Este curat, spatios si dotat cu tot ce este necesar pentru un sejur placut.Este aproape de gara Porta Genova, ceea ce ne a facilitat conexiunea cu Gara Centrala, cu Domul.Gazda este foarte serioasa, receptiva la nevoile noastre. Instructiunle pentru check in au fost foarte clare. Recomand cu căldură.

• Peter (8/5): Top appartement voor 2 - veilig, fijn, knus, alles aanwezig - De locatie is goed in een gezellige en fijne wijk. Appartement was top voor z'n 2en. De verwarming en douche zijn niet constant in warmte afgeven, dus dat kan nog verbeterd worden.

• Marga (10/5): Great host , nice apartament. - Great host , great comunication , clean , close to all the important attractiones , close to the train station .... everything was great and i highly recomend it. There is nothing i did not like. Indeed there were some constructions , but we were up early to visit a lot anyways , so it did not bother us that much and they were not extremly loud , we drank our coffee and enjoy our breakfast peacefully every morning without any problem.

• Rebecca (10/5): Safe, quiet, nice neighbours! A great spot in Navigli /Milan. - Great location. 5 mins to a transport hub. Quiet. Nicely kitted out. The Citymapper app will help you find it easily. I got an excellent mani/pedi at a salon nearby in V. Tortona 20. Corinna, our hostess with the mostest, was kindly available b phone to help with random questions from her travel-weary guest, and Corinna’s restaurant recommendations were spot on! Cheers Nothing to not like!

• Shahar (9/5): Great value for money - Excellent apartment, located close to a metro station. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a lovely balcony where you can enjoy a glass of limoncello. The apartment is accessible and the check-in process is simple.

• ΔΕΣΠΟΙΝΑ (6/5): - Επαρκής παροχες στον εξοπλισμό της κουζίνα άνετο κρεββάτι καλός κλιματισμός. Δεν αναφέρεται στην περιγραφή ότι βρίσκεται στο 3 οροφο χωρίς ασανσέρ το μαθαίνεις τελευταία στιγμή όταν παίρνεις τις κωδικούς εισόδου και δεδομένο ότι κλείνεις με κουζίνα θα πρέπει να ανεβοκατεβαινεις με τα ψώνια και τις βαλιτσες σου και να πετάξεις και τα σκουπίδια που το ζητάνε σαν ενδειξη <καλής συνεργασίας> με σαφης οδηγιες και περνας κατω απο σκαλωσιες με εργατες .Οι εργασίες που γίνονται στην ακριβώς διπλανή πολυκατοικία θυμίζουν εργοτάξιο διαρκούν από τις 8 το πρωί μέχρι τις απογευματινες ώρες ήταν δύσκολο να χαλαρώσεις.

It was fully equipped with everything you could need for a short or longer stay, from a well-stocked kitchen (including delicious coffee) to useful things such as a clothing iron, hairdryer and toiletries. The host was wonderful, clear with instructions for check in and check out, and available for any help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable place to stay.

• Emma (9/5): Cosy, central, convenient - Great apartment, had everything we needed and as advertised, kitchen is very handy with necessary utensils and with a little bath/shower combo in the bathroom, towels and soap/shampoo provided too. It’s a stones throw from public transport and was super easy to get to from Linate Airport. It’s also only a short walk to the city centre and a lot of the historical sites, and not to forget the trendy area of Navigli. The host is also super helpful, gave some good recommendations for food etc. This is a great spot to explore Milan from! As mentioned there’s works on the building, we knew this and are early risers so we weren’t affected. It can be and has the potential to be very noisy depending on what work is being done so if you’re a light sleeper this might not be the location for you. The balcony is on the same level as the builders scaffold so there’s no privacy there if that’s an amenity that matters to you.

• Graham (6/5): Nice location and lovely interior - The location of the property was perfect. The host was very helpful The apartment had scaffolding up while we stayed and working from our balcony from early in the morning so was a bit noisy and felt lacked privacy at this time

The blind - There is everything you need in this apartment, it’s very comfortable to stay. Unfortunately, the building is undergoing renovations, and there are huge scaffolds right outside the windows. The blinds have to stay closed all the time, turning the apartment into a tomb. Wake-up is at 8:00 AM because the construction workers start their noisy work on the scaffolding. Using the toilet is also problematic as there is no blind, so you end up using the bathroom with a construction worker right outside the window. The owner should stop renting out the apartment during the building's renovation. The stay was terrible – I rated it a 5 only because, under different circumstances, I would have given a much higher rating and I don't want to unfairly lower the overall score of the property, but it was truly awful.

• Anna (8/5): Good experience, great value for your wallet for a few days in Milan - We stayed in Cora's flat in August 2023, and it was a very pleasant stay. Communication with the hostess was very smooth, and Cora was very accommodating. The flat is located ~ 25 minute walk to Duomo, and enroute you get to see a few other cathedrals and historic sights, lots of coffee bars, a couple of great gelato spots - so, even if you decide to take a walk, you will enjoy it. There is a metro stop ~5 mins away from the flat, which is perfectly connected to Cadorna train station, as well as a tram stop within the same distance in case you need public transport to get around. The building itself is really not new, and at first I was taken aback a little, because it didn't look welcoming, but it's just the façade. We were not disturbed once by the neighbors nor was it noisy at any point, even though the place is a walking distance from a busy bar/restaurant area. The flat is on the 3rd floor, which is good when you're still traveling with a backpack, but in case you've got bulky luggage, it can be tricky to climb the stairs with no elevator. The check-in was quite smooth, and we received the keys from the house manager, who may not speak English that well, but he still was nice. The flat is spacious, both rooms (kitchen+living room and bedroom) have A/C, and even though the building is not new, the place looks very clean and neat. There's plenty of room to store your clothes if you need it, there's a table with a chair where you can work in comfort, and plenty of outlets for your chargers (not next to the bed, but still enough around the house). We didn't use the kitchen all that much, but there's a kettle and a small coffee machine, a gas stove, and a big fridge if you're planning to stay longer. The bathroom is clean, even the shower curtain, and had shower gel/shampoo (not the tooth paste though, so better bring yours). The towels are provided as well. While the overall experience is definitely positive, I would like to highlight a couple of areas for improvement. To start with, one of advantages of the flat to me personally was a small balcony, which I couldn't really use because of scaffolding outside. While it is nothing that a host can fix, I think it would've been good to make a notice that this is not available and until when it can be expected, it would've been better to set right expectations. More importantly, the bed could really use new pillows, since the ones currently there are very uncomfortable and difficult to sleep on. The matrass isn't very comfortable either, but new pillows would already make a huge difference! Finally, while clean, bathroom towels had a funny smell, I cannot describe it, but it would also linger on the skin after shower, which wasn't too pleasant. However, compared to the benefits of the place, I would still recommend it for your next visit to Milan.
