• Sabina (10/5): - This place is hidden gem. Wanted to experience life out of bigger cities while on roadtrip whole weekend. Grace is amazing and place is like out of fairtale but still near Firenze and small town with restaurants around. Waking up in nature and having a lovely walk around to discover some great places. So calm and magical really. We will be back (crazy people 😜)

Grace è una persona davvero piacevole e simpatica. I prodotti serviti a colazione sono freschi e buoni. Segnalo un aspetto, che però non è migliorabile. L'ultimo tratto di strada (forse poco meno di 2Km) è in salita e stretto, ero con mio marito ma avessi dovuto guidare io mi sarei trovata in seria difficoltà soprattutto incrociando un veicolo nell'altro senso di marcia.

• Cinzia (10/5): Piacevolissimo weekend in un contesto magico. - Personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Struttura pulita e accogliente, camera pulita. Posizione meravigliosa, immersa nella natura e comoda per visitare Firenze. Il riscaldamento della camera non era abbastanza efficiente….faceva piuttosto freddino.

• Pavel (10/5): Výjimečné - Velmi výjimečné prostředí uprostřed vinic a olivových hájů. Majitelka příjemná a přátelská. Když přijeli další hosté, byli velmi hluční a špatně se spalo. Za to ale v ubytování nemohou. Cesta větším autem není ideální, jelikož Toskánsko obecně má úzké ulice. Obecně nemám žádných výhrad k samotnému ubytování.

• Thierry (8/5): Un havre de calme et de sérénité après l’effervescence de Florence. - La situation proche de Florence tout en étant au calme et en pleine nature. L’accueil chaleureux. Le confort de la chambre. Juste un point pour lequel l’hébergeur n’est pas directement responsable mais qui gâche un peu le séjour : il faisait froid dans la chambre qui n’était pas chauffée comme l’exigerait la loi italienne (pas de chauffage avant le 15 novembre). Heureusement il y avait un chauffage d’appoint dans la salle de bain qui permettait de se laver dans de bonnes conditions.

• ISABELLE (8/5): - L'emplacement sur une colline dans la campagne toscane au milieu des oliviers, à quelques km de Florence. Le calme, la vue, le jardin et le parking à disposition. L'accueil et la disponibilité de Grâce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable ainsi que ses explications pour nous rendre à Florence en bus. Le réfrigérateur dans la chambre. La chambre avec des fenêtres en hauteur ne permettant pas d'apprécier la vue. Le matelas à ressorts inconfortable. L'absence de bouilloire dans la chambre Le Wi-Fi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien dans la chambre.

• Michele (10/5): Toute la splendeur de la Toscane - Super endroit! L’appartement est génial avec toutes les commodités.L’emplacement est magnifique, les terrasses, les jardins autour wow! Il ne faut pas oublier la gentillesse de notre hôte Nous recommandons la place sans hésiter Seul petit bémol, si vous arrivez de soir, la route n’est pas large et cahoteuse. Un conseil, arrivez de jour, c’est plus facile!
• Alex (8/5): Lovely stay! - Beautiful location. Quiet. Grace was absolutely lovely. The only negative I found was that the internet speed was awful. Less than 1mbps at best and often worse. For those of us who need to catch up on work while we’re on holiday this was a real problem but it’s not an isolated issue in Italy.

• Paula (9/5): A very comfortable stay away from the bustle of Florence, made extra special by the pool and surrounding Countryside. - Grace was a wonderful host and made us feel very welcome. The B&B is in a beautiful location, set amongst olive trees on the hillside. It was a real treat to sit by the pool and relax during the day. In the evenings we caught the bus into Firenze, it runs every 30 minutes from the bottom of the hill. We had a car and used this to drive up and down the hill as it’s quite steep and would take a good 20 to 30 minutes on foot. The road is narrow, so drive with care. The bus takes about 20/25 minutes to get the centre of Florence.

W pokoju powinny być też podstawowe naczynia jak szklanki oraz czajnik aby zrobić sobie kawę czy herbatę. Dojazd do pensjonatu wymagający, Wi-fi średniej jakości.

• Felix (10/5): Perfect getaway from the city - We love that the property is away from the city and it’s very quiet, we felt like we truly escaped and found peace staying here, even just for one night. I’ll totally be back if i ever come back to Florence. Nothing.
• Dhananjay (9/5): Superb - Actually it would have been a great stay on its own but we were there to visit Florence and hence couldn't enjoy it as much as we should have. There is a tiny but very efficient kitchenette in the room with all that one needs to fix a quick snack. Nothing comes to mind. Just be warned that the beautiful road to the property is narrow.

• Jeannie (4/5): An agricultural escape but not an overnight stay to comfort after a hard drive - Had to pay extra if we wanted breakfast Nice views of the countryy The road there was so narrow we had to reverse 200 metres because a caravan could not get through . It was quite some way from Fiesole. At least 30 minutes. The road leading to the farm from the already impossible road (hoot before you approach a corner, single track road with exceedingly poor surface). The road is not suitable for a modern car - a tractor or Land Rover could manage. There was only one chair in the room, nowhere to put a suitcase- let alone 2 - no safe

• Jehangir (10/5): Exceptional - - Grace (the host) is AMAZING and made our stay comfortable special… she’s kind and friendly and has created the most amazing guesthouse in Tuscany - You feel like you are lost in the Tuscan countryside but you are a 10/15 minute walk to grocery stores, cafes and a couple of good restaurants - It is unbelievably peaceful and beautiful (great for keen walkers) - Breakfast is both filling and delicious (all handmade by Grace) - Rooms decorated brilliantly (and have air conditioning) - As you can tell, we loved it and felt extremely at home - Vineyard 100yd away for wine tastings etc - Nothing. It was perfect.

Based on how they did these rooms it will be very nice and charming. Not a huge thing, but it would be cool if we were allowed to interact with or learn about the agricultural aspects. A little path or self-guided info tour might be fun for us curious type people. Laundry somewhere nearby would be a perk as well.

• Patry (10/5): Charming. Grace is a wonderful host ! - Grace was a wonderful host. Il Viaio is a cute, charming, calm and peaceful spot. There is a wineyard nearby (5 min walk) which is nice as well. Breakfast were soooooo good as well ! I’ve seen more comfortable bed but it was not a big deal for us. Also, the rooms are not so much soundproof and there was an 11 months old baby crying a LOT when we where there. I feel this kind peaceful of place should be a “crying free” resort but this is just my opinion. Overall we still LOVED our experience!

• Ioan (8/5): Very good - The place is really nice and host is very helpful. The location is a bit remote. The nearest services for shopping and cooked food purchase do not always display prices so they'll overcharge if they get a chance.
• Melissa (9/5): With a few more amenities, including some extra food for purchase, would stay again. - Loved the pool and quiet area. Breakfast was great as well. The hill to walk up and I loved/hated that it wasn’t closer to town. The bus was super easy though.
• Kelly (8/5): Stunning Views and a Fabulous Hostess - If you are looking at staying somewhere a little out of Florence and away from The Hustle and Bustle of the city this is perfect . Grace is a fabulous hostess and is more than happy to help anyway she can. The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast a delight with many home made products from Grace. It’s is a long walk with luggage from where the busy drops you from town and it’s uphill so I would suggest getting a taxi. This is easy from the station but more difficult from the accommodation so book with plenty of time as sometimes they cancel. All and all a lovely place to stay with stunning views Hard to get a taxi to the staton
• Sarah (8/5): Beautiful location, friendly hosts, clean and comfortable - it’s in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. it’s really clean and tidy, has comfy beds, a good shower and air conditioning. the swimming pool is lovely too. if you don’t have a car, it’s a long walk up a steep hill with heavy bags. if you visit without a car, it’s best to get the bus to girone as the walk up that way isn’t as bad. we got the train from Florence to compiobbi and the walk up the hill that way was really tough going. I think the breakfast was a bit expensive and there aren’t any shops nearby to avoid it. a kettle in the room would’ve been great too.
• Howard (10/5): Wonderful stay with a gracious host. - Grace was very friendly and helpful with ground travel planning. The breakfasts were incredible with home made cakes, juices, and jams. The rooms were not straightened between days of our stay and towels were not refreshed.

The staff is very friendly and will help You with tips on getting around Fir - A very nice agriturismo, about 15 minutes by car to the center of Firenze. The apartment was very nice and spacious, decorated with antique furnitures. The bathroom was also very big and clean. nothing to say here

• Shir (10/5): Exceptional - The location was serene, in the middle of olive groves and vineyards. Just a short bus ride from the center of Florence. The hostess was fabulous, had a lot of recommendations, and was really helpful. The breakfast was all homemade, ingredients included. The room was spacious and very clean with a view to the olive groves. It included a small kitchenette, which was a wonderful bonus. Although there is a bus nearby, it is a 15 minutes walk away with a narrow road on a steep hill, so a car is recommended to reach the bus.

Also small playground for the kids and super close to Florence city but still remote and peaceful. I single bed in one room and the double and other single in another room, would be better for our family if the single beds were in one room and the double bed in separate room but not a major issue.
