- Greg (1/5): Avoid - Arrived at the apartment to find it was never cleaned after the previous guest checked out. Rang multiple numbers provided by the hosts but got no answer. Eventually after I texted them I got a reply. I was told to go to another apartment at 11pm at night. The other apartment was not fully finished, dusty as hell, no A/C, no toiletries and no towels. They never replied to any of my messages and never answered any of my calls. Eventually the apartment was ready the next day at midday. However the shower drain was clogged and a multitude of other issues were discovered. Despite raising these problems with the hosts, they disputed my complaints. Fortunately, booking.com intervened and resolved the matter. They'll probably reply to this review faster than a guest who's in their apartment with an issue. Being hard to contact, the lack of communication and then disputing our complaints are worrying signs. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
- Radtke (9/5): - Die Unterkunft hat all unsere Erwartung erfüllt. Trotz der herrschenden hohen Temperaturen in Budapest war die Wohnung angenehm kühl. Die Lage ist gut, das Zentrum mit Öffies leicht zu erreichen. Ausstattung ist in Ordnung. Das Appartement wirkte nur flüchtig gereinigt, der Mülleimer im Badezimmer war nicht gelehrt.
