• Carsten (4/5): Nice view, but many issues affected the stay - Great location with a nice view. The kitchen area was good and had most essentials, and having a washing machine available was really convenient. • The private jacuzzi did not work properly, so we couldn’t use it as expected (we got 207€ back from booking.com after contacting them, remember to go in dialog with booking directly via the application, they are very helpful) • Very noisy road traffic, making it hard to relax and sleep • Beds are very uncomfortable, and the pillows are extremely hard (neck pain) • The bathrooms have poor ventilation, and bad smells stay for a long time, mold is forming. Painting over mold makes it worse, so please fix ventilation since this is harmfull for human. • The toilet has drainage/backflow issues when flushing, which was unpleasant • Cleaning was not good enough — we found dirt/snuff under the furniture • The sofa feels greasy/dirty and really needs replacement • The lighting is very cold/white and too sharp at night — warmer/yellow light would make it much more comfortable • Outdoor area feels neglected: broken cushions and very bulky, uncomfortable outdoor furniture • Overall, the place needs more effort to feel cosy (plants/decor, better furniture)

• Paul (9/5): Fantastic week in a good quality apartment , varying age groups and each of us said we would definitely return. - We all liked the space in the apartment and the facilities. Only one key for the main entrance meaning if some people went back earlier than others they then had to let the others in later on.

• Michael (8/5): Very good - big rooms outside aera just had 1 key between 4 of us , which means everyone had to come home at the same time , or the 1 person that came home early had to wait up for the rest to come in ,
• Anssi (8/5): Nice property, with enough space but few issues that should be repaired - Location far enough from the bars and noises (but you need to be prepared to climb ~200 stairs, for us this was only a good thing) and the guy who welcomed us was very helpful and friendly. The jacuzzi didn't work at all, it was mentioned on the second day but nothing happened during our stay. They didn't even offer a compensation even though jacuzzi is the main element of marketing pictures. The downstairs beds really need to be replaced, mattresses quite OK but the frames are horrible. The instructions were somewhat unclear, on who to contact and when.

• Liam (9/5): Lovely relaxing week away. - Lovely spacious property. Inside and the outside area were both clean and spacious. Saw a few complaining so was a little worried about the location but it is 7 minutes walk to the local bars, restaurants and super markets and maybe 10/12 mins walk from the main Comercial area so not sure as you could really be placed better. The pool area is lovely clean and has ample sun-loungers. If you struggle the accommodation is on the hill side so may not be ideal but the views and the peaceful atmosphere are fantastic. The hosts are really nice and welcoming we are already looking to re book for next year. Beds could be a bit more comfortable.

• Robert (10/5): Fantastic will definitely be booking again - Very clean and comfortable. Nice garden area to relax in the hot tub. Pool only a short walk away from apartment. Nice neighbours. Pubs and restaurants only a 10 min walk down. Nothing everything was great
• Ryan (9/5): Enjoyable, relaxing, home from home. - Very spacious, comfy sofa, large smart tv, lovely terrace. 2 bathrooms. Access to the pools - my boys loved it. We had a few things that were broken/not working correctly. Front door was quite hard to lock. Downstairs shower hose needed to be replaced, stairway guard needed to be fixed (this was fixed) and the hot tub wouldn’t stay at temperature. Wifi only worked downstairs (this had been noted and is due to be fixed I was told)
