• Eric (8/5): - Good kitchen set up It was quite loud with The Crack in the window so was hard to sleep. You could hear all the traffic outside. Was hard to work out how to dry the washing in the machine.

• Nina (4/5): I think this experience could have been much better. - The view was beautiful and the location was great. I was told I could check in early as I asked before I arrived as I was travelling alone with my baby. When I got there, I was not given the code to get the keys. I had to call 3 times to ask when they kept telling me they will send me the code. I was told I could not check in until later. I went for a walk with my baby. Fortunately the hotel staff allowed me to leave my suitcase even though they weren't supposed to. When I got the code and went up, the cleaners were still cleaning the apartment and didn't want to let me in. I asked if they could please let me drop my suitcase off. I left again. When I returned in the afternoon, the apartment was incredibly hot. The air conditioner was not working. I ended up spending a good amount of time messaging someone to help me get it on as it was unbearable for my baby and I. We ended up having to open the balcony door over night to cool it down as it wasn't fixed that day. I was told I would receive a 15% discount for the first night if there was a fault. They came to fix it the next day and I was told there was no fault, therefore I would not receive a discount, however I did everything they told me to the day before and nothing worked and my baby and I spent our first day and night unbearably hot. It was awful and we were miserable. I think we should have been accommodated to better. I did ask if we could change apartments and at 4pm they told me they couldn't but I could check out right then and receive a full refund, however it was far too late to try to find other accommodation and moved everything with my baby. I did appreciate them fixing the air conditioning the next day and leaving it on for us when we returned. The apartment was also not very clean. The floors were dirty and the living room carpet had food on it from the previous guests. I had to clean it up as my baby is crawling and the knees of her pants were black. Also, the couch is unsafe. The back cushions are not attached.

• Jeff (9/5): A fabulous getaway. - This apartment has everything you could need it's in a fabulous spot, easy walk to Southbank, and it was extremely clean. The hosts had been kind enough to put lights on for our arrival, had music playing the atmosphere was lovely. We have stayed previously and would definitely stay again. The only thing missing was undercover parking, however there is an outdoor private paid parking lot only a short distance around the corner.
