- Miller (7/5): - Comphy and clean Noise either coming from fridge ir somethg out side the roommade it harder to fall to sleep .number outside room where we parked car wasnt same as rm no ,made harder to find rm when pouringwith rain .would be nice if there was a toaster in room and plates and knives forks and spoons also light shining around inside door

- Elycia (7/5): "Pleasant considering" - The lady on reception was absolutely lovely, we had booked a standard room but were upgraded on arrival to a suite which was great though I wasn't sure of the difference. Bed was comfy and room was tidy. Though the room is nice you still things are still outdated the toilet would not flush properly and the T.V only offers basic channels soo spoilt now a day's with Netflix ect.
- Gian (9/5): -
- Kathryn (8/5): Excellent. - We didn't have breakfast at the place recommended.
- Natasha (1/5): - The room smelt like body odour. Bad body odour. There was no ventilation throughout the room and night time the smell was worse.
- Lisa (4/5): Didn’t live up to expectation. Would not recommend. - The staff were friendly and make contact ahead of our arrival about our check in. The door had a large gap around it which let the light in all night, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, the toilet made a weird noise about a minute after flushing, the shower was either boiling hot or freezing cold and the hot and cold labels on the bathroom tap were around the wrong way.
- Eliza (8/5): - did not have breakfast
- Anakin (3/5): Overall our stay was not enjoyable and very disappointing in both the customer service and room. - We really enjoyed the location and being close to the city centre. We didn’t like the cleanliness - we moved beds from original place and underneath we discovered there was a lot of rubbish and dust underneath the bed. On that same note we also discovered blood stains on the blankets which in my opinion was very disgusting. Our TV also was not working - I complained to the receptionist and he said he would fix that later on in the day, we then returned back to our room later that day and realised that he had not done anything about it. The next day after we checked out we raised these concerns with the SAME receptionist from the previous day and he asked if i had spoken to someone about this in which i did speak to someone and that someone was HIM and he denied it and said it was not him when I am certain he was the person I spoke about these issues
- Grzegorz (8/5): Rotorua to miejsce gdzie przez dwa tygodnie pobytu nie odwiedzisz dwa razy tych samych miejsc zakładając po dwie atrakcj - Basen!!! 36 stopni woda, byłem późną zelandzką jesienią, zakres 4-14 w stopniach… no i pogoda… temperatury to nic, lampa cały czas 100% Nie mam do czego się przyczepić szczerze…

beyond expectations. Made sure we had a comfortable stay. And also advised us of some nice restaurants my family could go too. Very polite and soft spoken ☺️ thank you so much Parking could be upgraded. But apart from that everything was great 👍🏽
- Arthur (7/5): -
- Hitesh Bhikabhai (8/5): - Location Was issues with room cards. The motel could not issue room key cards as there was an IT issue and could not be resolved within the 2 days of our stay.
- C (10/5): - Fantastic stay whilst running rotorua marathon. Recommend
- Hyunjhik (7/5): Reasonable price and old but cozy. - The staff was vert kind and tried to help as much as they can. The room was a little smelly.

- SUZANNE (4/5): - The room isn't serviced everyday. We had to buy our own coffee and milk. The plumbing in the shower needs fixing. Smart tv but couldn't share with my phone.

- Krystal (9/5): - Nice accommodation and the staff were lovely
- Akenese (8/5): - Close to town, No cooking facilities, not even a bbq area , no microwave or stove top in room , or a kitchen Families could use to make food
- Grace (5/5): -
- Reshma (5/5): - Spacious room Toilet were stained
Bathroom floor stained.
Not enough parking.
- Lizzie (8/5): Good but no pool - Was clean and comfortable Didn’t have a pool like it advertised
- Rachel (10/5): - Friendly staff easy checking
- Donna (10/5): -
- devi (1/5): Don't go there ! - Nothing Dirty bathroom- rust and mold buildup on wall, toilet bowl had stains, hasn't been cleaned for months. Car parks are so far from rooms. Entire property looks old, dead and dirty.
The rooms felt unusual, dark and spooky. Worst experience and waste of money. My family and I didn't sleep well whole night. I actually couldn't wait to check out.
- Sarah (10/5): - The Room is very good for the price Shower too small for my taste
- ANGELA (5/5): 🙁 - La posizione Struttura vecchia, non curata. La stanza pur essendo pulita sapeva di chiuso.
- liando (9/5): - Good location,
good bed and room.
Clean No breakfast
- Walter (10/5): Exceeded expectations - Spacious, great kitchenette, loved the in room mineral spa
- Sukhveer (7/5): Good - It was a nice place to stay. Could hear other people playing music or talking late at night
- Leanne (8/5): -
- Lorraine (6/5): -
- Sariah (8/5): Overall was a great stay, would recommend to stay there for another weekend. - The privacy was good. Was able to find room easily. The room was clean to the standard, and was very comfortable while sleeping. Not enough car spaces when we arrived back from having dinner. Had to park further from the entry way. Didn’t keep out some noises from other guests down the hall - most likely walking or running down the hallway.
- Dean (2/5): Do not stay there - Actually the beds were quite comfortable. Had to wait at reception for 25 minutes, and they only came once we phoned them, giving a very poor excuse. Very smelly rooms, strong curry and urine smell. Poor electrics, coming away from the wall. Poorly maintained generally, including the doors/windows and decoration. Lack of access to pool, no dining facilities.
- LJ (3/5): Disappointed the basics are not well provided for. - The location near Urbano was OK although it is not close to any shops. The shower was either really hot or cold with poor pressure. It was difficult to set the temperature. There were urine stains around the base of the toilet. The coffee provided was very poor. There was a lack of power points. I had an adjoining room as we travelled as a family but there was nowhere to put my suitcase-no luggage rack or table. The room could've easily had a table under the TV. I had to put it on the floor.
- Judith (1/5): Shouldn’t be on Booking. com - Nothing Did not look anything like the website. As for the pool. What a joke. Blue tarp and rocks.
No mattress protection on the bed.
Manager no show in the morning. Just terrible.
- Dominic (10/5): - Beds were incredibly comfortable. Staff were warm and welcoming. Very well priced hotel and location was close to town. Quiet rooms good aircon Some of the finishing in the bathroom wernt super good how ever this didn't effect my stay more just an industry I work in seeing attention to detail.
- Sinclair (8/5): - We loved the heated pool! Unfortunately smelt like someone has recently smoked in the hallway or their room and the smell stayed for a while
- Holly (6/5): -
- Ashley (5/5): Be sure to check what weekend you booked. We likely booked a busy weekend with the accom full of children and we often h - The room its self was stunning… if you want an affordable place to stay it’s all good! You arrive at a place that looks like a hostel layout.
Stunning rooms inside just feels like your arriving at a very old hostel or hospital.
- Deepesh (4/5): -
- Mette (8/5): -
- Lesley (8/5): Location was good and the staff were helpful. Enjoyed our stay, thank you. - Location was good Nothing
- Gurdev singh (8/5): -
- Renee (8/5): - Friendly customer service. Location is good. Room was a good size. Comfortable bed & pillows. Wifi starts off ok & then drops out. No cutlery in the room. We don’t have a room with a kitchenette but still eat in the room so having utensils would be helpful. The doors in the hallways are very loud & bang when people walk through. Carparks, was a very busy weekend & parking was limited.
- Debbie (8/5): Was relaxing quiet and great staff - Value for money and comfortable N/A
- ROATINA (5/5): -
- Renee (7/5): - Location, close to town. Friendly customer service. Rooms were tidy & warm. Requested a ground floor room & were allocated an upstairs room. Wifi was very weak. Lack of pillows. Shower is small.
- Kane (8/5): Great stay! Will stay again - Really liked how big our room was, very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom was great, is on the smaller side but you don’t need much when on holiday. Apart from the final touches with the paint jobs, the room was pretty good. Our room had a lot of natural light during the day, the curtains are black out so are really good when you want a sleep in. Will definitely stay here again. Very minimal things wrong here, but the 3 things we didn’t like was that the parking was very difficult at times, you are assigned carparks when you check in but it seems it is just a free for all when reception is closed. Our rooms TV was a bit broken, the bottom half of the screen was very dark, but the receptionist offered to let us switch rooms immediately. The only other fault was that the hall way and bedroom doors shut really loudly so when people are coming in and out (late at night) it can be very loud. These faults are very minimal, this place is great and is really close to everything you need/would want to visit.
- Tasha (8/5): -
- Olivia (8/5): Well-priced! - Very well priced for how nice the rooms are! Also, the rooms were very big!!
- Darnika (1/5): Will not be booking again very unhappy - The room was very dirty had mold in the bathrooms and also mouse poo in the bed
- Jack (2/5): Not worth it, this place was a rip off and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone - The bed was ok. Large but kind of felt like two smaller beds pushed together. The rooms were a decent size. The service was average.
The shower was terrible, no pressure and scolding hot water.
The add said parking on site but had to park my car on a back lot away from view of the room. We were worried something might happen to it.
Advertised amenities that they didn’t have available.
- wendy (9/5): -
- Roger (3/5): -
- Kate (10/5): Comfortable and well located motel, perfect for exploring beautiful Rotorua. -
- Raceva (5/5): Overall we still enjoyed ourselves. - We got upgraded and the staff were really helpful.
The beds were comfortable and the view we got was okay.
Location was very good as it was close to everything. We did not get any house keeping while staying there no one asked or knocked on our door to ask.
There was no microwave.
The restaurant was still under construction.
- SIALE (6/5): One night so average - Location Pool was out of commision, my initial room was not cleaned. Shower could not be adjusted it was either burning hot or cold and little to no pressure.
- philip (5/5): -
- Malina (5/5): -
- MONZIKIEL (5/5): - The room was decent - had all the essentials needed - Swimming pool closed at 5:30pm - did not state these hours on the website - we didn't arrive until after 3pmish (with unloading & settling in 'these pool hours didn't give enough time) was then offered 6.30pm closing - this place is not suitable to hire for one night (which is what we did) as - 10am is check out & pool opens at 9am
- be careful because they have a $100 deposit damage fee: on booking.com it states credit card - But you can also pay this with Debit Card as well; if you do not have either of these cards - damage fee will go up to $500
- Tolini (8/5): -
- Hida (5/5): - Communication with the Hotel via Booking.com was easy and the responses were prompt. We got a room in the older building, with a not really well maintained bathroom. Our other friends got recently renovated rooms with better bathrooms and we were all charged the same rates. The shampoo and body wash were also not filled sufficiently for a family of 4 staying in the hotel for 2 nights. We definitely feel like we've been short-changed.
- Nathan (1/5): Horror stay - Leaving The fact there was no aircon, yet advertised as a superior bedroom with aircon. It was far from superior. No utensils, black hair in the bathroom, a shower head that could not be adjusted, tiny shower space, shower area not sealed. Hot stuffy room, front door not rubber sealed so hallway light shines through. A bedside light switch that short circuited and zapped, not to mention the hot, unplugged fridge that when opened smelled of rotten fish. When we questioned about the room, we were met with a blank stare and a we do not care attitude. All she offered was an email that I'm sure goes no where. Don't bother going here.
- Victor (5/5): - It's location. I booked 2 rooms for two nights,
Due to bad weather didn't make it the first night,
The 2nd night, one of the rooms did not have any hot water, we didn't realise this until late in the night and the reception is only manded from 9 to 5.
Next morning the staff were not very helpful, suggesting to send a email to the manager.
- Marina (10/5): Custo benefício muito bom - Funcionários muito simpáticos.
- Alama (6/5): -
- Sophie (4/5): - The bed was comfortable, and well made. The bed and kitchen facilities were as described and clean. There were muddy footprints in the bathroom, and the soap in the shower was running out. The headboard had a large dirty mark at the top.
- VENUS WING YAN (4/5): - Location and moderm room fitting Shower pressure low, temperature unstable and it ran scorching hot all a sudden at the lowest setting.
- Michele (3/5): - Location was fine. Received an email the day before to say no breakfast and no pool. Got an email on the day to ask for check in time, although this had already been advised.
Check in was a joke. Was told it was a virtual check in, despite the fact we were standing there. Had to enter credit card details manually - then the card was used with NFC for a deposit!!
Then when we checked the breakfast and pool situation - we were told breakfast was available at a nearby location, with vouchers, as per the email, however the pool was useable - with no rationale why the email the day before was incorrect.
Room was shabby and we didn't like the cockroach in the bathroom.
- Christopher (6/5): - hand wash dispenser in the toilet was broken
some power outlets weren’t working intermittently
- Johan L. (9/5): -
- Terava (6/5): - Pour un séjour rapide, bien situé, calme.
- Garry (8/5): -
- Chat (10/5): Free upgrade, best surprise! -
- Chris (10/5): -
- Fiona (8/5): Clean and tidy. - The room was very clean. It was handy to be able to drive up to the back of the room. The TV didn't work
- Ni (8/5): - The room was a decent size,
- Julie (6/5): quick and conienient - i booked this for a friend. I personally did not stay. She enjoyed it lack of milk for coffees
- matt (8/5): - Friendly staff
- Penny (6/5): Did not get what we paid for and still no follow up as promised - Rooms were clean and newly painted The bookings were muddled up due to their system and though after alot of sorting we got the rooms sorted we were left to fix it with Booking.com later. Rather than just fixing the problem straight away they continued to say, "this is what you have got booked."(despite being able to see booking on my app) One of the Receptionists was not particularly fluent in English which made it hard to communicate the issue, which was eventually solved.
We had booked there as they had a pool and we're only notified in small print two days prior that it was out of order
We were not notified that we had to say if we wanted rubbish emptied and new towels each day
- Renate (7/5): - Freundlich, großzügiger Raum Laute Maschinen?Geräusche die Nacht hindurch. (SCcheimmbadpumpe?)
