• Mo (10/5): I couldn't recommend this house more. We'll definitely be back. - The house was spectacular. Honestly one of the most comfortable homes we have stayed in. The check-in was seamless and discreet. The home was spotless and the views were unbeatable. It was very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in Algarve. Also, considering all of the previous issues that people have commmented on, the house has really made an effort to accomodate ie. every room has aircon now. I am only including this to have something bad to say, but there could have been a few cleaning towels. Although there were hand drying towels it would have been convenient for clean-up purposes.

(8/5): Um refúgio tranquilo e confortável, ideal para descansar. - Da tranquilidade e privacidade do espaço, da envolvente natural e da piscina, bem como do conforto e amplitude da villa, que proporcionam uma estadia muito relaxante. A comunicação com o proprietário poderia ser mais fluida em alguns momentos, a oferta de canais de televisão era algo limitada e os acessos por estrada poderiam ser mais "confortáveis".

• Lynne (4/5): Lots of space and a was a quiet location. - It was a quiet location and spacious, lovely pool except for the overhanging trees There was no washing liquid for the washing machine, no dishwasher tablets or any of the every day essentials like oil salt pepper sugar all things when you are flying in you don’t have or want to buy. Things that are normally and should be provided. No clothes line or pegs to hang out clothes. There was not even a Cork screw for the wine and most bottles in Portugal have a cork. No air conditioning that is certainly a big downfall. It also took 3 attempts to get the correct code for the lock box and to start with we couldn’t get hold of anyone to help. Also the directions given need to at least have the property number as we drove around for an hour trying to find the place.
• Duarte (7/5): Great rest, great location, AC is needed. - Location was very good, outside area was great, beautiful views and beautiful pool. The place is extremely quiet, perfect for a vacation to recharge. There is no airconditioning in the house. The landlord provided two portable ACs which helped but they were quite noisy and not as efficient as standard AC. It makes no sense not to have AC in the rooms in any property for rent in Algarve in August.

• Ana (8/5): Belle maison, mais des efforts à faire. - La piscine, la maison très spacieuse et bien située avec une belle vue. Maison pas climatisée, malgré deux climatiseurs portables c’était intenable, surtout la nuit. Présence de fourmis dans les deux salles de bain du bas. C’est une belle maison de campagne mais qui mérite plus d’entretien à ce niveau là car pas mal d’insectes. Un monsieur qui débarque un matin (11h) dans le jardin sans qu’on été prévenus pour nettoyer la piscine.

• Hannah (7/5): Beautiful Villa with some improvements needed. - Beautiful villa off the beaten track. Need a car. Lots of space for everyone with comfortable furniture. . Stunning pool and garden. Cleaned well, with decent towels, bedding, etc, as well as hairdryers and bins. Good fridge and washing machine. We got a decent price and we were really pleased for the price we paid. Beautiful flooring throughout. Very hot and uncomfortable with no air con or fans. I knew this before we went, but it really was an extremely hot house and a shame that the one fan at the property didnt work. . There are a huge amount of windows and doors on the house which possibly makes it hotter. No mosquito coverings either and we were bitten alive. Drain in downstairs bathroom smelt awful after one shower, and we couldn't use it again as stank so badly as well as making noise of water coming back up. Really awful smell and no visit off maintenance or solution. No iron and no airer for the clothes to dry. It is very difficult to get any ubers or bolts here. In the end, we just had to drive. If the house had air con and better drainage I'd stay again but without we wouldn't.

• Sonia Custódio (8/5): - Muita privacidade, espaçosa, boa piscina No dia do check out tivemos um problema com a equipa da Limpeza que entrou no espaço apesar de faltar mais de 1h para o check out, informei que ainda não estava despachada e que ainda faltava algum tempo no entanto fui ignorada, abriu o portão e entrou dizendo que tinha de se despachar. Muito inconveniente a senhora.

• Santos (7/5): Great outside area and potential, some things need upgrading - Great pool and outside area. Great having lounges, table and chairs, bbq. The pool was the best bit as it's quite big. The villa size inside is also amazing, enough space for 7 of us to co habitante easily without being on top of each other at all. The location is amazing for families, quiet and still within easy reach of the beach (by car). A few things need improvement: - the lack of air conditioning was very difficult to deal in hotter days. It also affected the comfort at night as we had to keep all windows open which makes it easier for mosquitoes to come in. Sleep wasn't great as the wind with open windows was noisy with the curtains. - there were work men coming in to cut the grass. That would be fine, however we were not notified. We got in the house and noticed an open gate with random people in the grass. It's not great for privacy. - the kitchen is lacking some utensils for cooking and the fridge is not in great condition (things don't get that cold). - the pressure of the tap in the bathroom upstairs is not working properly. - wifi is very very slow. When we tried to watch a movie at night or work in one of the days, we had to use hotspot from mobile data.

• Dream (6/5): Razoável - A vista e a piscina A localização devido aos acessos , a falta de climatizaçao, a falta de televisão, a existência de formigas e baratas.
• Maria (8/5): - Gostei da localização, da área e do conforto da casa. Não gostei do facto de não haver nenhum detergente disponível em casa. Num dia em que foi necessário fazer um desentupimento numa casa de banho, a limpeza que foi feita foi com um detergente da loiça que nós próprios disponibilizamos. Em resposta à nossa queixa a esse respeito, disseram-nos que nos disponibilizariam alguns detergentes, mas em momento algum isso aconteceu. Não gostei também do facto de sentir que as equipas estavam desaticuladas: o nosso contacto informou-nos de que não haveria nenhuma ação de limpeza durante a nossa estadia, mas uma equipa de limpeza apareceu de surpresa a meio do tempo de estadia. Não gostei também da sensação do facto de todas as equipas terem acesso fácil à casa e de entrarem por ali adentro como se a casa estivesse vazia. Deveria haver mais cuidado com a privacidade de quem está dentro de casa.

• Maria Jorge (10/5): Estadia extraordinária com amigos - Gostámos da casa, do jardim, da piscina, da localização, em resumo gostámos de TUDO. É um sítio espetacular para descansar, o local é super tranquilo. Com a piscina, o relvado e espaço envolvente as crianças ficam felizes e brincam muito. Está localizado num ponto alto, onde se vê o mar, e está a 2km do centro de Boliqueime. Tem todas as comodidades necessárias. Não temos nada a apontar, cumpriu o propósito (férias com amigos) e viemos com vontade de ficar. Nos dias mais quentes pode sentir-se falta de ar condicionado.
