They gave us very clear instructions and helpful advises. Apartment is very clean and has all necessary for comfortable stay
• ELEFTHERIOS (10/5): Just perfect - The place itself is amazing both exterior and interior. All facilities are more than enough. The host was great, helpful and kind before and during the stay. Would 100% recommend this place to anyone, I’ll definitely be visiting again.

Located in a very quiet spot on the hill, yet right in the heart of the island — close to the beach, shops, and nightlife. Spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities you could need. The host was exceptional — kind, polite, and respectfully discreet throughout my stay. The indoor shower is a bit narrow, but there is also a very spacious outdoor shower available.

• Maria (9/5): - The apartment has super nice views and it has easy access with car. Maria, the host, was super nice to us and helpful. The apartment was super clean and everything smelled amazing, it had all the necessary amenities( even to prepare coffe!).The beds were super confortable too. I would repeat as soon as possible! The shower was a bit small and the curtains were sticking to your body, but apart from that, all perfect.

• ILIAS (10/5): A stunning view! - A wonderful house, in perfect harmony with the island. Maria welcomed us to the house after first contacting us to give us directions from the port to the house, which were easy to follow. Friendly and smiley, she provided us with useful information about our stay and the surrounding area. The house was clean and had all the essentials. The most beautiful and impressive about the property was the stunning view of Korissia! We thank Maria for everything and truly appreciated the late check-out several hours later (in the afternoon of the same day), as our departure from the island was late in the day. We would gladly return again!

• Alexandra (10/5): A perfect villa, in a perfect spot in Kea! Best of the Best - The house is wonderful. Feels brand new and is so well kept! Super clean and has all the amenities you may want and more! It’s equipped with absolutely everything plus some food and items to start you off!! Best property I ever found in Booking.com. Mrs Maria is a wonderful host! Helpful, available and accommodating couldn’t ask for a better host! Overall if you find this property available do book it! You will love it!

• Ελένη (10/5): - Η διαμονή μας στο Seaview ηταν η καλύτερη επιλογή που μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε στο νησί! Το σπιτι ηταν πεντακάθαρο, με ολα όσα χρειάζεσαι! Η τοποθεσία ειναι πολυ βολικη, καθως ειναι στην περιοχη του λιμανιου αλλά οχι στο κεντρο του οποτε δεν τιθεται ζητημα με το παρκαρισμα ή πιθανή φασαρια. Η θέα ομως απο το μπαλκόνι ειναι πραγματικά μαγευτική και αυτο που το κανει να ξεχωρίζει! Η κ. Μαρια η ιδιοκτήτρια ηταν πολύ ευγενική, μας κατατοπισε για ο,τιδηποτε χρειαστηκαμε! Έδειξε μάλιστα και μεγάλο ενδιαφέρον στο ζήτημα που προέκυψε με την αναχώρηση μας καθώς υπήρχε απαγορευτικό απόπλου τις μέρες που μας φιλοξένησε!

• Inez (9/5): Lovely spacious apartment with stunning view of port. - Beautiful stone apartment with large terrace and views over the port. Much needed efficient aircon. Large comfortable lounge. Kitchen has everything you need to self cater. Owner is very responsive. Good location 15 min walk into town but steep road for half of it back up! Highly recommended! Small bathroom.

Maria is extremely kind and left the house full of fresh water, some food and all consumables. Minor things. Bathroom is too small. Bedroom are small but sufficient. Access road is very steep but short.

• Annalena (10/5): Peaceful, great views, excellent host - Great place! It was beautiful, the pictures don’t even compare to the actual place, it’s lovely. Maria was super helpful and nice and left us snacks and water. Would definitely stay there again, and it’s really close to the port.
