• PJ (6/5): Accommodation with detention centre vibes - This is an apartment where the bedrooms are let out separately & the kitchen is shared, the bedroom & ensuite were good size & comfortable, wifi was good There were cctv cameras in the hallway & shared kitchen, i was the only person staying there yet the owner visited the property every day so you felt like you were being monitored the whole time so it was hard to relax, the property description died not mention the cctv everywhere - also there were 7 flights of stairs up to the property so not suitable for the elderly or unfit, i wouldn’t stay there again
• Todorov Todor (9/5): - It's a 4 bedroom apartment with shared kitchen and roof top space. We stayed at room number 1. It was clean and cosy. Everything was in good order. The bed was too soft for my taste ,😁
• Chiara (9/5): Molto accogliente e ben attrezzata - Molto bello il terrazzo, cucina ben attrezzata, camere belle e bagni ben equipaggiati l’unico appunto è la presenza di una telecamera nelle zone comuni, che qua su booking non è segnalata, ma nell’appartamento si.

• Tristan (9/5): - We hadden erg goed contact met de host. Ze was erg goed bereikbaar en hielp ons erg goed als we vragen hadden. De locatie van het appartement was top. Dichtbij een winkel, stranden en de stad. Verder was er een keuken waar we hebben kunnen koken. Het dakterras was ook een topplek. Het bed kraakte een beetje en het appartement was gehorig. Maar verder lag het bed lekker en hebben we het gehorige appartement niet als vervelend ervaren.

• Davide (10/5): Lo consiglio. - C’era tutto ciò che serve, pulita, anche il terrazzino la sera comodo. L’unica cosa da sapere non c’è l’ascensore ci sono 3-4 piani da salire.

• olivera (9/5): - The location is very good, the room was very spacious and the bed comfy. The shared kitchen has it all and it's very clean and pretty. Everything was good, just take note that it's the third floor without an elevator. It wasn't an issue for us, but it should be clearly stated.

• Andrei_mr (10/5): Perfect base for exploring Alghero surroundings - We did like our room with the private bathroom, it was cosy and spacious. We loved the location, it was near the center of Alghero and always had a parking space available on the outside street. Casa Yvona was a good base for exploring the beaches of Alghero with a rented car. We liked everything about Casa Yvona!
• Mario (9/5): I highly recommend Casa Yvona to everybody, who want to stay in the city center and in comfort. - The room was very comfortable, got everything what we needed, especially the bathroom and the kitchen we liked. The coffee machine with capsules was a nice suprise and the umbrella in the wardrobe. 😊 We got tired walking up on the steps on the third floor.

• Jasmin (10/5): Really nice place - Great location in the city centre and close by to the nightlife so everything is only a short walk away. We only stayed for one night here before our flights and were very happy with not having to drive after going out for drinks and being close to the sea. There is no parking available on site and the streets are a menace to park on but I guess that's just Italy for you. Just bear in mind if you have a lot of luggage you might be trekking for a while to find street parking unless you get lucky.

I think the concept of a shared apartment works well IF you go with friends. We were very unlucky with the other guests. They were noisy and we woke up several times in the middle of the night or in the very early morning. The sound insulation was not great.

• Filip (8/5): Very good - The location is great, 5 minutes from the center and from Via Catalogna, the place where you can catch buses to other beaches/cities. The room is clean and spacious, the kitchen and the toilet are well equipped. There are many things that are useful, such as air conditioning, 3 towels of different sizes, toaster, hairdryer... The staff allowed us a late check in at 11:30pm, we are grateful for the flexibility. Although it is stated that the staff speaks English, the woman did not speak a single word of English, all communication was in Italian. Also, the rest of the guests did not respect the rules around quiet hours, at 2 o'clock they were cooking and talking loudly. The walls are quite thin and every sound can be heard from the kitchen which is in the next room. It wasn't a problem for us, but I think it should be stated that the kitchen is shared, not private. Also, we did not receive proper instructions about the check in (on which floor is the apartment) and for the kitchen (which fridge is ours, how can we light the gas oven etc.). These are small issues that we faced during our stay and we didn't recall asking before, so it would have been nice if the host mentioned them
• Katarina (8/5): Very good - Very nice and clean room with bathroom, close to the city center, no problem with parking on the street, shared but fully furnished kitchen, friendly owner. we liked almost everything, the only thing that was kind of uncomfortable for us, was the bed - it was "noisy" with every movement
• Lenka (10/5): Exceptional - We appreciated trash recycling. The accomodation was very clean, and the flat was very well furnished. Kitchen had all the necessary things.
• Elise (8/5): Very good - The room and kitchen were very clean, it was comfortable enough. The room was big and 10 minutes walking from the historical center. You can easily park in the street for free, a supermarket is less than 5 minutes walking as well. The kitchen is nice as well, there are enough fridge for all the room and it was clean. It's not really mention in the add but this is a shared appartement with other people. You can lock your room, we had a private bathroom inside but we had to share the kitchen. For us it was not a problem because we were a group of friends but it's better to know before. As well the walls are tiny so it can be noisy when people use the kitchen.
