Miss Benedetta was so lovely and welcoming from the moment we arrived, making us feel at home straight away. The location was also perfect for exploring the city. We will definitely come back here next time we are in Rome!

• Guest (6/5): - 房间空间比较大，全程自行办理入住，与房东协商后也可以提前办理入住。 距离地铁站步行10分钟，30分钟可到达火车站。 有电梯，楼下有超市和两家餐厅。 卫生间没有置物架，自己带的沐浴露洗发水等物品没有放置的地方； 浴室的毛巾没有每天更换； 饮用水只有第一天有，后续没有补充； 淋浴水不够热，连续两个人洗澡的话第二个人会遇到水不热的情况，洗到最后几乎是冷水。

• Lisa (9/5): Great location - Superb location, clean & spacious, loved the balcony (rm 400). Staff were very responsive. The only negative was the house keeper didn’t lock our door when she left. I messaged the host & they apologised & ensured this didn’t happen again. The door is internal & not the main entrance to the apartment so not too big an issue.

• ana (10/5): - Very practical and clean, with fast internet, strong water pressure, and an excellent location close to bus and metro stations. There’s also a convenience store right on the corner—perfect if you need water, soft drinks, or even a last-minute deodorant 😂. If you’re only in Rome for a few days, this place has everything you need, since you won’t be spending much time in the room. The main attractions are all nearby, and once you get the hang of the metro, getting around is super easy. Be ready, though—you’ll be exhausted by the end of the day! A visit to the Colosseum easily takes 4 hours on foot, the Vatican at least 3 hours. There’s just so much art and history packed into every square meter, so come prepared both physically and mentally 😂. Bernedetta , the host, is absolutely wonderful—, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything you might need. A 10/10 experience!

• Tom (9/5): Perfecte uitvalbasis voor je bezoek aan Rome - De accommodatie ligt dicht bij een metrostation (San Giovanni) en dicht bij het treinstation van Rome (Roma Termini). Van hieruit kun je zeer makkelijk Rome ontdekken. De kamers waren groot, de airco (zeer belangrijk in het warme Rome!) was zeer goed en we hadden rolluiken. Het was dus fijn om na een lange, warme dag, te kunnen slapen en rusten in een perfect gekoelde en verduisterde kamer. Alle tv-kanalen (netflix, amazon, Disney+, ...) waren gratis ter beschikking. Om het ontbijt te nemen, kregen we een tip van de eigenaar. En als je eens de real "Roman/Italian experience" wilt beleven, moet je er zeker naar toe. Voor een toerist/buitenstaander een beetje chaotisch maar vooral zeer lekker en charmant.

I was very late on frist day check in but one guy come from home. Later during check out One lady helped me to book taxi & even come with me to downstairs to help me. • David (9/5): - Nice and clean room - modern and spacious that’s close to a supermarket, bus stops and 5-6 min walk to train station. Staff is nice and helpful. My last night the people in the room next door were very noisy and it was easy to hear them.
• Sabina (9/5): Nice stay in a good location - The location (metro only 250m away), near the magnificent Basilica San Giovanni in Luterano. You should visit it, because it is even more beautiful than St. Pietro. The apartment was clean, beds comfortable, mini fridge in the room, set of 3 towels, toiletries... No glasses in the room, the barhroom a tiny bit too small.

Netālu tramvaja pietura, mītnes vieta atrodas starp divām metro stacijām. Pietiekami liels, tīrs numurs dzīvojamās ēkas stāvā, kurā izvietotas vēl citas izīrējamas istabas. Ērta gulta. Labs gaismekļu izvietojums. Pietiekami sarežģīta iekļūšanas sistēma, kas nedarbojas bez interneta pieejas telefonā. Bieži dzirdamas speciālo dienestu mašīnu sirēnas, bet dzīvas ielas tuvumā tā, saprotams, nav mājokļa īpašnieku vaina.

La verdad es que las almohadas efectivamente eran bien incomodas, no sé que material serían, pero amanecí todos los dias con el cuello molido :(

Se gosta de caminhar dar para vê todas as atrações turistas. Eu fui ao Vaticano de ônibus a pé e voltei passando pelas praças famosas de Roma, coliseu… Eu não consegui ligar o ar-condicionado.. Cheguei às 20:30, no hotel. Após o horário do check-in. Então, fiquei entregue a própria sorte. Tentei entrar em contato para pedir ajudar, sem sucesso. É informatizado. No segundo dia foi perfeito. O ar voltou a funcionar. O quarto ficou perfeito!!

Douche spacieuse. Le balcon avec vue est sympathique. Bon emplacement avec cafés, métro, bus et tram à proximité et à 20min à pied du Colisée. Communication très fluide avec les hôtes. L’ouverture de la porte a été compliquée via l’app, mais cela s’est réglé rapidement grâce au l’assistance accessible rapidement par téléphone
