• Emma (9/5): Great accommodation for a long weekend exploring Withernsea and the surrounding area - The accommodation was easy to find thanks to the directions from the host ahead of our arrival. We were able to access the property much earlier, the host was really helpful. The property was well furnished and had lots of elements that made it feel like a home. Lots of useful kitchen utensils etc including an air fryer! There was plenty of living space and storage. The balcony was perfect for a cup of coffee on a morning in the sun, perfect quiet location. The curtains were a little thin which meant we were all awake a little earlier than normal....shouldn't complain about blue sky's and sun but at 5am I'd rather be asleep. The knives need a sharpen (I am nit picking as we really had a great time)

• david (10/5): Couldn’t fault the accommodation , clean and lovely little welcome pack. Our only disappointment was that the indoor sw - Spotlessly clean and perfect welcome pack. Apart from a small leak on the bathroom radiator that had rusted, the property was perfect.

• Big (10/5): 2nd Family Holiday. 2nd Time here. - Everything. Second time we have stayed here... we stayed roughly the same time last year in what was our first family holiday. Didn't hesitate in booking with David & Marion once again. Fell on our feet really. Nice genuine couple... Will look to book again in the future no doubt. Love the location. 5 mins away from the beach... promenade and then short walk onto the main drag. Love to sit outside the van in the seating provided with beverage on an evening. It's a nice quiet spot. (Aslong as people aren't feeding the gulls! 🤬) Wifi signal is flaky. They have tried rectifying this issue from previous stay, but signal was still not strong enough to stream unfortunately...
• Julia (10/5): Excellent base for visiting family - Great communication with the hosts. The caravan was in superb condition, very clean and well equipped. Ideal base for visiting nearby family. Didn't use the park facilities on this occasion as only a short visit but the site seemed very pleasant and great location for the beach and town. Thank you for a lovely stay.

• Whiteside (5/5): Was fine for a few days but needs some improvement. - Caravan was fine, location was as expected. Owners seem nice. There were no towels provided and this was not detailed in the description. As the caravan is described as ‘luxury’, it was a shock to find that towels were not provided and I had to go out and find a shop to buy some. Not even a bathmat for the shower. There was also only 1 dishwasher tablet, only 1 tea towel, no washing up liquid, no spare bin bag, and a very mean selection of coffee/tea. There are also a few areas that need a bit more attention with regards to cleaning. So in general, I don’t believe the word ‘luxury’ should be used to describe this caravan.
