• Nadia Enrica (10/5): - L'appartamento è super accessoriato, silenzioso, ha tutto ciò che serve ed è in una posizione strategica: vicino alla spiaggia e a 30 minuti da Lucca. Katia è una host capace di farti sentire a casa, molto utili i suoi suggerimenti. Mio marito ed io ci siamo trovati benissimo e sicuramente ci ritorneremo. Nulla.
• Shikina (10/5): Eccellente - Casa al mare davvero speciale: accogliente, pulita e molto tranquilla, perfetta anche per chi viaggia con bambini. Si vede che è stata pensata e curata in ogni dettaglio, con tutto il necessario per sentirsi subito a proprio agio. L’atmosfera è calda e familiare, quasi come arrivare a casa di amici. Ringraziamo Katia per tutte le accortezze e per la sua disponibilità, che hanno reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Assolutamente consigliata! -

• Martina (8/5): - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Zentral und doch ruhig. Das Auto konnte sicher im Hof abgestellt werden. Die kleine Gartenecke lädt zum verweilen ein. Man ist schnell in Marina di Ravenna, an den Stränden, Restaurants..... Ideal in den Sommermonaten Etwas kühl für Herbst und Winter, wenn die Nächte abkühlen. Das Häuschen bekommt kaum Sonne ab, sodass es nötig ist die Klimaanlage laufen zu lassen.

• Marina (10/5): Хотим вернуться, прекрасная квартира. - Очень уютная квартира. Чистота идеальная. Кухня отлично подходит для приготовления блюд. Спальня тихая и удобная. До пляжа пешком 10 минут, но мы нашли бесплатную парковку и ездили на машине пару километров. Хозяйка супер хорошая, все наши пожелания исполнялись, мы чувствовали себя как дома. Обязательно хотим ещё раз приехать, но теперь на две недели. Здесь есть чем заняться и что посмотреть, кроме пляжа. Нет такого.

• Rita (9/5): I am happy I chose this place - We contacted the owners with a question can we check in earlier and we were welcomed. The place is literally 10 mins walk from the sea. They offered a guarded yard for our car. The place was silent, spacious, clean, modern, with air conditioner. They provided breakfast and bath necessities. Truly recommended place. Do not miss a fantastic restaurant nearby - Pizzeria La Casina. Modern interpretation of the Italian cuisine.

• Veronika (10/5): Superb little apartment and super nice host! - Katia and her family are very kind and caring hosts. The apartment is spotlessly clean and had all the comfort we could wish for a 12 night stay. Washing mashine, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, comfy bed, some outdoor space, it's all there, and if you miss something Katia will have you covered. The location is quiet in the middle of a living area, but also central, with a couple of restaurants (recommendation: Pizzeria Pachino) and supermarkets just around the corner. Parking on the street was never a problem. We came for cycling in the Alpi Apuane mountains, and that was perfect also, beautiful nature and cute little villages. We enjoyed our stay a lot, and recommend without hesitation!

The supermarket is close, and there are good restaurants in the neighborhood. The only thing is the air conditioner. However, there is a ventilator, and enough for sleeping.

A huge supermarket is located 15 minutes from the house. A bus runs to the station every half hour. bus stop 5 minutes from the apartment. The sea and the beach are about 10 minutes walk. I was so comfortable that I did not want to go on excursions and did not want to leave! This is the first time in the history of using Booking. Katya is such a caring hostess that you get the feeling that you have come to visit a good friend. If it rains, you will be offered an umbrella, if you are preparing a salad, you will have butter and sauce. if you want coffee - you will be offered capsules and jam with toast. I have never seen so much customer care. Wonderful, very educated and quiet dog Lucky. You have the opportunity to wash and dry things. Excellent water pressure in the shower and smooth adjustment of hot and cold water. I didn't want to leave :)
