Ik had een kamer met balkon met uitzicht op zee en oude haven met in de avond verlichte hijskranen. Naast het appartement was een bakker. Achter het appartement bevindt zich het oude centrum. Dat er geen parkeerplaats was dat bij het appartement toebehoort.

• Attila (8/5): Very good - Everything was pre-organized in writing, the hosts (father and daughter) were waiting for us in the apartman at the agreed time. It is a renovated apartman in the city center, so walking distance from all touristic attractions. The flipside is that that the beach is few kms away (not a walking distance). We went to Verudala beach by bus 2a, which was very easy, however the bus ride to home did not work out: bus 2a did not take the same direction and on the way it 'turned into' 3a, so after almost 2 hours bus travel back and forth we took a taxi home. Unfortunately the bus drivers spoke only Croatian so could not help us. The beach (at least the part that we went to) was very basic with minimal offer: one bar with drinks and ice cream and one restaurant. Being in the downtown the parking is expensive (€34 per day), but our host was nice to show free parking space not too far away (cca. 10 minutes walk, and even he showed me the way with his car and brought me back home after I parked my car there). The apartman was very clean and looked exactly as on the pictures here: Kitchen, bathroom with toilet and shower, 2 bedrooms, one with 3 beds (1 double and 1 single beds), the other is with 1 single bed. For us this bed split was ideal, but for a family with 2 bigger children, or for 2 couples could be 'tricky'. All in all we spent a nice long weekend in a nice apartman with hosts demonstrating extremely good hospitability. The only disadvantage is that the main road is going in front of the house and the traffic is quite noisy from early morning, even with closed windows.
