• Kevin (10/5): - Close to the beach and many restaurants. Easily accessible and near other beautiful beaches. Apartment was nice and clean! Everything you need. Absolutely nothing.

• Camillo (1/5): Proprietario (o agenzia) sgradevole, non disponibile in caso di problemi. Appartamento rumoroso. - Il portone del palazzo non si è aperto con la procedura, l'host (nonostante orario concordato) non ha risposto al telefono/messaggi per 3 ore. Successivamente insisteva che la procedura funzionava dandomi bugiardo (e incapace), ma non si è neanche degnato di controllare. Ha lasciato una famiglia con minore in strada per un'ora fino a quando un altro inquilino ci ha aperto il portone. L'appartamento da su una strada turistica, quindi fino a tarda notte il vociare non permette di dormire. Bisogna buttare la proprio immondizia (mah), tuttavia non sono fornite istruzioni quindi si perde tempo per capire dove andare a depositarla.

• Alena (10/5): - Lokalita je TOP, market hned pod domom, takisto aj restauracie bary kaviarne. Ubytovanie je bez vytahu, nam to neprekazalo, ale pre info. Vyuzili sme aj kuchynu na varenie, vybavenie dostacujuce na pobyt na par dni. Celkova spokojnost. Sprchovy kut je starsi, ale nic strasne.
• Tamara (7/5): - La posizione della struttura è ottima ,l appartamento tutto sommato è carino, peccato che non sia tenuto benissimo . Un punto a favore dell host, pronto a rispondere nell immediato alle nostre richieste. Abbiamo trovato l appartamento abbastanza sporco , con sabbia e capelli del soggiorno precedente presumo.. sembrava pulito all ultimo minuto. Peccato perchè la posizione è fantastica.

• RODRIGUE (8/5): - Emplacement et propreté. Indépendance totale car appartement. Vous êtes en plein centre. Une chambre côté rue et une côté cour. Le restaurant Tierra Canarias juste en bas est familial et parfait. Petit supermarché en face et en bas, un café qui ouvre tôt. Vraiment parfait. La veille du départ, nous avons reçu un message de la agence qui nous demandait "de rendre l'appartement aussi propre que nous l'avons eu" alors que faire le ménage n apparaît pas dans l annonce et que le reçu de paiement precise qu il y a 65 euros de frais de ménage inclus dans le paiement. Étant payé, nous sommes partis sans faire le ménage et heureusement ce dernier n a pas été débité dans notre dos.

• Iryna (8/5): eine sehr gute Option für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen - Die Lage und Verkehrsanbindung sind super. Strand, Geschäfte und Restaurants sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe – sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung ist zwar nicht schnell, aber effektiv. Wir erhielten stets Antworten auf unsere Fragen. Es war sehr angenehm, ein paar Stunden früher einchecken zu können. Vielen Dank. die Wohnung liegt in einer sehr lauten Gebiet. Durch die Nähe zu vielen Restaurants und Cafés ist es sehr laut. Leider konnten wir weder nachts noch tagsüber schlafen. Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein normales Fenster. Es gibt ein kleines Fenster, das zum Eingang zeigt, durch das kein Tageslicht und keine saubere Luft eindringen kann. Unser erwachsener Sohn fühlte sich in diesem Zimmer nicht sehr wohl, wie in einem Schrank.

• Simon (10/5): Great for layover before going to La Gomera. - Clean, comfortable apartment right in the center of everything. Noise level acceptable for the location. We used it for a few days before taking the ferry to Gomera, which is basically a 5 min walk away.

• Vitalii (9/5): Оverall everything is fine, there are some downsides but they are not significant. Highly recommend. - Modern apartment is clean and tidy. Ideal for a family with two children. There is everything you need for living. There was a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival and that's it. No tea, no coffee, no sugar, no laundry detergent. No nothing. There is a microwave but no oven. The windows overlook the street where the restaurants are so it can be noisy from customers sometimes.

• Sylwia (10/5): Exceptional - Very well equipped and modern apartment. Just few minutes walk to the beach. A little noisy in the evenings from the restaurants but actually we enjoyed being in the centre of the holiday atmosphere, even with the small children. Shop just next to the apartment. Nothing.

• John (7/5): Nice appartment but very noisy - Host is friendly and responsive. It was not easy to access the appartment on our arrival but an hour later we got there in the end :) Appartment has everything you need. It is clean and nicely decorated. Location is excellent however it is very noisy from restaurants downstairs and neigbours. You can open the door only if you have an Internet connection..if your phone is out of battery or you do not have Internet data on your phone you will not be able to enter the building. It would be great if the host have provided the key for the general door to the building. I would not recommend this appartment for families with young kids. It is very noisy..absolutely no chance to go to bed before 12 or 1 am...neighbours are super noisy too...if you are a sensitive sleeper you will struggle to sleep there. It would be ideal to have a brush and mop to clean the floor, indoor clothes airer and a kettle. Instructions for microwave and where to put the rubbish outside would be much appreciated as well.
