• pillay (8/5): - breakfast portion generous, staff extremely accommodating to my breakfast requests. owner and staff friendly and attention to detail. everything worked well in the room, fridge, hot water to shower, hair dryer, kettle, fan, aircon, daily bottle water provided. pool was clean to swim in. room was spacious clean and free from pests. location is a 10-minute walk off the road, pathway to place not brightly lit during the night (not the property's fault), there are hotels surrounding the area so there are always people walking by. no duvet in rooms, a blanket was provided upon request. would recommend if you don't mind a short walk.

• Angela Paola (9/5): Ottimo. B - Contentissima del mio soggiorno al Diamont , la mia camera era posizionata fronte piscina. Il letto super comodo 💯 lo staff meraviglioso e disponibile. Rafael e Amina di una dolcezza infinita, le due schef Latifa e la collega, in cucina super ☺️, consiglio di assaggiare l'Ugali perché lo fanno ottimo. Albergo pulitissimo. La proprietaria e il figlio molto carini. Il resort è una piccola bomboniera , si arriva alla spiaggia a piedi e con tutti i negozietti per la frutta, il chapati ricarica per il telefono e tutto quello che può servire , lungo la strada. E poi arrivava a trovarmi una gattina meravigliosa, dove ho lasciato il cuore. Lo consiglio vivamente. Tornerei sicuramente. Niente.

She takes the time to chat with her guests and makes sure everything goes perfectly, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. We are leaving delighted and will gladly come back. I highly recommend this establishment!
• Marina (10/5): - Отличный новый гестхаус. Удобная кровать. В номере кондиционер вентилятор телевизор чайник. Номер симпатичный и удобный для жизни. Большой бассейн. До пляжа идти минут 10. И самое главное очень гостеприимная и приятная хозяйка Генриетт. Она сделала мой отдых! Весь персонал замечательный. Завтраки хорошие. Я брала ужины . Не дорого и вкусно.

• Helena (10/5): El mejor hotel de Zanzíbar!! - Nuestra estancia fue simplemente increíble. El hotel es precioso, cuidado al detalle y con un ambiente súper acogedor. Pero lo que realmente hace especial este lugar es la dueña y todo el equipo: personas amables, cercanas y siempre dispuestas a hacer lo imposible por ti (y más 💛). Nos hicieron sentir como en casa desde el primer momento, siempre con una sonrisa y con una atención que va mucho más allá de lo esperado. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería mil veces más. Gracias por todo, de corazón 🥰 Nada que decir

• Boero (10/5): - Hôtel, top !!! Qualité /prix parfait Les chambres sont spacieuses, confortable, bien équipées. Le personnel est très gentil. Mention spéciales pour les filles qui nous faisait le ménage. On a adoré découvrir les petites formes sur le lit quand on rentrer. Et à Moussa le gardien de nuit qui s’est occupé de nous comme des princes. Merci..
• Guest (7/5): - Le personnel était très sympathique et aux petits soins. La chambre était spacieuse et propre. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Il faisait un peu chaud dans la chambre. Heureusement qu’il y avait le ventilateur de plafond. Il y avait quelques bugs de wifi, parfois pendant plusieurs heures. Aucun réseau dans la chambre. Le matelas n’est pas très confortable il est très dur. L’hôtel est encore en travaux donc nous étions réveillés tôt le matin par le bruits des travaux. L’emplacement est un peu éloigné, il faut compter 20 min de marche jusqu’au centre nungwi.

• Joss (10/5): Accommodating staff and comfortable stay - The manager and all of the staff were very accommodating, helpful with directions, and always happy to help. Staff offered to drive us to the ATM for free. The room is clean and has good air-conditioning. Breakfast included is in the price and food is good. Water and other drinks cheap and easy to purchase on site - as tap water not recommended to drink. N/A

• Maria (9/5): Bellissima vacanz - Hotel molto pulito e curato, personale gentile e disponibile, sopratutto Annie la proprietaria che ringraziamo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Wi fi gratuito e veloce. Posizione ottima nel centro di Nungwi anche se non vicinissimo alla spiaggia. Colazione buona. L' unico appunto che potrei fare é sulla colazione, aggiungerei un po' di varietà in piu e sulla mancanza, in bagno, di un appendino dove appendere gli Asciugamani. Ma solo piccole cose, per il resto tutto perfetto!

• JUDIT (10/5): Fabuloso! - Los anfitriones son un encanto! Las habitaciones nuevas y todo muy limpio. Tiene un restaurante donde puede cenar. La playa está a 10 minutos andando. No tiene cocina

La proprietaria ci ha organizzato molte delle esperienze ad un prezzo davvero competitivo e si è messa a disposizione per rispondere ai nostri dubbi e a fornirci informazioni preziose per il nostro soggiorno sull’isola. Cucina del ristorante veramente ottima: complimenti alla cuoca!! Struttura pulita e ordinata. La struttura si trova a 10 minuti dalla spiaggia ed è raggiungibile solo tramite una stradina sterrata in cui si trova un bar dove alla sera si trovano dei ragazzi un po’ molesti.

Il rapporto qualita prezzo è ottimo, la struttura si trova a 5 minuti da nungwi beach, molto vicina a ristoranti e spiagge. Veramente delizioso il cibo del ristorante, Marta e la Chef son due persone deliziose. Bellissima l’esperienza effettuata con là chef del ristorante che ci ha accompagnati nella scuola di suo figlio. Se torniamo a Zanzibar, sicuramente vi verremo a trovare Niente

• Vivienne (5/5): Nice owner and staff, but otherwise I would not recommend - The owner and all the staff were super friendly and helpful. Some of my comments below reflect Zanzibar, not this hotel per se. The hotel is not in town. The alleyway to go to the hotel and from the hotel to the beach is VERY dirty. All the beaches in Nungwi are full of harassing beach boys who won’t leave you alone. If the weather is bad, there’s really nowhere to go and nothing to do. I thought I’d use the pool out of sheer boredom, even though the water looked a little murky. I should’ve expected the steps into the pool would be slippery because I haven’t seen anyone using the pool in 3 days, and because the water is not too clean. But I didn’t, and I slipped and fell. I used to have a pool, so I should’ve known not to go into this one. My advice to people - unless you’re really strapped for money, get a better hotel by the waterfront. Don’t let the “resort” in the name fool you, this is not a resort but a budget hotel.
• Benjamin (10/5): Relaxing, clean, modern stay near the beach in Nungwi - We had a wonderful time at Diamond White. The staff went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and were happy to accommodate late check out as the room was not booked that evening. The complimentary breakfast was excellent, and dinner was delicious at a fair price. Rooms were spotless and comfortable with AC, fans, mosquito nets, and an outdoor pool. Short walk to the beach and other restaurants, and a cheap boda ride to everywhere else. The chef kindly dropped us off at the daladala station when we left, and the proprietor was super attentive. Thanks for a lovely stay.

• Andrei (8/5): Very good - The owner is such a great person and also the entire property is new ( I think it was opened in May 2024 if I am not mistaken ). The price paid for this is definitely worth it. For the table in the room, there were not chairs, so it was really hard to sit there in case I wanted to stay at my laptop. The wifi was quite unstable, for the one night that I had, it worked maybe half of the time.

We highly recommend it 100%! - There was a very friendly atmosphere, with the wonderful chef Ronald serving delicious meals and the amazing Marta taking great care of us. The owners, Hania and Tillian, were incredibly welcoming and kind. The location was perfect—very close to the beach, clean, and comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay! No water and no cosmetics

Chef made me the best meals I had during my entire travelling time in Tanzania, it was local, fresh and delicious while also taking into account my allergies. Henrietta who owns it is so lovely, always going above and beyond to make the stay at comfortable as she can. She gave really good advice about the area and I would highly recommend staying here! The entire team on the property are exceptional, which is so hard to find on a small island like Zanzibar.

• Tove (10/5): Good value for money, a great place to stay! - I liked everything. A very nice place to stay. Bed was amazing, the room is big and clean with AC. Shower was also really nice. Value for money is excellent. I only tried the swimming pool the last day but it was also good. The woman that owns the hotel is very nice and helpful with everything you might need. It's a fairly small place off the main road but it's still in a good location. It's easy to get around from here. I had breakfast included and I decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant most of the days. Food is delish with fair prices! I really enjoyed my stay here and I would love to come back since I felt very welcomed and well taken care of. God bless and thank you! Power outage and at times bad Internet connection/wifi. These things however, are common in most parts of África and Zanzibar and affects all places more or less. I know they were making improvments in the area so for sure it will become much better with time. The hotel was also working on solutions. Normally electricity and internet was not gone for a very long time so you get used to it and it's not really a big problem. The owner helped me connect to a private network for a shorter time when I really needed it. You also have the option to get a sim card. I would recommend this option since you can use the sim card in any place where you don't get a good wifi connection. I will do that myself next time I visit.

The owner and her team went above and beyond with passion and a smile. We visited multiple places across Zanzibar and this was our favorite spot. The fact that we couldn't stay longer...big regret.

The food was great ,its located close to the shopping centre and a few minutes walk to Nungwi beach.We had initially booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for 7 nights.We really enjoyed our stay at Diamond white resort(a home away from home) we shall definitely be back.

• Hajnalka (10/5): Exceptional Hospitality - A Memorable Stay - The staff was friendly and helpful right from our arrival. Our room was clean and tidy, with modern and tasteful furnishings. We especially liked the swimming pool and the view from our room, which was beautiful and provided true relaxation. The breakfast was plentiful and varied, with fresh local products. The staff also helped us to participate on Mnemba and Spicy farm tour. Overall, we were very satisfied with the services and environment. We will definitely return here when we are in the area again.
