Kara (7/5): Location is wonderful, property is quite dated and in need of repairs. - Location and size was excellent, the facilities and kitchen were good. It’s a bit dated, with some things needing repair. The steps out the back, the very last step rocks, leading to considerable fall risk. There are no steps down through the back yard or hand rail, so my mum with bad knees couldn’t access the lovely walking track and beach - fine for young able bodied people. The deck is splintering, don’t walk out with bare feet. Downstairs there is an outdoor shower and room with a pool table! Would have been fun if able to be used but not furnished or accessible, looks to be abandoned. The glass coffee table caused me to fall, hooking my toe on the edge in poor light. Maybe more my clumsiness, but there’s a few safety hazards, such as too many stools in the kitchen sticking out into the walkway, back steps and crumbling concrete. Second kitchen has nothing in it, bit of a waste of space. Tv table is bowing. Art work cannot hang straight. Glass balcony walls cloudy. Outdoor furniture cushions stained. Overall, this place has so much potential, with some simple renovations, furniture updates and repairs this could be truly luxurious, just needs some TLC. It feels neglected. I would return only for the size, location and views with a bunch of able bodied young friends next time.

Debra (9/5): Would stay again - Very comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Second TV didn’t work. Unsure whether pool table could be used by guests, key to room, but it was not a very clean room. Fishing gear and toys, 1/2 full drink bottle (no lid) strewn under stairs, by previous tenant? Or by a local using the back of the property?
