• Senem (3/5): Kesinlikle paranın karşılığı değil ,kaldığımız odanın oda olarak sunulması doğru değil, diğer odaları bilmiyorum. Temizl - Tesisin konumu iyi ancak gece aşırı gürültü geliyor sokaktan. Tesisin geneli için değil kaldığımız stüdyo daire için yorum yapmak istiyorum. Oda giriş katında , sandviç dükkanının hemen bitişiğindeydi. Dükkanda konuşulan herşey odadan çok net bir şekilde duyulabiliyordu, bıçakla doğrama ve kesme sesleri, mutfakta olan tüm sesler, herşey , sabah 8 den gece 23:00 e kadar .. fotoğrafta gösterilenlerle odanın alakası yoktu. Örneğin Tv yoktu, koltuk yoktu. Bunların olmaması önemli değil, ama yanıltıcı fotoğraf olması hoş değil açıkçası. Banyo aşırı derecede küçüktü. Duş başlığının takılacağı yer ilk saniyede elimizde kaldı. Banyo malzemeleri 3 kişilik konaklama için yetersizdi, kendimiz tamamlamak zorunda kaldık, terlik yoktu, havlu ve çarşaflar yeterince temiz değildi, lekeler vardı. Odadaki halı süpürülmemişti üzerinde döküntüler vardı. Banyoda geçmeyen kötü bir koku vardı, giderlerin üzerini tıkamak zorunda kaldık. Oda aşırı nemliydi, sabah kalktığımızda yatağın altı ve yan tarafı ıslaktı sanki su dökmüş gibiydi. Bunun yağmura bağlı olduğunu söylediler ama sadece yarım gün hafif yağmur yağmıştı, o da konaklamanın 2. Günüydü. Oda ilk günden beri nemliydi. Dolapta ve bavulda bulunan tüm kıyafetlerimiz nem koktu. Sabah kalktığımızda kıyafetlerimizi hafif ıslak/ nemli bulduk maalesef. Odaya girer girmez daha eşyalarımızı bile koymadan paranın peşin ödenmesi gerektiğini söylediler, hoş bir karşılama değildi, yine de hemen ödedik , ancak hala fatura alamadık, 2 kez söylememize rağmen. Bugüne kadar kaldığımız hiçbir yerde giriş yaptığımız dakika ödeme alınmadı ilk kez karşılaşıyoruz böyle bir tavırla. Kahvaltı fevkalade olarak puanlanmış, tesiste kahvaltı yok, kendi sandviç dükkanlarından alıp yiyebilirsiniz. Biz kahvaltı dahil olarak rezervasyon yaptırmıştık ancak nasıl olduysa booking sistemi öyle yapmamış , bazen böyle olabiliyor dediler ve kahvaltı dahil değil dediler. Booking de belirtilen tesis özellikleriyle uyumlu değil.

• AMIT (8/5): Wonderful location, nice stay - The entire team (including the staff at the sandwich shop) were so kind and helpful. Great location, in the old town so was nice to step out of the property right on the cobbled streets in old town. Many restaurants, souvenir shops etc. close by. Clean property, comfortable beds, decent sized rooms. Breakfast sandwiches were sumptuous and delicious, the lady in the shop was very kind to prepare sandwiches of my choice. There is a 10 Euro washing + drying facility in the hotel (on ground floor) which is nice though we did not end up using it but is a comfort to have on site. Nowhere we could find the hotel’s name ‘Vita Mundo’ and so I struggled to find it but a kind guy helped me, the property name is different than Vita Mundo, It hanged recently is what I was told. Maybe ;) a tv in the property would be great, a few more clothes hooks in the bathroom if possible. The shower door was leaky so we had to be careful but was easily manageable. The shower gel bottle was almost empty but we always carry mini shower gel bottles so wasn’t a great issue.

• Aleksandar D (9/5): Prostrani i čisti apartmani na odličnoj lokaciji u Kotoru u rekonstrusanoj kući u starom gradu - Pre svega lokacija objekta je sjajna – na jednom od malih trgova u starom gradu u Kotoru blizu vrata od Gurdića (Južna vrata), koja obezbjeđuju ulaz u grad kod izvora Gurdić. Biti u starom gradu u Kotoru znači biti u centru zbivanja i biti blizu svega. Druga bitna stvar je cena, koja je bila izuzetno povoljna za ovako dobru lokaciju u periodu novogodišnjih praznika (cene ostalih smeštaja u starom gradu u ovom periodu bile su nerealno visoke). A pored ove dve bitne odrednice prilikom izbora smeštaja, dobili smo i prostrane, solidno opremljene i čiste apartmane, u zgradi koja je bila renovirana i u našem slučaju (zimski period boravka) imala veoma dobro grejanje. Nema bitnih zamerki. Kuhinja se nalazi u atrijumskom delu – natkrivena, ali napolju, pa je u zimskom periodu bilo nešto hladnije (u letnjem periodu je sigurno prijatnije).

• İremnur (10/5): Keyifli ve fiyat performans bir konaklama önerisi - Tesisin konumu hemen oldtownın girişinde ve oldtowndaki en iyi sandviç işletmesinin üst katında. Kendisine ait bir mutfağı iki ayrı yatak odası ve banyosu bulunan geniş bir daire olarak tasarlanmış. Odalardan bir tanesi kalenin içindeki sokağa bakıyor manzara gayet güzeldi. İşletme sahipleri son derece ilgili ve duyarlı insanlar. Tüm sorularıma hızlıca ve detaylı dönüşler sağladılar. Seyahatimiz boyunca da bize son derece yardımcı oldular. Başarılarının devamını diliyorum.

• Kaya (9/5): Temiz, merkezde,rahat bir seçim - Old Town içinde terminale çok yakın ,yürüme mesafesinde çok şirin bir yer. Sahibi bir Türk çift. İkisi de çok tatlı ve güler yüzlü insanlar. Üst katta da kendileri yaşıyorlar. Biz kışın gittik ve odamızı biz gelmeden ısıtmışlardı. Hemen alt tarafında bulunan sandviç dükkanını da onlar işletiyorlar. Anahtar için beklememize gerek kalmadan temin edebildik. Oradan çıkış yaptıktan sonra bile valizlerimizi bizim için emanette tuttular, Kahvaltımızı marketten kendi aldığımız malzemelerle yaptık. Kap kacak bir tık yetersizdi ama su ısıtıcı, mikrodalga, ocak, buzdolabı gibi gerekli beyaz eşyalar düzgündü. Tertemiz bir şekilde teslim aldık odamızı. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Bir daha gitsek orada kalabiliz. Kaldığımız odanın manzarası yoktu.

Yan taraftaki sandviç dükkanı da kendilerine ait olduğu için ev sahiplerine ulaşmak çok kolaydı ve her sorunumuzu hemen çözdüler. Tuvalette özellikle yağmur yağdığında kötü bir koku oluyor. Sorduğumuzda bunun Kotor genelinde bir sorun olduğunu söylediler. Rica ettik bir oda kokusu verdiler sagolsunlar idare ettik.
• Alyssa (8/5): Good! - The owners of the apartment were very nice! The apartment looked better than in the pictures. The apartment was really nice for the price we paid and it was in a really nice spot. The only negative thing about the apartment was the shower, it floods after a few minutes.

Klima ne radi dobro, nije mogla da zagreje sobu, bilo je bas, bas hladno, kupatilo nije kao na fotografijama, tus kabina bi trebalo da se oriba dobro, kuhinja je napolju bukvalno. U sobi je bilo mrava i leptirica. Potrebno je krecenje. Deo zida gde je klima urusen. Namestaj star. Ne isplati se za tu cenu koju traze.

• Joseph (8/5): Perfect location, reasonable price, and easy check in. - The location is brilliant, right on the edge of the old town. The access is easy, and the bed was large and comfortable and it had basic facilities. The room was spacious and supplied mostly what you need. The pillows were tremendously comfortable and the check in was easy -- kind staff too. A few basic amenities were missing (a corkscrew would have been nice) and maybe shower gel instead of just shampoo. There is a slight smell from the bathroom (as mentioned in other reviews), but I think this is due to the water from the bay. The shower also needs a curtain or something as the entire bathroom gets soaked every time you have a shower.
• Mariana (10/5): Positivamente surpreendida :) - Gostamos das camas, roupas de cama e travesseiros. A localização é perfeita! O atendimento pelo WhatsApp e também da moça que nos ajudou por lá foi excepcional, muito gentis, educados e cordiais! Gostamos de ter cozinha para fazer alguma comidinha e também de ter dois quartos. No nosso quarto (6) não tinha nada de mofo ou cheiro ruim, estava tudo muito certinho. Achei um bom custo benefício! Realmente o chuveiro foi o único ponto negativo, ele alaga rapidamente (parece entupido) e dependendo de como você liga, alaga o banheiro também. Mas no segundo banho já pegamos o jeito e achei que toda a parte boa compensou essa parte :)

Mutfakta kase kırılmış, diğer kasenin içinde parçalanmış halde bırakılmış. Yerler temizlenmiş ama tavanda örümcek ağları sarkıyordu.

• Stefan (2/5): Nicht zu empfehlen! - Die Lage war super Das Zimmer und vorallem das Bad war einfach nur dreckig in der Dusche war mehr Schimmel als an einem alten Limburger. Im Bett waren noch ein paar Haare und Flecken vom Vorgänger. Die Lautstärke der Kneipen im Erdgeschoss war ab 2 Uhr nachts zu ertragen. Für diesen Preis wäre es auch einfach möglich die ganzen kleinen defekte in der Wohnung zu beheben. Die Küche war im Treppenhaus an sich nicht schlimm aber auch da war noch essen was ein bis zwei Gäste vorher zubereitet hatten zu finden.
• Cassie (7/5): Good value for money! - The location is amazing right in the middle of old town very close to everything! The bus station, ferries and supermarket! Great value for money. Great for a short stay, the kitchen is very small and the utensils aren’t the greatest for prepping but it’s does the job. The bathroom was very different to the pictures and there was no hand soap.

• Daryl (7/5): Convenient location. - Location close to city gate, bus and ferry. Difficult steps at entrance. Bathroom was tacky with no shower screen. No tea or coffee etc provided. Noisy till after midnight.
• Kristin (5/5): Only stay if you can handle a ton of black mildew and a non-responsive host - Location is great. Just on the south end of the walled old town. Spacious king bed plus twin for three adults. Nice private courtyard for the building. Comfortable bed. Tons of black mold throughout the bathroom. This is a health concern but especially bad for someone with asthma and allergies and two of us fighting a cold. No shower curtain so water goes all over the floor, Asian style. It needs better ventilation somehow. The screen had a 2 inch gap at the bottom so pointless to keep out mosquitoes. The host was extremely late in responding, and only to some messages. Very difficult to find based on the address and map. It was only because we continued to ask in shops that finally someone working at a sandwich shop next-door let us in. Only the next day did the owner give us the Wi-Fi password.

• RIE (9/5): 城壁内の快適なアパートホテル - 城壁内にあるアパートタイプのホテルで、場所がとても便利だった。南門にも近くスーパーへも徒歩5分以内。また、お部屋も広くベッドが2台あり、とても贅沢な造りだった。バストイレも快適で、窓から景色も見えて良かった。洗濯をしたくてスタッフに聞いたら快く対応してもらってありがたかった。シャンプー等もボトルが置いてあった。ドアの外に冷蔵庫、ガスキッチン、テーブル等があり、長期滞在も可能と思った。今回はガスは使わなかったがスーパーの食材を調理するのもいいなと思った。 部屋に備え付けのドライアーが無く、スタッフに聞くと対応してもらえた。廊下が外と繋がっている為、話し声等は聞こえるが、店が閉まると静かになった。 また階段のみなので、重いスーツケースを上げるのは大変かもしれないと思った。

• Aleksandr (7/5): Ok for 1 night stay - Situated in the old town of Kotor, so you can easily walk out and have great time. 0) We arrived to the place 2 or 3 hours later than check-in time was and they started to clean the room only when we came so we waited for 30 minutes in the yard with our suitcases 1) Broken shower tray - you take shower and the floor in the bathroom is totally flooded 2) One room did not have any windows - only entrance door and a door to a dirty kitchen with piles of rubbish and bottles. 3) No free parking nearby (only 2€ per hour) so you have to walk with your suitcases through the city 4) Noisy bar just under your window (but closed window solves the problem) 5) Rooms were dirty even after cleaning. 6) Host did not register us and his friend also tried to get 5€ more for registration

La chambre est au sous sol, impression d’être dans une cave. Bruit de la ville (musique, basse, voix qui ne s’arrêtent pas). L’aération de la salle de bain ne fonctionne pas du tout : résultat, une odeur d’égout très très forte en permanence + de la pourriture au plafond + cuvette des toilettes cassée Lit double, mais que des draps lits simples dans la chambre.? Hôte peu communicatif. Emplacement mal indiqué sur la carte, mauvais numéro. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment mauvais. Je ne recommande pas.

Casa de banho faltava proteção de duche, o chuveiro não era dos melhores, e o ralo precisava de ser substituído. Faltavam panelas, copos sujos. Suporte da cortina da porta de entrada estragado.
• Pasquale (5/5): It had a lot of potential but the loud external noises are difficult to manage - The property is located at the old town in a very nice place. Very convenient if you want to experience the small town vibes. The beds are comfortable, supermarket near by and bus station It is the same as you are booking yourself a room inside a night club. The level of noise especially in one of the room is to the roof. It is impossible to sleep till the early hours of the morning when the music and the people screaming partying stops. Even with the door shut the high volume made impossible to sleep. My view is not suitable for family with children The bathroom had a problem with the shower system drain, shower cubicle very old and unstable. Anytime I had a shower the floor was flooded, a mop was not provided but only some sort of drying but was not doing the job. The floor was constantly wet The kitchen is equipped with old and rusty pots, the sponge was so old and consumed that i could not use it, no kitchen towel provided. I could not use it Only one toilet role provided for 7 days Therefore, I had to buy my own. The air conditioning was making loud sounds on top of the already loud external noises.

We couldn’t get over the location and the quality of the property. We loved it The shower easily overflowed but I think a good scrub and a clean would solve that easily.

Hosts are very friendly, fast to reply, gave us a space to leave our luggage after check-out Room is nice and quite spacious, kitchen is well-equipped Kitchen is directly connected to the street (there's a part of the wall where there's no window). I stayed here in March when it was not warm enough outside, so the food or the tea got cold in just a few minutes after you finished cooking
• Dmitry (6/5): Quite good, unless you need to shower - This is all about the location. You wake up in the midst of the Kotor old town. We stayed in the 'two bedroom deluxe' apartment. The bedrooms are quite nice, the mattresses are okay, and you could close the blinds/shutters so that it's close enough to darkness at night (which is not always the case!). For the noise levels — it was fine, but not great: watch out, you are in the centre of Kotor. There will be people in bars until a relatively late hour (midnight-ish), and there will be people walking the streets right outside your windows in the morning, dragging garbage bins on the cobblestone, etc. We were there in April, so we didn't experience the full force of a wave worth 3000-5000 tourists from a couple of cruise ships flooding the not-so-large old town. There are nice-looking paintings on the walls (although in one room, a painting was leaning against the wall in the corner, we had to put it up - hopefully the wall mount was okay. Maybe the previous guests didn't like it). The bedrooms were well decorated and generally fairly clean. The kitchen was, well, minimal, but it was there. You probably won't cook much. Interestingly, the kitchen shares the space with a kitchen of a different apartment. The one from the other apartment was one floor above, you couldn't get from one to another (unless you, for some reason, jump over the balcony and land several meters below in our kitchen, which might get you in the hospital instead). You can't see into the rooms from the kitchen above, and you couldn't even see their kitchen from ours, but I think we've heard the voices of people who lived there, Not as easy to find the entrance (there seem to be several for the several different apartments). However, the main kick in the stomach was the bathroom. The shower was quite something - the doors barely closed, so it probably leaked from the door, it almost certainly leaked from the seals between the glass and the base, and it definitely leaked from a huge crack in the shower base (it's been a while, so I don't remember in great detail, but probably multiple cracks). Sadly, I didn't grab a picture of that. Standing on that shower tray felt a bit shaky and unsafe (what with the cracks and it slightly giving way as you step), and after the shower, the entire bathroom floor was unsurprisingly a giant puddle, no matter how careful you are. Also, it seems like it was supposed to have a rainforest showerhead, but at some point, something must have gone wrong, so there's a brick-like connector free-swinging from the hose. Hopefully, that bathroom gets renovated soon.

• Katie (7/5): great location, very friendly and accommodating host, always offering to help in any way he could - Host was very friendly, accommodating, and made my stay very easy and welcoming, greeting me upon arrival and helping me with my bags. Host even allowed me early check in because I needed to put food in a fridge to be kept cold during the day, which was very helpful and made things much easier for me. Huge thank you for that! Centered perfectly in the middle of Old Town, walking distance to everything, which was very important to me. The bathroom was a bit outdated and could use some maintenance and tune ups. The toilet seat cover wasn't latched on and kept falling off, which was a minor thing but kind of annoying at times. The bathroom could be updated a bit and it would be great, but again, not a dealbreaker because the rest of the studio felt very comfy and clean.
• Shalmalee (4/5): Disappointing - Location was extremely convenient. 1. Was made to wait for 30+ minutes at the old town gate by the host who kept saying he was 2-5 minutes away for the entire time. This was after me letting them know thrice in advance (including an hour prior) about the exact time of my arrival. 2. Bathroom smelled of sewage and ammonia and had many small insects. Probably mainly because of old plumbing and sewage lines. Had to refrain from using as much as possible. Bed looked barely cleaned. Sheets were creased and dusty to my eye. I chose to lay down on my own sheet on top. 3. Open common access courtyard immediately outside was noisy and smoke filled dur to smokers (unsure if guests or staff) and I had to keep windows closed throughout. Finally had to ask the host to pass on a message after 10 PM in order to get some pace and quiet for a night's slieep before early morning bus. To his credit, he did get them to quiet down after but only once the rain has started. It's overall fine for a quick hop, but I regretted the second night to be perfectly honest.
• Monika (10/5): The best location - Super sympathetic and helpful host. Beautiful location. Charming apartment in old town, comfy beds. Very good as a base for trips around. The atmosphere inside the old town and apartment itself made a very good impression. Parking tips received from host, like promised, few minutes away from the place. Kitchen not enough equipped. Some basic staff missing, like knives or dishcloth. Shower was very old and licked water from the bottom. Downstairs was a sandwich shop with constant very laud techno music which disturb during late evening hours.

The current team there have just taken over and given time to settle this place will be an absolute gem.

• Monica (10/5): Great place! - I love it. Great place for great value. Nice and comfortable bed, good space, with air conditioner, hair dryer, and the bathrooms have soap, and shampoo included. Also, the room has a tiny kitchen. And it's just at the entrance of the Old Town. It's like 5 to 10 mins walking from the bus station. The guy who helped me to get there even helped me with my bags, and when I told him I needed to wash my clothes, he offered to do it. Much appreciated. Thank you! I got a bit lost because I couldn't find a sign with the name of the Hotel. I would advice them to make one. I had to call them to help me get there.

• Sarah (6/5): Cheap, but run-down apartment in great location - The location is fantastic. The apartment is in the heart of the Old Town. It's surrounded by restaurants, pubs, shops, tour companies. The price was great, considering the location. The owner arranged airport pick-up and return for us. There were a few aspects of the apartment that were quite rough and in need of repair, such as plug sockets hanging off the wall and a curtain rail that wasn't properly attached. The step into the bathroom had a strip that kept falling off. The bathroom shelf wasn't attached properly and was set at a downward sloping angle, which meant our possessions kept sliding off! The shower head was not attached to the wall, you had to hold it. There was no shower curtain or any kind of partition separating the shower from the rest of the bathroom. This resulted in water all over the bathroom. The wifi was quite patchy. Thin walls - you could hear everything from next door.
• Megan (7/5): Perfect location but glad we only stayed there for a few nights - Perfect location for the old town! Could walk to the beach but also was within the old town walls so plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Staff were very helpful and always on the end of the phone to help with whatever you needed. Room wasn’t as clean as I could have liked, needed a repaint due to damp in the room. The windows needed to be open all time as it was so damp our clothes started to smell. Also wasn’t very practical for example- no clothes hanging space and shower was soaking the whole bathroom floor. When we arrived we had booked a taxi with the property owners and it never showed up so we waited for an hour for no one!
• Julie (9/5): Excellent value for money, great location - Great location for exploring the old town, walking up to the fortress, boat trip and near the bus station. Airport not too far. Excellent value for money and had almost everything we needed. The only thing I would have liked, is some hooks to hang clothes and towels- especially in the bathroom.
