- Andy PKS (9/5): - Po pierwszym tygodniu pobytu w Indiach śmiało twierdzę iż to najlepszy hotel jak do tej pory. Wszystko działa, czysto, blisko dworca kolejowego, miła i pomocna obsluga. Polecam!
- Kulvinder (1/5): Refrain from staying here , if you are NRI OR UPPER MIDDLE CLASS , this property for lower middle cl - Breakfast was bad Nothing is good there
- JASMIT SINGH (10/5): - excellent
- Andrew (7/5): - Of course this isn't a real Sheraton. Good sized clean room lo located close to thd station. Reception kindly let me extend my check out time as my train was heavily delayed. Roof terrace is very pleasant. I found the bed rather hard and unfortunately there was no hot water in the evening or the following morning. The AC failed during the night but the ceiling fan was sufficient to keep the room reasonably cool.
- Fahad (7/5): Good - Staff was very co-operative, humble and polite. Room was decent in line with my expectations. Would recommend it definitely. Early checking charges was charged, my full advance payment was offsetted. I was OK with the extra charge provided it was informed to me earlier. I did informed the hotel prehand I will reach early then the usual check in time and the request was accepted verbally on phone but never received a email confirmation.
Also, while making the payment at the checkout I was given a UPI scanner on a mobile for some individual which I refused. So I was told to make the payment using the hotel UPI scanner which was displayed on the hotel reception. I find this suspicious, my assessment is my advance payment was pocketed by someone in the pretext of early checkin charges. Also, there is no mention of both of it on the hotel invoice.
- Mohammed (10/5): Exceptional -
- Adil (2/5): 1/10 - Nothing very disrespectful reception staff When the booking was made it showed breakfast n when we were there ,the staff named Dharmender said it does not show in system & when I spoke about it been shown to me while booking over a call , they asked my family to come fr breakfast n very disrespectfully they stopped my family from having breakfast while calling them .
And when asked suddenly this man who I don’t know except for conversation on the call, shows a paper to me saying it doesn’t have breakfast included ! While u was baffled to 1st understand what just happened ! He didn’t introduce himself ,did not acknowledge with basic decent having senior citizens & kept his point saying it is not added and I have make sure u know !
Later I showed them how it shows while booking and then he states we have removed the option and do not provide the option to add breakfast ! This kind of double standards is what they deliver ! Please opt for better places which need chance to he
R good reviews for good services
- Joyonto (7/5): value for money - Good breakfast. centrally located parking
- Ivanov (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kamil (10/5): Exceptional - Hospitality
- Krishna (8/5): We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Ajmer Sheraton. - Very clean rooms and very courteous staff . We were pleasantly surprised to get a call when we got off the train , giving us precise instructions to get to the hotel.
The restaurant offers good food. Location of the hotel .
The hotel is in a very busy and noisy part of the city, however once we are inside it is very nice.
- Lalwani (9/5): Nice place to stay - Staff very helpful and accommodating
- Doherty (8/5): I stayed in the hotel for just one night but would have enjoyed staying longer. - The hotel room was very comfortable although air conditioning unit was not working properly. Using the ceiling fan was fine as it was winter. The hotel is close to the railway station which was helpful. I had a wonderful sleep 😃 wifi connection and password, and a menu of the rooftop garden restaurant should be available in the room as a convenience to guests.
- Tasaduq (9/5): Perfect stay - Property is well maintained and staff is professional...I travelled with family to ajmer first time face no inconvenience also it is near to dargah shareef best option for zayreens ....cleanliness is also good 👍 Nothing perfect in everyway
- Jatinder (4/5): It is not a Sheraton property . Its location is in the most crowded part of the city and NO parking is available. We DID - Nothing Location . It is NOT a Sheraton property.
- Ellis (5/5): Passable -
- Giyoung (6/5): Pleasant - 1. Kind staff
2. Location near Ajmer station and Mittal mall 1. The room and bathroom had a strong, unpleasant odour.
- Aabid (1/5): The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The staff are terrible" - Nothing The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. The staff are terrible"
- Hafeez (10/5): Excellent property at perfect location, comfy rooms, helpful staff, great breakfast. Go for IT! - Mr. Himanshu, GM was very kind, helpful and considerate during our stay. The staff were courteous and polite and always quick at service. The restaurant food quality and taste is very good and hygienic. The provided parking facility is safe. Dargah is 10 min walking distance form this property.
- Zaid (1/5): Bad -
- Sehal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaikh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sharma (4/5): Staff customer service and arrangement to visit the Dargah was good. - Located close to Dargah Sharief Small rooms and property pictures on website are misleading.
- Kumar (4/5): Very basic need some cleaning - Very basic, restaurant at roof top was decent Not very clean, one of the bathroom had very small wash basins. No hangers, no parking in front of the hotel.
- Iqbal (10/5): A most satisfying stay. Very co - operative manager and other staff - The beautiful and clean environment. Appropriately placed hotel Narrow Entrance
- Quique (9/5): Superb -
- Sandeep (8/5): Very good - This is a nice place close to the railway station and also to the Ajmer Sharif Dargah. The staff is fine though I would suggest not to take their advise with regards to visiting the Dargah or pushkar. The reception informed us that at Pushkar there was Aarti at 7pm which was visible from all the ghats. To see this we went to pushkar for the second time on the second day but found out there was a very small Aarti which was barely visible from the ghats. My suggestion, definitely stay at the hotel since it is a nice convenient place but make your own research while planning the sightseeing and not rely on the advise of the reception.Ajmer was one of stops during our 22 day road trip from Mangalore and to be honest I had no major expectation from Ajmer and hence had not made any specific research of my own. Well, learnt my lesson
- Adhir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hira (7/5): Good -
- Leighton (8/5): Top stay in Ajmer - The rooftop restaurant has an extensive menu at very reasonable prices and a pleasing setting. It is close to the railway station and to Ajmer Sharif for those wishing to visit the Dargah
- Singh (7/5): Very Good - Excellent location
Comfortable and clean
Good service Excellent location , good food, good service
- Grewal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marco (1/5): STAFF ARE THIEVES!! - Nothing. THIEVES IN THE HOTEL.. I have been ROBBED 130€ from my backpack inside the room. Later I checked on google I was not the only one. Received 2 calls in the room (one at 7:30am). Not hot water. Sheraton usually is a 5* hotel, but this is another indian SCAM. Just take advantage of tourist. Not a proper answer from manager, maybe is part of the thieves. Skip Ajmer as there is nothing to see and hide your belongings.
- Nazer (6/5): Ok stay in Ajmer - The first room provided was having wet stains on the outer wall of bathroom and stinking. Though a different room was provided the next day. My mom and Dad visited Ajmer on 3 nights trip. They had to stay in that room for 1 night and change room the next day. Apart from that, My parents said all good but not value for the Money.
- Simon (7/5): Good stopover - Big rooms with everything you could need. The rooftop restaurant serves excellent food and is well worth a try. Staff very attentive, couldn't do enough for you. Really close to the railway station which was convenient for an early train. The hotel is situated in a busy part of town so quite noisy
- Immad (9/5): Superb - Amazing staff and services
Especially Hitesh was very good at hospitality
- Mohammed (6/5): Pleasant -
- Amir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Saif (6/5): Pleasant -
- Moin (8/5): Very good -
- Gupta (9/5): Superb -
- Albert (5/5): OK for short stays 1 or 2 days. - The staff were very cooperative and helpful. The entrance to the building itself was next to an open toilet. The smell was quite unbearable at times till you entered the building. The cleanliness in the rooms could be much better with the proper tools and training the staff, after all they have Sheraton in the name.
- Mihir (9/5): Superb -
- Tenveer (6/5): Pleasant -
- Andrew (9/5): Everything as it should be. Nothing to complain about except other guests. - No problems with room or checking in. Location close to train station. Restaurant wasn't expensive. Nothing to complain about. Local guests very noisy and had their kids running around like a play centre. Had to ask them to be quiet twice.
- Tellamekala (10/5): Very very good - Nice good food clean is awesome No
- James (4/5): Avoid, if you want a comfortable stay and value for money. - The hotel had fairly good decor and appeared to be good on first impression. The food in the restaurant was somewhere between okay and fair. The staff were reasonably friendly. First night, a large family of guests in the 3 rooms adjacent to me all had their doors open and were ringing my room bell, banging loudly and screaming from 5pm until 1am. They were very disturbing. Despite the management trying to convince me that this was normal, having stayed at various hotels in India, this is not normal. The fridge in the first room didn’t work and was warm, the air con unit was also offline and took a while to get activated, also there was no hot water in the bathroom. I was very courteous to all the staff and they were very friendly and tried to assist, and after very politely complaining for a while, I was given a second room at approx. midnight which was a lot smaller and a little dirty, and the air con unit was making loud noises. The bathroom again had no hot water. The beds in both rooms had virtually no cushioning and were rock hard, making it very difficult to sleep - finally got to sleep around 3am, after trying to sleep from 10:30pm. I had to check out after the first night as there was no way I would have stayed for the full 4 nights - I have never done this before in my life. The hotel manager said he would refund me, then he went back on his word and said it would be difficult. He then offered for me to stay free of charge for the remaining 3 nights instead of refunding me for the 3 nights, but as I had already paid in full for the 4 days upfront, that would have involved refunding me for the 3 days anyway, so there is no reason why the hotel should not refund me. I have given The Sheraton my card details and international banking details so they have had the full opportunity to refund me for the 3 days that I didn't stay. It has been 2 weeks and they haven't refunded me. There is no way that this can be a authentic Sheraton hotel.
- Shaikh (6/5): Pleasant -
- Singh (7/5): Good -
- Naela (10/5): Lovely and helpful staff! And wonderful roof top! Got upgraded without extra charge and had a pleasant stay. Good locati -

- Sumanto (4/5): Hotel Ajmer Sheraton is NOT A SHERATON GROUP HOTEL. - It's location proximity to the Dargah.
Overall it's a decent hotel with well mannered staff. The hotel name is misleading.
THIS IS NOT A SHERATON GROUP HOTEL.
Many other guests raised this concern during our stay.
Paid Breakfast @Rs.250/- per person was horrible. Waiter didn't understand that "egg" means "anda" in Hindi, so he said it's not available, finally we ordered Alu Parotha which was served half cooked, we were unable to tear it.
So we raised a complaint and quit the table.
Later during billing, the management gave us a discount by NOT charging us for the breakfast.
- Dr (9/5): stay comfortable, kitchen service needs improvement - breackfast takes long ,suggest taking it from some other place improve kitchen
- Rehana (10/5): It was a lovely safe stay in a comfortable clean well serviced hotel. - I liked the facilities, the bed, the room, closet, tv, everything was great. And the Staff was very nice and helpful. Also the rooftop was such a wonderful relaxing place from the crowds of the city. Most importantly it was super clean. The only strange thing was the sink in the bathroom was a little small. But the bathroom was very clean. And they gave really nice soap and shampoo with Saffron. Compared to other hotels in the Area I will always come here.
- Bhaskar (10/5): It was a enjoyable and comfortable stay. - Good location. Near to the railway station. Market area. Dargah sharif and other places are nearby. They have rooftop restaurant with good view. We enjoyed our food there. Polite staff. Reception helped us and guided us with tips to go around the places. Nothing very specific.
- Jibin (8/5): enjoyed the stay - very clean rooms , have most of the facilities washrooms are a bit cramped but still clean
- Hiro (8/5): Very good -
- Surendra (7/5): Good -
- Jashomita (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shad1507 (10/5): super hotel - Staff nature
- Con (8/5): Comfortable accomodation and convenient location - Location close to railway station and local markets
- Mohammed (9/5): Very nice and clean place. People must stay. - Small but excellent. It’s looks like mini Sheraton. Nice educated staffs.
Very clean and tight. Everything was perfect.
- Soma (6/5): Pleasant -
- Nasri (8/5): Very good -
- Sudhir (1/5): Room and corridors smelled from drain - Nothing got confused with Sheraton brand. Everything
- Dimitris (9/5): Superb - Very polite ans helpfull staff trying all their best. Comfy big rooms. Cleaning in a very good levels for the commom standards but needs improovment. Sheets with stains was my only incident whihc the housekeeping guys immidiately responded and changed them. All ans all i reccomend this place
- Monika (10/5): Excellent hotel, modernly designed, reasonable price for accommodation and food, nice garden in the - Modernly decorated rooms, beautiful restaurant on the roof with a wonderful view, friendly staff.
- Aneel (10/5): Exceptional -
- Archana (9/5): Superb -
- Sandip (8/5): Very good -
- Arpit (10/5): Sheraton Stay - Pleasant staff and room services, food was nice. Bedsheets were not new.
- Arafat (8/5): Very good - Good decent hotel I'm Ajmersharif It's basic - all the hotels there are though
- F (7/5): Good -
- Hussain (8/5): Very good -
- Ara09srs (8/5): Good hotel for Ajmer stay - Convenient location to the train station. Nice rooftop restaurant with good food. Clean en-suite rooms. Friendly staff. Cost of the taxi arranged through the hotel was incredibly high compared to the typical rate. Regret booking this through them.
- Tarun (3/5): Poor - Nothing really. Very average hotel Room too small. Bathroom design non friendly.
- Aiyub (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shobhit (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sanjeev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shantanu (7/5): Good enough but not great - The staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are just about ok. Bathrooms are clean. If you travelled to Ajmer to visit Dargah Sharif, then this hotel is just right for you from the location perspective. It is practically walking distance from the Dargah. The area is very congested. No parking within Hotel premises. In fact the hotel does not have any "grounds" of its own - no lawn or open spaces. They do help you park your car in a spot opposite the hotel - the spot looked like a vacant plot of an old/unused building. I wasn't very comfortable with the arrangement - was always scared the car would get a scratch or something. But I didn't have any options.
The towels provided by the hotel were another 👎. They weren't very "white" and were very hard/harsh.
The rooms are on the smaller side, for a place like Ajmer.
- Parvez (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sameer (7/5): Good -
- Raveesh (9/5): Superb -
