• Vivek (10/5): I highly recommend this place - The location is really good and the staff are very friendly and stay was super comfortable
• Leslie (8/5): Upper level only, please - The room shown in this photo, a ground level superior quad, was extremely damp, smelly, and unacceptable. We were placed here even though we specifically requested the one above it. After 2 nights we moved to the one we requested, which we loved-- a far nicer room. Excepting this, the staff were lovely and attentive. The hotel is in a great location. As noted above-- do not book the ground floor superior room!!!

• Carol (7/5): Great location, need to open the reception office more often. - Great location, near the waterfront and many restaurants. After checking in I didn’t see a staff member again in 3 days. My TV wasn’t working and there was no one to ask for assistance. My ground floor room had small windows and was absolutely freezing. I required the A/C heating each night. I had 2 teabags to last 3 days.
• Mahya (8/5): - There were three of us, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and quiet, located in a charming, historic, and cozy part of the city. The staff was responsive to our requests, and our housekeeper was such a fun, helpful woman. The only minor downside was that the room was a bit dark, but it wasn't a big deal given the overall experience.

• David (10/5): - The receptionist was super nice and friendly and so was the cleaning lady. The towel and sheets get change regularly, the room was clean, the location is amazing and it has a very nice greek charm to it.

• Mary (5/5): Basic, no-frills room in excellent location - Excellent location, extremely helpful and friendly staff and cleaning lady. Everything felt a bit grubby; the shower was very narrow and the bathroom was very small and awkward; the bathroom was constantly leaking water; complimentary toiletries (all in one shower/shampoo/hand soap!) were located in a dispenser on the wall inside the shower, such as you might find in a public toilet; there was no duvet on the bed, only sheets and a blanket; the towels were very thin and cheap and not replaced daily; the lighting operated with the key card, however this is attached to door keys, meaning you are unlocking/locking doors in the dark. The room opened directly onto onto a precipitous flight of stairs (again in the dark).

• Chris (7/5): Great location in a boutique hotel - Lovely room, well situated. Perfect size for our family. Good air conditioning. Clean towels. Check in was a bit difficult. There was never anybody at reception, and had to check in and check out with a maid, who didn't speak English. We called a phone number and somebody showed up, but they seemed annoyed to check us in, and then left quickly. We also had to call somebody to check out, and had a similar reaction. We also didn't have our room made up while we stayed, so that was a bit disappointing.

• Mike (9/5): Great short stay accommodation in the Old Town. - Great location. The staff sent us fantastic directions to help find the accommodation which was much appreciated. Space felt secure & was very quiet. The little courtyard area is great and the bars in the vicinity were well enjoyed. It’s tight for a family of four but we were ok as we were just sleeping there. The space doesn’t get a lot of natural light so can feel a little dark but we enjoyed it.

• Paraskevi (9/5): Overall we enjoyed this hotel very much and would stay there again . - The location was perfect tucked in a little street, close to the beautiful city center. The room was stylish , with tasteful touches. It was perfect for our two night stay. There was a guest of the hotel who was speaking loudly on a speaker for very long time in front of the hotel, there are signs all over the hotel saying guests should not be loud after 23:00 but she didn’t mind being super loud at 1:30. It’s not a hotel’s issue, we just all need to be mindful we are not the only ones travelling ☺️

• Michael (8/5): - The location was excellent, convenient to downtown and the old town. The staff was great, they called us a taxi from and back to the airport. We had an early all-day tour on our check out date, they let us leave our bags in our room and brought them down to their locked reception for us, everything was good and stayed together, when we got back they came to let us in, and on our way back to the airport, they also specifically came down to make sure we made it onto the taxi. Overall, great staff, amazing location, beautiful city. The shower was small, and the main bed was too soft for us, but we were able to sleep very comfortably on the pull out bed. Also, we specifically put up the do not disturb sign, and house keeping went in anyways, which was not very appreciated.
• Miljana (9/5): - We stayed only one night and for a short term stay, I think the room was perfect. It has all the amenities one would need, as well as a little fridge and a kettle, which I think was a nice touch. The location was excellent, you’re in the old city with walking distance from many sights, restaurants and so on. This negative point is connected strictly to the room we had - the cleaning lady’s storage room was next to our window so she was in front of our window quite often, also sitting there and having phone calls. This was at some point becoming quite annoying. But I’m guessing if you get any other rooms from the property, you won’t have this inconvenience.

• Carlos (5/5): Ubicación muy buena, pero no cumplió las expectativas - La ubicación. Hay platos, vasos ,cubiertos, frigorífico y hervidor de agua. Las camas son cómodas. Limpieza. Las escaleras son demasiado empinadas para trasladar el equipaje. Había hormigas en el lavabo. No hay microondas, ni cocina para calentar comida. Visitar ésta ciudad con coche y alojarse en el centro es algo incómodo.

• Sabrina M.A.Ryckaert (10/5): - Το κατάλυμα εκπληκτικό σε κεντρικό σημείο της παλαιάς πόλης των Χανίων! Πεντακάθαρο και σε αρκετά καλή τιμή. Θα ήθελα να αναφέρω για την καμαριέρα η οποία είναι φανταστική. Πολύ ευγενική , πολύ καλή στην δουλειά της , εξυπηρετική και πολύ ευχάριστος άνθρωπος.

It was lovely, clean, and perfect for our short stay in Crete! - Great location, very clean and easy to access No in person communication when we arrived however over texting, they were very responsive and apologised for not being able to meet us during our stay.

• Pierre-Marie Morel (8/5): Allez-y… si vous sortez jusqu'à 2 heures du matin ! - L'établissement ne manque pas de charme; le réfrigérateur, les assiettes et couverts, et la bouilloire sont bienvenus. La literie est confortable, la clim point trop bruyante. Personnel très arrangeant pour une arrivée anticipée. Les bars avoisinants, qui font entendre les basses jusque tard dans la nuit (malgré le double vitrage!). Les volets, qui ne couvrent pas l'intégralité de la fenêtre (ce qui est tout de même étrange pour des…volets).

• Aurélia (9/5): Logement chouette. - La proximité avec le centre ville. Salle de bain spacieuse. Et petite terrasse avec table, chaise et étendoir à linge qui ont fait plaisir. Les murs sont assez fins, et nous avons eu quelques dérangements liés à la proximité avec le centre ville. Pas de réelle fenêtre (uniquement une petite dans la salle de bain, une dans un renfoncement, et sur la porte d’entrée) et chambre un peu enfermée.

Malheureusement les photos prisent corecwoondent à d’autres bâtiments - Très central - Faible débit de la douche et jets irréguliers - Les photos ne correspondent pas a 100% au bâtiment, pas de terrasse - mauvaise insonorisation ( bruits des bars ) - Attente a l’extérieur avant de voir arriver quelqu’un pour l’enregistrement - mauvaise occultation des rideaux - pas de petits déjeuners ni de cafetière dans la chambre ( juste des dosettes de café en poudre et thé ) ni d’espace pour prendre son petit déjeuner.
• Maria (10/5): Άνετα,ήρεμα,όμορφα. - Όλοι ήταν πολύ φιλικοί και πολύ επαγγελματίες.Τοποθεσία 3 λεπτά περπάτημα από το λιμάνι,γραφικό,πανέμορφο,κομμάτι της παλιάς πόλης.Χωρίς θόρυβο.Εντός είχε τα πάντα από ό,τι προβλεπόταν (air-conditioner,TV,ψυγείο,ζεστό νερό,σερβίτσια,βραστήρα,σεσουάρ). Το πιο "δυνατό"σημείο για εμένα ήταν οτι ήταν πολύ ευγενικοί οι άνθρωποι και μιλήσαμε μόνο στο check in και στο check out.Τους ευχαριστούμε πολύ για όλα!

• margaret (9/5): Great holiday apartment in the centre of Chania. - Ideal in all aspects, quiet but very close to wine bars and restaurants. Easily accessible to the harbour front and the new town and local buses. The staff at the hotel and generally everywhere were friendly and generous. Great holiday great place to stay. A couple of chairs in the room would have been nice to avoid having only the bed.

• Talitha (9/5): Great Location. - Location is outstanding!!! Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only thing we did not like was the stairs, however that is just part of the property and would not be a factor in booking it again.
