• Leonardo (9/5): - Appartamento comodo, in ottima posizione - vicinissimo l'accesso alla metro e ad altri bus con cui ci sposta facilmente. Tutto come da foto, pulizia e dotazioni eccellenti. In casa una atmosfera rilassata e accogliente. Quartiere tranquillo molto vicino a S.Pietro e musei vaticani, in ogni ci si muove con facilità e rapidità in tuttà la città. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Non abbiamo trovato nulla di negativo
• karina (3/5): La casa de una abuela - La ubicación está bien ya que pasa el metro muy cerca Llegue y no podíamos acceder al apartamento. No tienes a nadie a quien llamar te dan un número de móvil y nadie contesto. Cuando logre tener Internet pude pasar al edificio eso si después de entrar muchas veces a las explicaciones que te envían donde te saltan promociones y publicidades El apartamento es muy viejo si bien tiene todo lo necesario esta todo muy viejo y usado. Estaba limpio y las camas confortables. Los enchufes dan miedo a electrocutarte. Ya ni hablar de los baños que te quedan los pies colgando como un niño en una la silla.
• Sarah Teider (10/5): Excelente, mas CARO! Como levar sua casa para Roma! Paz!!! - Fomos muito felizes! Localização boa, próxima ao metrô mesmo! Supermercados, farmácia... mas o Vaticano não está a uma distância a pé!!! São 30 minutos porque tem muro fechado! O apartamento é bem grande, limpo, confortável, decorado, completo com tudo que você precisar. O atendimento foi excelente, a luz cai se você usar a lavadora e o chuveiro, mas me atenderam rápido todas as vezes que precisei. A chave do dijuntor está atrás de uma pintura! O ar condicionado é central, tudo fica com a mesma temperatura. Apesar de já fazerem, Sugiro explicarem melhor, mais claro, como funciona o aquecedor de água, onde ligar e desligar, o disjuntor, o ar condicionado... fazer algo mais gráfico e visível.

• Gillian (8/5): Very good - The key to open the front door of the property is only via a smart phone. This left us perplexed as to what one would do if a. you didnt have any battery left, b. you didnt have a smart phone.
• Angela (8/5): Pleasant stay at Cipro Apartment - The apartment was very nice , clean and comfortable. Very good location. The water flow of the shower was low and the water often cold despite the boiler was working.

• Nick (4/5): Bad Experience, dirty and not well managed. - The apartment is nicely located within 2 minutes of the Metro station, with plenty of shops and supermarkets near. If the management was better, it would be a real bargain. The management of the place needs to be taken care of. The apartment has a lot of potential but the managing company is nowhere near as good as it should be. The host failed to meet us on time of the apointment and we had to wait for him on the road. The apartment needs a lot more thorough cleaning. Hair on the bed linen, dirty sheets on the beds. There was mould in the fridge (A LOT OF IT). When we tried to take a bath, there was NO hot water at all. we tried contacting the host, but no response. After a lot of looking, we found out that there was a boiler in the balcony which was turned off. After that we discovered that hot water was only running in one of the two bathrooms. in the second bathroom, there was no hot water at all. We paid for an apartment with 2 bathrooms because we were 2 couples and we only got 1 bathroom working. Worst thing was that we never heard back from the host about our problems. Until today, no response about that from the host. Only an automated response that he is unreachable and that we could send an email. In total a rather bad experience.
• Airida (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was spacious and in a good location overall, we were able to walk home from the oldtown by foot, close to Vatican. A good coffee/pastry shop few minutes away. We were able to leave our luggage in the apartment before our checkin time. The apartment has very mixed cleanliness levels, for example bathroom was quite clean, but the fridge, kitchen tools were dirty, wardrobes had bad smell, the pillows on the sofa had spots, cuirtains were hanging unkempt. Though the guide book inidacates a fine for not cleaned dishes on checkout. The person who let us in the apartment gave instructions and then later manager via booking gave opposing instructions were to leave the keys. The instructions in the home guidbook were also not accurate, due to that it was not clear were to find the hot water boiler or how to turn it on. There were two bathrooms, but we managed to get hot water only in one of them and there was no shower cuirtain. The neighbors listened to TV realy laud untill late pm,

• Christopher (10/5): Will stay again. - Location was perfect, staff were very professional and understand with regards to time. The living room was dark only 1 of 3 lamps were working.
• Ann (5/5): We would not stay here again if we return to Italy. - We enjoyed the location. Easy access to most things . Metro was close by even though we did not use. We had a rental car so sometimes parking was a problem. Closest parking garage was about a block but pricey. Building was very secure and the door to the apartment was very secure. Also there was an elevator which made going up an down a breeze. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. The apartment needs quite a bit of upkeep. Shower in second bathroom did not work at all and NO hot water. Water was extremely cold. The shower had mold in the corners. Main bath had a tub so we were out of luck as we do not take tub bath. No shower curtain so the floor got wet. It was quite a chore taking a bath daily. There is a washer available but the location was very odd. You can do your laundry while using the toilet. Not very sanitary to me. The toilet in the main Bathroom made a loud noise when you flushed it and takes a while to refill. It woke me in the night when someone used it. This apartment is NOT for anyone who has a disability and uses a wheelchair or have problem stepping up as both the toilet and the shower is in a step up location. The kitchen The freezer was very disgusting. Not sure when it was last cleaned. They had some snacks on the fridge and it seemed to be there a while. The dishcloth was deplorable. I am assuming it was once white. We used paper towel to do most things. The curtains in bedroom and living room falling off hooks and the second bedroom had a big rolled up carpet against the wall. The apartment was not very welcoming. Needs a Proper CLEANING. I’ve have been in Italy 15 days now and this the worst place we have stayed so far. We called and complained and someone came and cleaned the freezer, changed the shower head in second bedroom (STILL NO HOT WATER) and the mold is still there. They repaired a broken lampshade. We would have loved to spend time on balcony but not very inviting.
