They also let us do the late check-out without any extra charges. Definitely recommend this place and budget-friendly .

I’m gonna missed the breakfast here that is being serve based on the time you provided. I am a digital nomad and was able to work comfortable here. NONE. I am picky but this is the best place i stayed in Bali out of 5 accommodations I stayed.
• Ali Ihsan (6/5): - 5-10 minuten fußweg zur Stadt, Internet war sehr gut und auch gut das ein Fernseher da ist. Hilfsbereite Personal. Ich empfehle einen Roller zu mieten wenn man hier schlafen will, da es abends recht dunkel ist. Wir hatten das Gefühl das nach der Reinigung die selbe Bettwäsche benutzt worden ist, Das Bad und die Dusche hat leider etwas gestunken. Die Türe kann man zwar schließen aber es bleibt an der seite geöffnet sodass geckos reinkamen ins Zimmer.

Very hospitable staff, affordable amenities and good advice for activities and bike hire. For the cost, it was an excellent choice. Breakfast was solid and they messaged me most mornings in regard to the breakfast. The final morning they did not, but that's okay. Bathroom odour was always a bit inconsistent and sometimes pretty smelly - the lights could have been more subtle. It was all or nothing.

Wayan House has an agreement with a hotel nearby to use their pool but guests need to take their own towel. It would be great if Wayan House could supply beach towels- for the pool, beach or other activities like visiting waterfalls / hot springs.

The room and property were super clean. The bed was really comfortable. They served huge portions of breakfast. The property is really close to restaurants and touristy places. Their services are spectacular. It’s also good for a long term stay. Will definitely return here again! Nothing!

Wonderful view onto garden which was so peaceful. I appreciated the peace because a 5 minute walk and you were in a busy area. Not far from beach and activities. Easy to navigate. Nothing bad to say. In the shared kitchen I did other people's dishes that they left out of respect and to have clean plates and cups for coffee.

• Lorraine (10/5): - A lovely oasis, very quiet and peaceful, yet only 5 minutes walk from the action in Seminyak. I love that it's still the home of the owner, they've just built a few rooms for tourists to stay in. We were very comfortable, and we're in our 60's. Nice big room, comfy big bed. Big bathroom. Worth noting the shower makes the whole bathroom wet, quite common with a lot of Indonesian bathrooms. Not an issue for us, we simply wore jandals. A decent breakfast was included, plus there's an onsite communal kitchen to make tea, coffee etc or even cook if for some mad reason you could be bothered ha ha. There's also water available to refill your bottles. There's a pond with big fish and fabulous carvings around the property. Lovely stay.

It’s right across from the most happening streets in Seminyak, close to the sunset beach yet also slightly tucked away so that the stay is calm and peaceful. The property itself is so beautiful with the traditional balinese architecture. We could rent the scooty from them too which was so convenient. The hosts were very polite and the check-in was smooth. Overall, if you’re looking for a budget stay then wayan house is a great option and value for money!! They give great facilities for what they charge but if I had to point at something, AC was set at 20 degrees the whole time but it didn’t seem to cool the room that well.

Das große Zimmer war immer sauber und eine tägliche Reinigung wurde angeboten auch wenn wir sie nicht jeden Tag in Anspruch nahmen. Das Homestay liegt zentral in Seminyak, man konnte dort Scooter leihen oder Getränke kaufen. Wifi funktionierte einwandfrei. Das Frühstück war okay, wir haben es aber auch oft ausgelassen. Im Bad fehlte Ablagefläche und Haken. Das Waschbecken war sehr klein. Wir wussten nie wohin mit unseren Handtüchern und nassen Badesachen. Es gab nur eine einzige Steckdose neben dem Bett. Die Kopfkissen waren ziemlich dick.

• Billie Harris (10/5): Perfect - the best value for money place to stay in the whole of Bali - Wayan House honestly exceeded all of our expectations. For the price we paid, we were blown away. The room was spacious, super clean and the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. The rooms are based in a traditional balinese temple, which was amazing to wake up to every day. The breakfast was brought to our room each morning, which was always well cooked and generous portions. I don't think you will find a better place to stay in Seminyak for the price, simply outstanding. Nothing, it exceeded all expectations.
