• STEFANIA (2/5): - Posizione buona Si tratta di un seminterrato e questo non era specificato da nessuna parte. Eravamo in 6 e c'erano solo 4 sedie nonostante l' host avesse assicurato che ce ne sarebbero state 6. Non c'era lo stendino per i panni anche se risultava tra i servizi. L' host, contattato, ha risposto che ce lo avrebbe fatto avere, ma ciò non è avvenuto. Le scale erano sporchissime. La terza stanza , quella blu, è umida al punto che è impossibile dormirci. Il divano- letto è rotto. Non prenotate
• Kathy (1/5): We did not stay in the property as it is unsafe - This property is a basement flat with steep metal unlit stairs to the door. No mention of this on the description so we couldn’t stay as a guest had mobility issues with stairs. The door step is loose, a trip hazard. The fire exit is blocked by stairs and there was an electric cable resting on the electric fire. The third ‘bedroom’ is damp with peeling wallpaper. The description is inaccurate and the property is unsafe. The property is way overpriced. We didn’t stay but left immediately and are pursuing a refund.
• Pippa (9/5): Superb - Fantastic location, spotlessly clean, 2 x super comfy modern bedrooms and lovely kitchen/bathrooms. Sadly, it rained when we were there, but a large private patio garden to enjoy when the sun shines. Host very responsive, and was so kind to let us have a late check out with no charge. I would highly recommend a stay here, and would definitely return again. 3rd bedroom (blue room) is fine for a young child, but could be brightened up a little, and to replace the z bed with a comfy single bed or sofabed would be a big improvement.
• Dziva (1/5): The worst weekend ever . - FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE ... DO NOT BOOK !!!. I BOOKED THIS PROPERTY FOR MY BIRTHDAY WEEKEND WITH A GROUP OF FRIENDS, AND I AM COMPELLED TO WARN OTHERS ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. UPON ARRIVAL, WE WERE GREETED BY A FILTHY SOFA THAT WAS UNACCEPTABLE. THE SIDE BEDROOM, WHICH WAS ADVERTISED AS A BEDROOM, TURNED OUT TO BE A SPARE ROOM WITH JUST A SINGLE BED AND NO SHEETS. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, THERE WERE NO EXTRA SHEETS FOR THE SOFA BED, LEAVING TWO OF MY GUESTS UNABLE TO STAY. WE REACHED OUT TO THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BECAUSE WE SPENT A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY AS STUDENTS, AND BOOKING.COM WAS UNABLE TO ASSIST US IN FINDING ALTERNATIVE ACCOMMODATIONS. THE PROPERTY CLAIMED THAT SPARE SHEETS WERE AVAILABLE IN A STORAGE UNIT, WHICH TURNED OUT TO BE AN OPEN UNIT OUTSIDE THE PROPERTY, ACCESSIBLE TO ANYONE. THE OWNER INSISTED THAT THE SHEETS WERE "CLAIMED," BUT THE REALITY WAS THAT THE SPARE SHEETS WERE IN THE WASHING MACHINE AND DAMP. WHEN I BROUGHT UP THE CLEANLINESS ISSUES, INCLUDING CRACKS IN THE WALLS AND FILTHY CONDITIONS, I WAS TOLD THAT A CLEANING TEAM WOULD COME. INSTEAD, ONLY ONE WOMAN ARRIVED AND MERELY WIPED THE STAINS WITH WASHING-UP LIQUID. WHEN I EXPRESSED MY DISSATISFACTION, ONE OF THE PROPERTY STAFF MOCKED ME OVER THE PHONE, WHICH WAS INCREDIBLY DISHEARTENING. THE MAIN ISSUE IS THE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT REGARDING THE THIRD ROOM. THE LISTING SUGGESTED THERE WOULD BE TWO SOFA BEDS, WHICH WAS THE PRIMARY REASON I BOOKED THIS PROPERTY. HOWEVER, UPON ARRIVAL, WE WERE INFORMED THAT IT WAS ACTUALLY A TWO-BEDROOM PLACE, CONTRADICTING WHAT WAS STATED ON BOOKING.COM. ON THE PHONE, WE WERE TOLD WE WERE GONNA GET A REFUND OF £150, BUT THEN THAT WOULD NO LONGER BE ABLE TO BE DONE THROUGH THE PROPERTY, AND I WOULD HAVE TO DISPUTE THIS WITH BOOKING.COM WHEN I ASKED FOR AROUND £200. THEY CLAIM THAT I REFUSED A REFUND JUST A COMPLETE LIE.
