• David (8/5): This was our second time at this property. Location is great. - Location was great. but the price is getting a bit out of control. The price is getting out of control. There are items in need of repair like the shower controls, toilet paper holder. For this price there should at least be a coffee machine and some cooking spices, etc.

• Laurie (10/5): The VIEW! 💕 - I LOVED my stay here! It is in the most amazing location. Safe, fun and close to everything. The view from the primary window onto the piazza is fabulous and I never tired of it. We even saw a wonderful holiday parade (Easter) and know that our view was even better than being down among the crowds. I stayed for ten days, and was so sad to leave. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and as long as you’ve closed the adjoining door to the rest of the apartment, it is very quiet. The small kitchen provided us with more appliances than we needed, but were nice to have. The bathroom had ample hot water for two. I would not hesitate to book here again and will recommend it to others. 10/10! Nothing, it was perfect!

• Steven (10/5): If you are looking for the perfect place to stay in Florence, this is it. Outstanding 🇮🇹 4 Photos was not enough - The property is in a perfect location looking out over Piazza Della Signoria and looking at Palazzo Vecchio. It’s in the Centro Storico di Firenze. Almost everything is within walking distance from the apartment. There are numerous places for eating right on the doorstep! There is a lift which was very helpful to me. The bed is very comfortable which is unusual and the shower is excellent. The apartment was very comfortable after a days sightseeing and had a well equipped kitchen. The washing machine was a great bonus and an iron provided. The main door into the building has secure locks. The door to the apartment is very secure. I was impressed. Police are on duty every day and night at the piazza and are highly visible. You can see them from the window. The area is completely safe. The communication with Amazing Italian Retreats was outstanding! I preferred WhatsApp and it was no problem to them. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our week in Florence in no small part due to the apartment. We want to return to this apartment. I do not hesitate to highly recommend this company and the accommodation. • Martin (10/5): Amazing location and beautiful accommodations. Loved the stay. - Incredible location, looking out over the piazza and close to everything. Yet the bedroom was tucked in the back and quiet. Had some issues with the toilet, but the staff was on it.

Clean, lovely decor, beautiful kitchen and lounge, great shower, and very comfy bed!, and the view from the window.. wow. And to top it off, great interaction with the management, directions, and even help with the time to leave.. Everything was perfect, the heating of the apartment starts to decline at around 11 at night, when normal people go to sleep, and as we were still awake, it became quite cold. The management helped even with this and succeeded to raise the tenp for another hour...

Pots visitar el més turístic de Florència a peu. És un segon pis amb ascensor. Pels celíacs: les millor pizzes sense gluten que vam menjar són les de Misterpizza. Important!! Si llogues un cotxe per visitar els voltants de Florència has de tenir en compte que al centre només hi poden accedir cotxes autoritzats. I fora d'aquesta àrea hi ha molt aparcament reservat per residents. Informa't bé d'on pots aparcar. Hi ha molt soroll a l'exterior. Turistes, venedors, obres en un edifici proper...Si et molesta el soroll per dormir necessitaràs taps per les orelles.

• Rios (10/5): The apartment is fantastic and would be happy to book again!!! - Everything in this was amazing, we enjoyed every minute. Thanks The ZTL is a nightmare, stressful, not easy for tourist. We parked the car far away from the apartment, having to travel by bus/tram/bus every time we used the car and avoiding the million cameras and ZTL restrictions. The proposed garages close to the apartment are too expensive between EURO 35-42 per day plus what you have to pay for ZTL per day.

Thanks so much Letizia and team for your service and help. - The location, the size, the view, the comfort, the clear instructions and quick responsiveness from the team. If I was to be picky, we would have liked olive oil, salt, coffee and sugar in the apartment. Also for some reasons there were glass shelves across the apartment door blocking our entrance and the name to buzz was not legible on . But these were very minor issues and I would still give this place 10/10 overall.

• The (9/5): La Piazza dei Signoria is calling you! - Location was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, and there was enough storage for our clothes and luggage. The elevator was welcome. The kitchen was adequate. The kitchen needed some newer pots and pans. For example, the sauté pan’s handle was loose and ultimately fell off. I didn’t want to bother our contact but the pan needs replacing. Could have been dangerous. The other items were adequate for our breakfasts and dinners.

• Steve (9/5): Best location and view! Large and comfortable. - Best location and view in Florence. Very interesting combination of modern and convenient with a few antiques. Always prompt and extremely friendly responses from the management company stuff. Always appropriate reactions. Very easy check-in and check-out. Fast WiFi. Flat screen TV has Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime video and many other, except local cable. Place is big, very spacious. Comfortable and warm bed. Plenty of utensils and plates. Sufficient kitchen appliances. All in working order. Good shower, plenty of hot water. It's a high 2nd floor, so an elevator is a big plus. Bedroom is quite and can be made dark. As it was possible, we were accommodated with an early check-in. Living room couches are uncomfortable to sit and lay on. If you happen to fall asleep in the living room, it could be noisy - living room is Not intended to sleep in. Hairdryer needs replacing - cloged with hair and missing a diffuser. Washing machine was not usable during our stay - lots of old mold on rubber seals and horrible mold smell. Management was informed, reacted appropriately and promised to correct. Was not done during our stay. Like in the rest of Europe heat is shot off at night. Not anyone's fault, just be aware.

We were right in the middle of the square, literally in the middle of the square! I would look out my window and see the fountain of Neptune and the symphony playing. But surprisingly enough it was silent in the bedroom and we were able to sleep. No problem at all. So much space was just rare to come by when traveling. Everything was great

Having a lift to the second floor was so helpful. The coffee and pastries next door were great. Driving in Florance is very difficult. The navigation is often wrong, trying to send you down one-way streets. Finding the parking lot was challenging. But once there it was great. A second set of keys would be nice.

The apartment was very spacious, clean, and well decorated. The kitchen was super cute, and equipped with all the essentials. The bathroom was very spacious as well and the bedroom was comfortable. Also, the light in the morning was super cosy. We loved everything, I absolutely recommend Vicolo dei Malespini. Finally, to top it off, they offered us a good bottle of Italian wine.
• Manuel (8/5): Great location in a beautiful city. - Location was magnificent - right on Piazza Signoria and 5 mins walk from Uffizi and Ponte Vecchio. A little noisy, but worth it for the location. A little noisy and it took time to get a response from the management team.
• Wolofsky (10/5): Would ( and will) return in a heartbeat!! - We loved EVERYTHING about this amazing and lovely apartment from the moment we arrived, Marco was there to greet us, insisted on helping us with our bags and gave us a thorough tour of the apartment as well as some great restaurant suggestions! The apartment is actually even BETTER than it looks online with all the amenities and more! Bed was so comfy, my husband and I slept so well! The most spectacular thing about it is the LOCATION and VIEW! Looking out directly to the palazzo Vecchio and steps from the Ponte Vecchio, this is a gem of a find!! Thank you Francesca and Marco for making out stay so wonderful!! Literally, nothing!

Picture postcard view from the window. Very easy to join the hosts (thanks Daniele and Letizia). Fully furnished kitchen like home. Very quiet building in a busy touristic place. Everything is walkable from the supermarket to the museums. Nothing.
• Mustafa (10/5): A perfect stay for a leisure trip with your family/friends - The location and the view from the apartment is absolutely amazing. The host was very nice and polite and helpful. I won’t even look for another property to stay when I come back to florence next time. Its just perfect. A couple minor things that could have been better 1. Dishwasher size is too small and the washing cubes were not provided. 2. The vaccum cleaner was not working.
• Anonymous (10/5): Perfect location, restful oasis. - The lovely apartment was beautifully decorated. Large welcoming rooms. Although located on the Piazza, the apartment was quiet and restful. We enjoyed being able to get up every morning and watch the city unfold. Good elevator made being on the second floor very accessible. The staff was very responsive and we knew that if we needed anything, they were available. This is a treasure in the heart of a magnificent city.
• Charlotte (10/5): Apartment with WOW view - Prior to travelling we had exceptional communication from the host. We were then met by beautiful Francesca who showed us around the apartment and handed over the keys. We felt very welcome. The apartment was big spacious and very comfortable. The view was very special looking out onto the Plaza Singoria with replica of Statue of David. We were central to everywhere within walking distance. The apartment was quiet at night as bedroom at the back with double glazing and air conditioning if needed. We mostly used fans provided. We did not use the kitchen as we ate out. It was well equipped if you wanted to eat in. The bathroom was spacious and housed a cupboard which contained a front load washing machine if required. We had a wonderful time in Florence and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment. Small feedback for improvement would be new towels.

Marco recommended a few restaurants and every place was fabulous. The support from rest of staff making sure our stay was comfortable and provided recommendations for everything from Gelato to caffe to restaurants was so effective for a first time visitor of Florence.
• Catherine (10/5): Exceptional - We had a fantastic 6 days at Vicolo dei malespini on arrival we were met by Francesca who was so lovely she made us feel so welcome and explained everything about the apartment and local area. The location is perfect smack bang in the middle of everything with great bars and restaurants. The apartment is very safe and spotlessly clean with everything you need. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay please look no further this is the perfect place, I spent weeks trying to find somewhere and I’m so happy I chose this place it is perfect and the staff at Italy d’Elite are available at all times with any queries and very quick to respond. We had the best time such a beautiful place 👌 Everything was amazing I can’t think of anything negative to say and I’m super fussy!

• Myriam (8/5): Not bad but could be better ! - I liked the property very well!! Had they left us the necessary keys to the property. We would have been happy. Had they handled miss haps in a better way we would be happy The property is in a zone with limited electricity! You have to check every plug and make sure that nothing is plugged in it before you operate a new appliance. Example when we tried to operate the washing machine on a Sunday night before our early morning departure the following day the electricity to our condo went out. Lifting the breaker in the house didn’t help as there is another breaker outside the house that needs lifting as well. We were not provided with the key to access that breaker. The renting agency ( Halidis also said they have to access to the key. They left us without electricity the whole night. No emergency light was provided. No advice about possible hotels to go to for the night. We were left with wet clothes with no advice about local laundromat. We felt that the situation could have been managed better !

• Patricia (7/5): Very enjoyable despite a few issues. - The location was fabulous and the apartment was clean with comfortable beds. The air conditioning in the rooms was great to have and the small lift from the ground floor to our apartment on the second floor was very handy. Not enough crockery. Every one of the four bowls was chipped and badly cracked, no wine glasses, three mugs. In addition as we were staying for three weeks we wanted an extra clean which was not that easy to organise as the email I was given didn’t work and the local staff were unable to sort it out. It took several days and multiple phone calls to finally get linen changed and the apartment cleaned.

Extremely specious place, comfortable and beautifully decorated with a touch of the heritage of Italy! Details were thought through, with Smart TV able to cast anything from any device, to the mosquito repellent provided by the staff (just in case). thanks nothing really, just difficult and expensive to park the car nearby but that’s our problem as such central locations are not car-friendly

Central located with a great view over the Piazza della Signora, direct to Palazzo Vecchio. Right in the middle of sights, Uffizi, Loggia dei Lanzi, Ponte Vecchio. So very easy accessable for a short break while sightseeing. Well equipped. A good and well sorted supermarket (over Ponte Vecchio) in 5 minutes reachable. The bedroom was located backwards. Very comfy bed and different pillows to get the right one for everyone. -

• Haresh (8/5): Convenient location in Florence - The location was excellent. Located right on Piazza della Signoria, the apartment was right in the middle of the main spots. The building had an elevator to conveniently carry luggage to the second floor (third floor in US terms). It was literally a two-minute walk to Uffizi gallery, and lots of eating places around. The host was very responsive and helped us book a taxi the day we were leaving (it was difficult to get the taxi services to pick up our calls from a US number). It was a quiet place despite being close to the actitivies. The building stairs didn't have lights if you were returning after sunset. But if you use the elevator and the handy cellphone flashlight, it wasn't an issue. The apartment could use a few simple enhancements (furniture was fine and beds comfortable) but just a few things that will make the stay even more comfortable for the tenants will improve the attractiveness (eg. upgraded linens, a few pegs to hang towels in the bathrooms, and so on).
