was to have a 2 centre break in Munnar so didnât really concern me as next stay was otherside of region. Im sure as it gets established this will be a top class home stay!

You are lucky enough if you get left corner room which gives an additional window..complementary breafast was good. The additional food ordered for lunch and dinner was not that much great..

As though we have arrived little early in the weekend Mr.Pushpan (who was excellent in his duty ) some how managed to check in early as possible . The morning Sunrise view from the balcony was truely exceptional . And food was excellent with varieties of choice . Overall it was a memmorable Stay . And i Strongly recommend this resort for all those who are planning for Munnar trip .

The ambiance is absolutely stunning, with lush surroundings and a peaceful, calming atmosphere.Especialy the view from balcony it was an amazing...Embracing foggy vibes, Awesome scenery . Staff Mr Manoj was incredibly professional, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring every need was met with care and efficiency.
