La habitación extremadamente pequeña, no hay closet, el baño super pequeño con puerta corredera que no cierra bien. Finalmente no hay agua caliente en cierto horario enterandome que la daban desde las 17 hrs.

• Fernanda (1/5): No es una hotel, es una hostal - El desayuno es lo único que le da un punto Más que un hotel es como una hostal, las estructuras y muebles muy antiguos, nula aislamiento del ruido del exterior se escuchan muchos camiones al pasar. El piso de la habitación y baño bastante sucio. Reserve por booking y al llegar allá la dueña me comenta que no le quedaban habitaciones y luego que el precio era distinto al que aparece en booking.

• Carolina (4/5): - Desayuno bueno Primer hotel que no entrega shampoo, habitación con espacio muerto no tenía velador o mesita para la otra persona tampoco tenías entrada ni salida lado izquierdo de la cama matrimonial debía pasar por encima de la cama, el ruido de el baño, ducha y caminar del tercer piso era peor que estar en el, a las 07:00 de la mañana ya no se podía estar en la habitación por el calor que llegaba, el baño una trampa para sufrir un accidente ya que la taza del baño estaba aprox. 20 cm más arriba del piso y a tope con el lavamanos sin espacio entre ambos y por último no querían cobrar el precio de reserva de Booking sino el precio que ellos decían tener que era bastante más alto.

La relación con el personal de cocina estuvo mas o menos, me hizo una pregunta que nada que ver por que se supone que yo pague por la estadía y se supone que viene con desayuno incluido, y no me gusta para nada el servicio de la cocina, el desayuno estuvo bien, pero el personal de cocina no, si estuviera que decir que mejoraría, seria en el servicio de la comunicación, el servicio del recepcionista estuvo bien nada que decir, estuvo genial.

• Ezyian (3/5): Great location otherwise not ok - Location is great for boat and bus. But hardly an excuse for the shake down and VAT scam The price is not honest or they are cheating on VAT. We arrived late with 4 children, so we couldn't walk away.. Then they say we have to pay 19% VAT on top. We object. They claim they are not registered to charge foreigners without VAT ( standard in Chile) Given the number if guests implausible . They then try to charge at an inflated exchange rate. That we are not too dumb to accept. They wanted to be paid in cash. I let you guess why The condition of the rooms is poor.

• Sharat (4/5): Strongly advise against staying at this hotel - 24x7 front desk made it quite easy to book the room at the last minute. The hotel didn't provide any soap, neither for the toilet nor for the shower. Thankfully there was a convenience store next door where I could purchase some soap. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy. We didn't trust that our car would be safe if we parked it outside on the street. We had to find a 24x7 paid parking facility that was a kilometer away. Last, the bathroom was too small. You had to do gymnastics to use the toilet. The hotel should have been more upfront by posting pictures of the bathroom. They intentionally don't do it. This is deceptive behavior.
• Judith (6/5): Fine for a short stay but decor very outdated - The staff were helpful and courteous. The building is desperately in need of modernisation and there is very little soundproofing.

• Jess (3/5): Cheap - what you pay for, at least the sheets appear to be washed. Walls are quite grimy. - It’s cheap - not cheap enough to expect rubbish but cheap . No visible smoke alarms, looks like a potential fire trap. Advertised breakfast then we were told they don’t do it on Sundays…. Misleading and need to update their information. Wanted cash but doesn’t state that on the booking site, she did take our card though… Walls are paper thin, could hear the couple next door, didn’t last long though….
• Murphy (4/5): Disappointing - Most expensive place we have stayed in South America and the worst place. The bathroom is so small you must sit on the toilet sideways. The room is so small there isn't a place to put your bag on the floor. The sheets were dirty, etc. etc. Should have listened to other reviews!
• Stefan (4/5): Time Capsule from the 70’s - Good location, not far from the bus station - although the area is a bit sketchy: a lot of loud drunk guys even in the morning and ‚working girls’ walking around… The lady serving breakfast was very warm and kind and friendly! We are backpackers so we don’t really need luxuries when we travel - we are satisfied as long as we have a clean bed and running water in the bathroom - so the complaint is not really about the standard of the room but more about the price/ quality ratio - it’s just way too expensive for what they offer. The hotel didn’t change at all since the 70s - the same old 70s blankets, paint coming off the walls, dirty bathtub from the 70s, falling apart windows and doors that you cannot fully close, only two very awkwardly located power outlets ( understandably - in the 70s people didn’t have phones or cameras to charge) And for that we paid almost 50 USD per night.. It just seems like they are trying to make as much money as possible before the building collapses..

• Susan (5/5): Is friendly and provides all basic necessities but is a little overpriced. - Bed comfortable, shower works, breakfast sufficient. Slept well, street was surprisingly quiet at night. Rooms in need of a thorough clean.

• Seraphine (7/5): nice and simple stay! - simple hotel, good breakfast! good value for the price wifi in the rooms is not great but in the dining room is good. we couldn't regulate the heater, so it was very hot during the night.
• Nelly (4/5): Disappointing - Good walking distance to the main bus station. Helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is from another time and really need to be refurbished. The room was small, we could not walk around the bed. The light on the bedside table, the walls were dirty, the painting on the ceiling was falling and the bathroom was narrow and affected by humidity (mold on the window).
