• Callina (10/5): - Molto bello il casale e anche gli appartamenti, a me è piaciuta particolarmente la posizione un po fuori rispetto al centro, in collina con gli ulivi e un bel panorama sui colli toscani. In meno di 5 minuti di macchina arrivi ad un parcheggio a pagamento (che costa 4 euro al giorno) subito attaccato al capolinea del tram e da li in 12 minuti si arriva in centro. La signora è molto gentile e disponibile, quando siamo andati noi non aveva ospiti il giorno precedente e ci ha permesso tranquillamente di fare il check in alla mattina, inoltre ci ha consigliato un ottimo ristorante dove mangiare la fiorentina e tante altre cose. Se non avete la macchina o un mezzo di trasporto privato potrebbe essere più complicato perché è un po fuori dalla città e oltre al tempo per arrivarci, la strada passa per il bosco e non c’è illuminazione.

• Mary Luz (8/5): - Große Wohnung und Pool. Sehr schöne Küche und Wohnzimmer. Auch wenn der Weg dahin länger und eng ist und oben ist, ist es trotzdem nicht ganz in der Natur und natürlich weit von Zentrum. Vielleicht liegt es an die Region selber. Wahrscheinlich auch die Preise liegen an die Region. Die Kleiderschränke in den Zimmer waren schön von außen aber innen nicht ganz brauchbar, da die Abstellflaeche nicht sicher.

• Melissa (10/5): Je recommande ! - Patrizia s'est montrée très disponible tout le long de notre séjour. Merci pour son accueil et ses conseils. L'appartement est très spacieux, la literie très confortable et la piscine très agréable en fin de journée. La résidence est partagée avec 2 autres logements mais cela reste intimiste. La vue est magnifique. Prévoir une voiture pour y accèder cela est indispensable. Je recommande à 100%
• Stephanie (9/5): 2 tolle Nächte nah bei Florenz - Erreichbarkeit vor dem Check-in und auch für Fragen rund um die Wohnung und die Anreise nach Florenz einfach großartig! Fahrt nach Florenz mit Auto oder in Kombi mit Tram sehr einfach. Pool nur für 4 Wohneinheiten, Groß und sauber Große Wohnung, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet (viele Handtücher, Seife etc) Trotz sehr später Ankunft persönlicher Check-in Ruhig, man hört nur mal die Nachbarn Gute Betten Klimaanlage Das Zimmer ohne Fenster war schwierig kühl zu bekommen Es fehlte uns persönlich ein Toaster und noch etwas Platz um etwas abzustellen. Mückengitter an den Fenstern wären klasse.

Vi kommer hel - Dejlig beliggenhed og fuldt indhegnet, hvilket er perfekt, når man har to hunde. Patrizia er rigtig sød og hjælpsom, og det samme er ejeren. Er der noget, er de der med det samme 😊

• Daniel (10/5): This is a beautiful establishment out in the country. Very peaceful. The host is exceptional. - The host, Patrizia is exceptional! She speaks very good English. Patrizia communicates quickly through any application that is easiest for you to use. She went above and beyond by offering to and bringing us a single bed so that my daughter and I could have our own space. Very responsive to issues. Very nice pool. Very comfortable beds. Nice espresso machine with pods included. Willing and eager to help with any travel questions regarding Florence or the area. It is gated, so you feel very safe. The AC never really gets cold, but my daughter and I do not need it too cold so that wasn't an issue. If my husband had been with us, he couldn't have taken the heat. Okay, so this is completely out of the hosts control, but there has apparently been a road closure since October 2024 that causes you to have to take this huge one way loop to get back into Florence. Many places, for instance UFFIZI and the Ponte Vecchio area take an hour to get to. Google maps from home gave me no indication of this. I thought I was literally 17 minutes from Florence, but because of the road closure, it wasn't and I found it to be very inconvenient. This is my fault, but I have mobility issues and our room was upstairs. I managed, but had I asked in advance, I may have been able to get a room on the ground level. There are no restaurants or grocery stores close, because of the road closure I am sure. If you are accustomed to ordering door dash or anything similar, you will be disappointed because no one delivers out that far. Like I said, these were location issues not host issues.
• Matleena (8/5): Beautiful but difficult - The apartment was very beautiful and comfortable and the surrounding garden and view is super nice. Also the staff was very helpful and friendly. It was stunning to swim in the warm and clean pool. The apartment is located outside of the city, in a hill. There is no any kind of public transport between the city and the apartment. Also, it was very difficult and expensive to get a taxi there. You really need a car, or at least a bike, to stay in this apartment. The lack of transportation also affected me in a way that I couldn't by food when I needed. So I recommend bying your food deliberately right when arriving.
• Amanda (7/5): Looked better in photos than it was in reality - The apartment was spacious. It was nicely decorated and furnished, although not 100% practical. For example, the kitchen had lots of units, but they were mostly empty, but there is one washing machine outside shared between all the apartments. Would have been better to use some of the kitchen space to provide more facilities. The swimming pool was a nice facility. The shower was good. The road to the property was closed. The host gave instructions, but these missed a key piece of information about taking the exit off the island we were first directed to. Both of our sat navs kept defaulting to the closed road. We spent the best part of 30 minutes either driving around or in the end waiting for someone to come out and show us the way to the property. Not the best start when tired. The bed was okay, but not the most comfortable. The WiFi wasn’t great and kept dropping out. The location was a bit out of the way. The parking was across the road, which became very busy with traffic at peak times. It made crossing the road tricky and the noise from the traffic could be heard inside the apartment. There were no curtains at the door to the apartment, so it didn’t feel very private, as anyone who walked past could look in. There is a wasp’s nest inside the washing machine shed as I found when they flew at my face whilst I was emptying the machine. There were patches of efforvescence on the plaster inside the property.

The apartment was very clean along with the entire property grounds. Laura (property manager) was very helpful and friendly. She made us feel very comfortable.
• Michelle (9/5): Beautiful countryside getaway with the perfect pool to relax and cool down. - Beautiful countryside getaway. Very peaceful and nice accommodation. The pool was perfect way to cool down. A little far from all the hustle of the city centre and attractions. Should suggest to guest to rent a car before coming to check in as it’s a long hot walk back to into town and taxi rides are almost 25euros.
• Holmes (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful location with plenty of parking. The room was amazing, super comfy bed and the aircon for the hot Italian weather was divine! WIsh I could have stayed for longer but was the perfect accommodation to go to the MotoGP from!

• Daniel (10/5): great agritourism hotel nearby florence - the cleanness was impeccable as well as the staff's kindness and attention. visit Florence attractions in the morning, enjoy the swimming pool in the afternoon and later enjoy the evening in the city centre or even in the hotel among olive trees was a perfect combination for us. quite obvious: better have a car you need a car reach place.

• Vedran (9/5): Superb - Laura was fantastic host, very friendly and explained everything how to get best way to Florenze. Quite area for relaxation and apartment was good. Only tall people need to be careful of some heights in attic.
• Chris (9/5): A relaxing and high quality stay. - The size of the unit and the amenities provided for us to feel at home. The pool was a perfect end to each day of treading the pavement when site seeing in and around Florence. Great advice from the owner to catch the tram into the city and parking for our car in the hospital carpark at a fair price for the whole day. Airconditioning was very effective. All windows had heavy shutters to block the morning light but the glass door let it straight into our room. Perhaps a blind for night time.
• Hraboška (10/5): Exceptional - Location, swimmig pool, apartment equipment (air condition, 2xTv with Netflix, kitchen, ...). Laura is the best. Unfortunatelly we could stay just for 2 nights, but I'll hope we will longer in the future. Just road to the villa is a litle bit tricky :).
• Craig (10/5): Fantastic location on the edge of town with great facilities. - A fantastic villa split into 3 apartments which can be connected. Great AC and smart tvs with excellent wi-fi. Good cooking facilities and kitchen. Taxis were easy to book with some initial help from the excellent staff between €20-25 to town. Fantastic swimming pool and BBQ area. The staff and owner were exceptionally helpful especially helping us after our luggage was lost by the airline. Only one toaster oven between the 3 apartments so a microwave may be useful.

• Justin (10/5): It actually made me want to stay at the pool or in the unit more than going to Florence and visit ! - Everything was much better than expected and Gabriele was really welcoming and helpful for any kind of question or needs. The views and the feeling of being in a relaxing and calm area are probably what we loved the most ! The equipments are all new and worked perfectly ! We will certainly come back here next time ! I really really really recommande it ! Plus they fabricate their own olive oil at a lower price than some that you can find in a supermarket and it is much more tasteful too ! Nothing, it was on point for everything in my opinion !
