Lovely spacious apartment, fully equipped. Loved chilling out in the terrace with my food and drinks and enjoying the weather. I could see the Seoul tower and the Seoul station from the terrace. NA

Apartment was Clean mostly and there were plenty of towels and toilet paper. There were some stains previous occupiers left on the walls. The mattress was hard in the bedroom by the balcony.

Tersedia kompor, microwave, mesin cuci baju dan banyak handuk (sesuai jumlah orang dan hari). Ada balkon yang menghadap seoul station. Ruang tamu yang luas, ada sofabed dan tersedia cermin besar. Posisi Shower di Kamar mandi kurang tepat, lokasi mandi di depan wastafel (di belakang pintu) Kami tidak tahu apakah ada heater di dalam apartemen, sehingga masih merasa kedinginan.

• FLAVIA (9/5): - Really nice house, modern and fully equipped.Self check-in was easy. A 2 min walk from Seoul Central Station. A bit dark the alley, safe but I felt happy at night not to be alone. Shower is over the sink no real space, typical in many places in Korea

Neu, modern und sauber. Kein Fan von Raumparfum, auch wenn es ein angenehmer Duft war, meine Atemwege mögen es nicht. Insektenschutz gab es nicht vor jedem Fenster. Frischluft rein lassen ohne Mücken war schwierig.

• Nan (9/5): - The room is clean and very conveniently located. Complete facility including washer dryer. Flexible check-in with door code. A little smaller than we expected but still manageable. No separate shower room or bathtub so the shower makes the toilet wet.

• Charlie (9/5): Clean and well maintained house with 2 bedroom. - If you arrive or leave Seoul by AREX, this apartment is very near the AREX station at Exit 15 of Seoul Station. Actual building is Laon building B. Owner is kind to have universal power adapters in the house. Aircon is only in the living room. Only Fans in the 2 bedroom. There is a washing machine in the house. You need get your own washing powder. There is a electric kettle for boiling water. There is microwave oven and toaster oven too. Bathing by the basin in the toilet is super weird. It make everywhere so wet. Lack of a floor map outside the bathroom.

Host manager went above and beyond. There is no shower stall, only a hand held device connected to bathroom sink. No living area, TV is in small room with bed covering entire floor. Very hard to find first time so glad arrived when manager on duty to show us how to get in.

The shower was too Small, the whole bathroom floor was always Full with water and we had 2 days of ice cold water which was Not very comfortable for taki g a shower!

• Jin (10/5): Had a great 3 weeks here. - Great location , right across the station, taxi stand and bus stop. The guys who look after the apartment are great and very helpful and kind. I would totally stay again. You can do your washing and cook here as well. Bedsheets can be changed if you message the guys. One thing im not use to is the hard beds and the non cotton bedsheets but wasn't bad.

The shower is literally in a cupboard so a little small but it does the job. All 3 beds only have access from one side so a little inconvenient.

• Eunji (8/5): Value stay in Seoul by the Seoul Station - We rented a 3-bedroom on one of the upper floors, was spacious for our multi-generational family traveling together. Lots of room, bedrooms also felt comfortable. Mattresses were quite uncomfortable, and the bathroom was stuffy. You could shower in a small closet (less than 24" square), or over the sink/toilet. Wish the rooms had more storage. The hosts accidentally put us in the wrong room initially (a 2-bedoom, that was left untouched after previous tenants moved out), and we started doing the wash and cleaning the room. Luckily it was a mistake and they put us in the right room and left a small gift as an apology.

Bedroom sizes were great and kitchen also looked very functional The mattress were not comfortable. We also found yoghurt pouches down the side of one of the beds and somebody’s drink was left in the freezer. It was nearly impossible to have a shower as it is so small

• Kata (9/5): Comfortable flat, great location - Great location for exploring Seoul and a comfortable, clean flat with big windows and natural light. You can see N Seoul Tower from the window. It's very close to Seoul Station and yet very quiet. We loved the vegetarian/vegan noodle place (called Daom) just a few minutes away. And the big Lotte Mart at the station. We were just a little nervous as didn't have much communication from the host before the trip. All our questions were answered in time, though, so everything went smoothly, including a later check-in than expected due to our flight being delayed. The kitchen has basic things; some spreading knives and bigger plates would have been good but was fine overall, we really enjoyed our breakfasts there.

• Joycelyn (9/5): Family friendly apartment, and conveniently situated near Seoul Station - Convenient location, within walking distance to Seoul Station. The apartment has an elevator so you do not have to worry about carrying bulky heavy luggage up. Place was nice and cosy, exactly as what the listing described it to be. Host was extremely helpful. We were travelling with a child who is still using diapers and given Korea's strict recycling and segregation of trash rules, host provided additional plastic bags to bin the dirty diapers. The unit is also extremely child friendly, with a baby cot and baby seat provided. Highly recommended for families travelling with young children! Nothing, everything was awesome!

• Thomas (9/5): Would Return If Chance Arise. - The house was spacious, with full amenities provided. As the property functions like two separate units, you get double the amenities like the washing machine, dryer, kitchenette & bathroom. The floor is heated, so it doesn't feel cold during cold winter days. There is a balcony where you can enjoy the city view. From the map, it seems like a long walk from Seoul Station but it isn't which makes it perfect for commuting around. The TV is not functioning at all. You can turn it on but can't do any function like connecting to Netflix, etc, as it will just be non-responsive. Although there were many towels provided, it is quite small. The toilet is quite small.

• Wie (8/5): Clean & cozy apartment for a family of 4 - 1) great location 2) clear instructions given in the email on the day of arrival on how to get to the apartment and how to access the unit 3) 2 washing+drying machines 1) shower area. The shower head is attached to the tap at the basin. The toilet will be wet after showering. 2) no bath towel provided. Only provide a number of hand towels. Hand towels are not as good in drying the children after their shower in winter.
