Avevo inviato un messaggio in struttura per chiedere gli orari della navetta che dall’aeroporto conduce all’hotel, ma ho ricevuto risposta soltanto il giorno dopo il nostro arrivo, ovvero quando ormai non era più necessario. Siamo arrivati all’aeroporto di Marsiglia alle 22:20 e solo allora ci hanno avvisati che il servizio navetta era terminato. Abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi e pagare 25 € per raggiungere l’hotel. Preciso che l’hotel è vicino all’aeroporto (7minuti di auto) ma lontano dai mezzi di trasporto pubblico. Pulizia inesistente. L’hotel sembra un ospedale. La moquette presente in camera è piena di polvere, in bagno abbiamo trovato degli insetti morti. Nella zona adibita alla colazione è presente un pavimento plastificato che appare sporco e appiccicoso. Il giorno della partenza abbiamo deciso di usufruire della piscina ed è stata una pessima idea perché i controlli sono inesistenti. In piscina c’erano 3 bambini soli, senza genitori nei paraggi, che nuotavano e giocavano tuffandosi ripetutamente e schizzandomi più volte l’acqua sul viso. Ho chiesto loro gentilmente di evitare di schizzare l’acqua e per tutta risposta hanno continuato. Sono dovuta andare in reception per segnalare l’accaduto e dopo l’intervento del personale i bambini hanno smesso di comportarsi in maniera incivile. Pensavo fosse terminata lì e invece la mamma dei bambini è andata a lamentarsi in reception e ha iniziato ad urlare e inveire contro di me perché a suo dire avevo rimproverato i figli ingiustamente senza avere nessun diritto. In tutto ciò, il personale non è intervenuto ma è rimasto ad osservare. Trovo il tutto assurdo e vergognoso.

• Myr64 (5/5): - room was good for what we needed. Breakfast was great, very good selection. We paid for room, dropped off our luggage then were returning rental car to terminal area. We requested the shuttle & were advised by reception staff that it ran every 30 minutes & to simply use the call button at the shuttle area near terminals. We called for the shuttle at 17:10 & several times thereafter, there was no answer. At 17:50 one of us went into terminal for assistance at information booth (to call the hotel for us as we were unable to complete international calls on our cell phones). The shuttle arrived at 18:20 & after expressing our frustration, the driver blamed us, was argumentative, saying we were not entitled to shuttle transportation. Very disappointed by this & frustrated (as we were clearly following instructions given to us by the reception staff).

Le lieu est assez vieillot selon moi. il n'y avait pas de distributeur de boissons, pas de bouteille d'eau. Juste une fontaine à disposition à l'accueil. La clim pas très efficace. Gros point noir mais cela n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel, notre vol a été retardé et du coup nous sommes arrivés après les services de la navette et donc dans l'obligation de prendre un taxi. Ce taxi a été un danger public, il a roulé à fond sans ce soucier de nous car il estimait que la course n'en valait pas la peine et il n'avait pas envie de la faire. il nous a quand même pris 20€.

Me disant qu’elle m’avait vue aller déjeuner trop tard et que j’aurais dû déjeuner plus rapidement: ON HALLUCINE!!!

J'ai l'habitude de m'y rendre régulièrement, j'ai constaté une dégradation au fil du temps, manque d'entretien ou de renouvellement du mobilier, Pour le petit-déjeuner, sur trois machines il n'y en avait pas une qui marchait, lorsqu'une machine a été remise en route, il a fallu attendre pour prendre un café dû au monde qui attendait.
