• Roberta (9/5): Great experience - Everything was perfect. The apartment is just one room, but it is so well designed that it immediately makes you feel at home. It has everything you need within easy reach, and all the smallest details are carefully thought out. I particularly appreciated the washing machine, which came in very handy during my stay. It is located in a quiet residential area full of supermarkets, bakeries, bars, and everyday shops, and it is not touristy at all. I really felt at home and would definitely recommend it. If I had to point out a minor improvement, I would suggest adding something to block the view of the neighboring balcony, for more privacy for both sides.

• Ειρήνη (9/5): - Φτάσαμε 1 το βράδυ στο κατάλυμα,έξω είπε πολύ κρύο και μπαίνοντας ήταν ήδη ανοιχτή η θέρμανση,πράγμα που μας έκανε αμέσως να νιώσουμε πολύ άνετα.Ο χώρος καθαρός,είχε οτιδήποτε χρειαζόμασταν.Οι οδηγίες κατά την άφιξη σαφέστατες οπότε δεν δυσκολευτήκαμε καθόλου να μπούμε μέσα.Επίσης η περιοχή είναι ασφαλέστατη,εμείς περπατήσαμε και αργά το βράδυ με άνεση.Θα το προτιμήσουμε ξανά. Ίσως τα μαξιλάρια είναι πολύ μαλακά αλλά αυτό είναι η προσωπική προτίμηση.
• Dimitrios (8/5): No proper heating - Compact but still comfortable apartment in matter of space and facilities. Big windows for natural light and big balcony. We believe that the suite was cold during our stay there, especially the floor. The central heating was off, making it uncomfortable to be anywhere in the appartement but in the bed under the blanket with air-condition open all the time.

• Edward (7/5): Stop ringing my door bell at all hours - I like the location of grocery stores. The noise from someone banging on the wall. People ringing the door bell at all hours of the night and day, people delivering food or people from B1 or other apartment with no number. Saw a woman at 3am trying to turn the light on. That switch should be painted bright to be seen

• Magdalena (10/5): Perfect - The apartment was very clean, all necessary appliances was provided and utilities to clean. Very good communication with the owner. I'm solo female traveling so I was looking for a save area to stay and I was not disappointed by the neighbourhood-very safe. The only thing missing was a big mirror but still rating this apartament as 10:)
• Raquel (10/5): Amazing stay - Had an amazing stay, the studio is new, full equipped, easy check in, responsive landlord, could live in this place, totally recommend
• Thea (9/5): - Check-in and check-out were super smooth because the instructions are provided ahead by the host. The place is conveniently located within Athens and just less then 25 min walk from key tourist areas. The room was also complete with necessary appliances and basic home items like coffee and detergent. It was a very peaceful area and the supermarket and metro station are only a few minutes walk. The train to the airport was also only less than a 10-min walk. Overall a great experience! The WiFi was intermittent and needed to troubleshoot by turning it off / on every now and then.
• George (9/5): Very good overall! - The location is excellent especially for tourists visiting Athens as the location is central and with great accessibility but in a quiet neighbourhood. The flats are made for short term bb booking but they are good quality. The bed could be better but was acceptable. The location and the value for money will satisfy most. The apartment needed a couple of tall stools for people that need to work on their laptops in the breakfast bar area. The wifi was problematic - not sure if it was shared but there were often drop outs and I would not trust it for high stakes work.

• Eloy (8/5): - Lo mejor es que el estudio es bastante moderno. La calefacción funciona muy bien. El agua de la ducha salía muy caliente. Nos dejaron agua y una bolsa de hielo en la nevera. Sin duda como en otros comentarios,el molesto vecino de arriba,que se dedica a hacer ruido a altas horas de la noche (12-01h) de la madrugada,y así todos los días siendo bastante molesto. Si sales al balcón,la vista de la casa de el vecino,no es lo más agradable y no da sensación de seguridad.

• Παναγιώτα Ονησιφόρου (10/5): - Από που να αρχίσω είμαι ευχαριστημένη απο τις παροχές είχε όσα αναγράφονται, το διαμέρισμα υπέροχο πεντακάθαρο ο ιδιοκτήτης πάντα πρόθυμος και εξυπηρετικός δεν βρήκα καμία δυσκολία και έχω να πω ότι ήταν η πιο ήσυχη γειτονιά που υπάρχει στην Αθήνα δεν άκουγες ούτε καν το διπλανό σου. Κοντά στο κέντρο 30 λεπτά περπάτημα. Όλα υπέροχα το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα
• Kathe Morton (9/5): If I went back to Athens, I would definitely return to this location. - Fairly close to the subway station and a short ride into the city center with all the attractions. The apartment is well-equipped and modern. Good privacy and it has a lift.

The room and facilities were extremely comfortable and clean, there was everything I needed for my trip, fully equipped kitchen and even laundry machine. The area is quiet but very accessible. The center can be reached easily and fast by many different ways or even by foot. Supermarkets and coffee places are also very close.

• Ruxandra (10/5): The best place I've ever stayed in Athens - Amazing open-plan apartment, perfect for 2 people maximum, with key box access. Very well located, in a very, very quiet area, in a very quiet building, consisting only of new apartments, at 2 metro stops from Monastiráki and the center of Athens. Very well equipped, with a foldaway 2-person bed, storage space for clothes on either side of the bed, coffee table, a chair, a fully-equipped kitchen with little cute dining area, double hob and oven, mini percolator for making coffee. Coffee, spices, oil and vinegar available. Crockery for 3 (small plates, large plates, soup plates, converts, large knives, a medium saucepan, a stewpot, a colander, two small frying pans, a large fridge). A shower room, with sink, shower, toilet, all new, towels and hairdryer provided. Armoured door, central heating and air conditioning, a large balcony, a table and two chairs on the balcony, a broom and also an iron and a mini board! And a washing machine. Secure building with code, elevator. The host was extremely kind, very available, and quickly helped me with any questions I had. And art very good price. I will definitely come back. A microwave can be very helpful. Some hairs on the mattress. But everything was perfect.

The cleaner had car problems on the day and it was not cleaned after previous people until 5pm on our day of arrival. Shower was not clean, long hair left on floor thru out apartment. No tea towel for kitchen.

• Clothilde (9/5): A very comfortable studio flat with balcony, walking distance from conference centre Peiraios 360 - I arrived really late so it was great that I could let myself in without having to coordinate a meeting with my host. My host organised an airport transfer for me at a reasonable price. The driver communicated with me and found me easily even though my flight was delayed by an hour. I really appreciated the remote checkin option and webpage used to share all the relevant information about my accommodation. Everything worked smoothly and my host made sure I understood how to let myself in and had everything I needed. They also gave me important information about what assistance would be available to me if I happened to lock myself out, though I didn't need it it was good to know exactly what would happen if I did. The wifi code didn't work, I was given a network name that did not appear and when I inputted the network name that shows on the router the supplied password did not work. So I had no wifi in the accommodation which could have been bad but in the end I was out all day so it didn't matter. My only complaint was that there was no bedside lamp, I like to read in bed before going to sleep and this was not very comfortable without a bedside lamp. There is a socket to the left of the bed so it would be good to add a standing lamp by the bed for guests to read, then be able to put out the light without getting out of bed.

• Marcial (9/5): Very comfortable studio apartment close to sights and transpo. - Close proximity to many Athens attractions: Acropolis and other ruins in the area, lots of restaurants. We walked everywhere except to the Pier. Public transportation and groceries were only a couple blocks away. The instructions for check-in were excellent, very clear. The property reached out a couple of times with info. We also used the transfer system for the airport on the last day. Good communication. No complains, but it would be nice if the Wi-Fi worked and if the stair lights stayed on a little longer. We used the stairs and it turned off on us a couple times.
• Vakhtang (10/5): comfortable and safe - everything is considered in thus flat and u will find everything u need when traveling… starting wish washing machine finished with all the necessary supplies. neighborhood is very safe and calm and 5 min from metro and from this station u will be in 2-3 min to Monasteraki square (city center) and 15-20 min to the port. i do recommend 🤗

• Scott (8/5): A great property and a friendly, responsive host. I’d stay here again. - The is an apartment in a neighborhood, so it’s a different experience than a hotel room in a tourist district. Note that there is only one restaurant within a 7 minute walk of the apartment, and that the other options are grocery stores (there are several within a 7 minute walk) or the higher-priced restaurants near the acropolis. The acropolis and related things are about a 20 minute walk away. The blackout curtain was very effective, and the washing machine and drying rack were very useful. I encountered an issue with slow wifi and the host quickly brought me a WiFi hotspot to use instead. The host was very friendly and responsive. I’d stay here again. The bathroom had a persistent sewage smell, as though the shower didn’t have a P-trap installed in the drain. Keeping the bathroom door closed and the fan running prevented the smell from spreading.

• Derwyn (10/5): Perfect apartment to explore Athens and surrounds. - The location and access to the Athens Metro (A short walk, then only 2 x stops to Monastiraki Sq) was a great bonus/feature. The local neighbourhood revealed some true gems and although we didn't explore it extensively, we found some great restaurants and bars very close and great value. There were plenty of shops to get any provisions as well. No Bottle Opener / Corkscrew - This was provided within 24 Hrs after we messaged the host though. No Microwave - Useful for re-heating food from the restaurants. No door numbers - I remembered we were in Unit C1 but the lift was in floor numbers (0,1,2,3,4,5) and there was nothing on the door to confirm it was C1. After a long trip, it is difficult to remember every small detail from other messages and the video. Also, for international travellers, we don't always have internet setup on phones immediately on arrival, especially late night arrivals. We only managed to organise a data SIM later the first day in the city.

• Monaghan (7/5): Small efficient apartment that puts you in the "real Greece" and a short walk to all the tourism. - There were two apartments next to each other, numbers on the door would have helped, but once I figured it out it was easy. After doing the entry process once it was simple and made my stay feel very safe knowing not just anyone could enter the property. The property is new, but the cleaners (who in fairness to the host were sub-contractors) hadn't gotten to the property yet. I had to wait and I was very tired. Once they did make it they were quick and thorough.

• A (8/5): Very good - Location is great. Studio is small but cozy. Just two metro stops to the center. Host was always available and supportive. Check in and check out super easy. We stayed for a week and the cleaning was offered to us for an additional costs of 36€. I would like if the cleaning would be included in case of a longer stay.

• Jere (8/5): Very good - The apartment was very clean and matched the pictures. The balcony is big and has plenty of room to enjoy a breakfast or a drink in the evening. There is a metro station is a short walk away and the airport metro is also a 15-20 minute walk away so exploring the city is very easy. The check-in process was very easy with the access codes and lock boxes. The wifi was quite slow and unusable at times, I would not rely on the wifi.

Good host - Location was perfect.very easy to take public transport from there or taxis.very comfy bed and pillows.lots of towels, hot water. It needed instructions , like how to turn on the hot water. Fuse boxes in greece are not like in North America. So I had no idea how to turn on the hot water. But they came by and fixed it for me. There were no maps or tourism guides. Also there are no beside lamps or tables because it's an all in one bed and cupboards furniture. I used a stool as one but it worked fine.

• Stephen (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean apartment easy fast check-in. Very secure and had a nice balcony. High-speed internet and a more comfortable chair to work from would make this a perfect stay.

The location is fantastic for reaching key points in the city. It was a nice local area experience, with great supermarket and local bakery and coffee shop nearby. The apartment was clean, modern, and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The host, Nasos, was very responsive to us via the Booking.com app. Happy with our stay. Wifi could've been stronger for us.

The location is good and quiet I contact them from the First time that hot water not working they asked me to do what instructions said i did it already but still nothing changed the second day I Contacted them again to tell them about this issue , they inform me that they fixed it ! Again the problem was still there .. the result was 2 nights and days without hot water ! They offer me 10% discount for the next booking ! simply tragic !
