• Donna-lee (10/5): Loved it! - Beautiful place. Clean bright and comfortable. Roomy and cosy. Location is great with lovely views and a woods walk if you fancy. You do need a car. To get to the BBQ and swing we had to walk through knee length grass. Getting legs wet. BBQ was full of water.
• Craig (10/5): - This place is amazing the shower is full power the kitchen has everything you need , it's a perfect get away its like a holiday , the hosts were fantastic always on hand and made us feel welcome , we had nice towels shampoos milk and coffee supplied and the price was very cheap for what we got in return I would definitely recommend, I don't usually write reviews but I felt this one I had too it was too good not to.

• Jonathan (9/5): Lovely quiet break - The accommodation is just lovely. Spacious rooms and nicely finished. Surprisingly quiet and all carefully planned. Easy to walk out into the forest from the property. There were problems with the internet connection while I was there, but outside the control of the host, who was helpful and apologetic.
• Anastasiya (10/5): Relaxing and peaceful - We had an amazing stay! Beautifully appointed lodge. Quiet, warm, clean, stylish. Although the weather hammered rain down on us, and the A48 roared a few steps away, we were snug as bugs. Thanks for looking after us.

• John (9/5): Ideal location for trips around South Wales - Location was 20 minutes to Cardiff. Modern interior. Comfy bed. Very close to a main road but the soundproofing was amazing!! Easy parking off road. Coffee tea milk and cereal provided. Internet and tv reception was a bit iffy at times. Owners said they would look into it
• Alexis (10/5): Comfortable & peaceful with a gorgeous view - Location was great for us. Setting was beautiful & because of the excellent soundproofing it was peaceful too. Modern interior & appliances all high tech & comfortable bed. Lovely size bathroom with bath & over head shower. Lots of lovely little extras. We can’t wait to visit again in the spring. Nothing. Where we parked it was a short walk to take suitcases a few steps but no hardship.
• Kayleigh (10/5): Amazing place to stay! - It was so beautiful, really spacious and so clean. It was an amazing location to explore the area and just felt so cosy and relaxing. The sound proofing was amazing, and the lovely woodland walks were so great. Nothing, I really loved the whole stay. Will definitely be back.

• Molly (10/5): We will be back - I loved how it felt so rural and you couldn’t hear the road at all. Some excellent soundproofing of the property. Connie was so lovely and always there to help if necessary! We bumped into her and her beautiful 3 dogs in the forest while out walking and she told us a good path to go down. There was genuinely nothing we disliked and will be back in the future

• Natasha (10/5): Short but welcoming! - Host was very kind making sure to include some extras to make our stay as comfortable as possible (milk, cereal, tea etc). There was also plenty of space for kids to run and play.
• Clair (10/5): A quick visit, but a lovely relaxing stay, would stay again if we're in the area. - The lodge was just as expected and as per previous reviews. It was clean and tidy, light and airy. Sitting outside shaded by the trees in the evening was lovely. Connie met us when we arrived and showed us around the lodge, and was only a text away if we needed anything. As others have commented, finding the lodge was tricky and involved a couple of calls and a Google Maps link to find the driveway. Ideally WhatThreeWords could be provided or some sort of signage on the roadside would have helped.

• Tracy (10/5): Fabulous accommodation 5 star - Fantastic lodge, fully soundproofed so very peaceful. Lodge fully fitted with all the mod cons you could ask for. Beautifully laid out and absolutely spotlessly clean. Was astounded at the care and quality that has gone into making this Lodge absolutely outstanding. Owners more than accommodating, sent us a link om Google maps which made the property easy to find. They met us at the Lodge and showed us around and explained where everything was. Advised us that if there was anything we needed just to contact them. Lovely forest walk right at the rear of the property. Cowbridge town centre was less than 5 minutes away by car. No dislikes at all.

• Annalise (10/5): Hidden Gem - Connie was a super host, excellent communication before the trip and when we arrived. We went for my partners birthday and she made it special. This lodge us absolutely stunning and well kitted. We had every thing we needed and the view was lush! The lodge was so spacious, the photos didn't do it justice! The bed was so comfortable and warm. We didn't hear the traffic nor the chickens! 100% need to visit this lodge, it's in our top 3. we will look forwards to revisiting in the future! • Jesslsn87 (10/5): Stunning Lodge - The Lodge was stunning, modern and spacious. Comfortable, home from home. We didn't take much for our short stay and needed nothing extra. Everything we needed was available. A relaxing, quiet, private space. We took our dog and he equally loved the freedom of the grounds. We were made to feel welcome as a family by the host. We felt safe. The location was perfect for us.
