• Gunter (8/5): Charming, feels European, but not necessarily comfortable or convenient. - A lovingly decorated room in a private residence with a European flair and with a window looking out on a garden. The bathroom is modern, but on the small side. There is a small fridge and a microwave in a short hallway between bedroom and bathroom. The room is about 12'x14' and has a walk-in closet; it would be confining for guests needing space. There are probably multiple guest rooms in the house, but my room offered no access to common areas or the garden. All communications with the host were digital. The house is located in a large residential area; I noticed no commercial sites in walking distance. Use of a GPS is essential for finding and returning to the house.

• Ding (8/5): Nice condo - Check-in was smooth. The host was friendly. The neighborhood is nice. It's several miles away from restaurants, etc.

• Jerrilyn (1/5): - was in the area we were hoping to stay It was too noisy. When we arrived there were earplugs on the nightstands. We ended up leaving at 10:20pm because the music from next door kept getting louder and louder. Even with the earplugs it was impossible to sleep. It was in a residential area. The owner just communicates through the app. We left for a hotel when we told the owner she said that the music was turned off at 10:45 but it kept getting louder before we left you could feel the vibrations from the music. I think they should work on soundproofing and being transparent about this problem. We could park in the driveway and the room itself was nice. We ended up paying twice for our nights accommodations at this facility and at a hotel.

• Laura (10/5): Safe, comfortable, beautiful space with caring host. - Alexandria was very responsive with communication and requests. I loved how beautiful and welcoming the room felt. It had everything I needed - private bathroom, small refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave oven. She left complimentary snacks and water bottles as well. That night, my GPS informed me that I had arrived at my destination. I was not in front of her house and drove around the neighborhood trying to find it. It was past 10:30pm and I was feeling some anxiety about this. I decided to call her even though it was late. She answered immediately and was so kind and helpful. She sent her husband outside and stayed on the phone with me until I made it home. She made me feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend this place and will book again if I need to stay in the area. I am very grateful for her.
• Daniel (8/5): Affordable and clean residential accomodation - The host was very good at communicating and graciously accommodated our delay due to traffic, meeting us at our arrival to go over the details of our stay. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, with thoughtful amenities. The neighbor had a yapping dog that continued until 2am. There were no instructions for the TV and we were blocked from using Amazon Prime that appeared to be available. Had to use the closet to set up our 2 carry-on bags as there was not enough room elsewhere. Not a biggie.

Host provided snacks, drinks and coffee. There was a mini fridge and microwave. Air conditioning worked well. Neighborhood was quiet. Had a designated parking space and host responded quickly to questions. The water pressure was very low on the shower.

• Edwin (10/5): Exceptional - I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous. The location of this was great , close to everything and most importantly safe. The home owners made me feel at home.
• Aaron (7/5): Super comfy stay unless the neighbor’s dog barks all night. - Very clean and mostly comfy studio It was nearly impossible to get sleep with the dog barking outside all night and into the early morning hours. I realize it might be out of her control but I still politely asked the landlord earlier in the evening if the neighbors normally put the dog inside, which she said yes. The night I stayed (Saturday), the neighbors partied late into the night but after they went to bed around 1am their dog was left outside barking until 2am or so.
• Maiquel (10/5): Exceptional - It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The room was clean, comfortable and cozy and the hosts were very courteous. We enjoyed our stay there.
