- Lorella (9/5): siamo stati bene , posizione leggermente decentrata , ma a un passo da San Pietro - appartamento molto pulito e silenzioso
- Renae (9/5): Nice apartment near Vatican - Very clean and beds were comfortable. Close to Vatican museum but in a quiet area. Half a block from bus line 62 and 64. Five minute walk to San Pietro train station. Water pressure in shower was very weak.
- Lukasz (6/5): -
- Cheryl (9/5): Great base to see Rome. - Lovely modern apartment.
Comfortable beds.
Close to Vatican.
Nice restaurants walking distance.
Bus stop with number 64 bus going straight into the city.
Great communication with the host.
Better area to stay in than some other places in city centre. Lift was broken so had to climb 6 floors! Which was ok for us as we were travelling light and relatively fit. I would not like to go up those stairs with a large case!
They were repairing the lift as we were leaving, but it is only a small 2 person lift.
Water pressure in shower wasn’t great but we managed.

- Grant (8/5): Good place. Just needs a good cleaning. - No breakfast The cleanliness left a lot to be desired. Dirt and dust under the beds and sofa was dirty.
- larry (10/5): Excellent and we realy like the place - Clean, well managed and very accesible to Vatican. Very recommendable the fact that my sister-law from Switzerland will book on this appartment Nothing at all

- Maritza (10/5): Communicative host, bright comfortable apartment! - Very clean, cozy, well organized and equipped with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but not bad and still pleasant.
- Alison (10/5): - Great location

- Roxana (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mallory (8/5): Prompt replies from the office and helpful when resolving issues - Very well situated for Vatican visits It would have been nice to have two coffee pods supplied for the first morning!
- Ilie (10/5): Exceptional - The house was really clean and comfortable for 4 people, it is very close to the Vatican and there are a lot of restaurant and markets just 1-2 minutes walk from the appartment! I would really recommend it and I would love to be back!
- Jacqueline (10/5): Very clean and modern apartment - Location was good for us, renovated 6th floor apartment with modern colourful decor, comfortable beds, smart TV, washing machine, large luxurious shower. Coffee machine with pods supplied. Just to mention there was no dryer this time of year (we moved a few things on the tiny balcony and used the airer) and be aware the ancient lift is two person only.
- Kirsi (10/5): Lovely apartment - Very clean and nicely decorated flat. The location is great and there is an amazing osteria/tavern Cresci nearby. We enjoyed our stay, thank you.
- Danilov (9/5): Great location! - Great location close to Vatican City. Clean apartment with good WiFi and A/C. Smooth check in. Host helped with transfers arrangements.
- Srujan (9/5): Excellent apartment for a family. Everything is present for a comfortbale stay. - There is a supermarket carrefour near this apartment (400m). There are two buses which go directly from the apartment to ROME central station and city center. The lift in the building is uncomfortable. There is only one small old lift with only two people can fit for such a large apartment building. This is the only complaint about the apartment. one has to keep in mind this a private apartment and if there is any problem you have to manage your self.
- Kirsten (9/5): Ideal apartment to be close to the Vatican - would definitely book again! - Amazing location, lovely apartment and really well appointed and designed. The best apartment we stayed in overall on our 2 week Italy trip! Booking.com advised that one of the bedrooms had 2 double beds. This was not the case. We were able to split a King into two singles to accommodate our two children, but they were both disappointed as they were expecting a double bed each.
- David (8/5): Very good - Location is great. It's only minutes away from Vatican, restaurants, and public transportation.
- Sarah (7/5): Good -
- Weanie21 (9/5): Superb - Clean, spacious, good views, local Italian bakeries nearby. Nowhere to store luggage.
- Robert (9/5): Excellent accommodation - The location is excellent, walking distance to Vatican and the important attractions. A lot of restaurants nearby. The flat is really nice and very clean.
- Andersson (8/5): Nice appartment, good price, near Vatican city. - Very nice and helpfull staff. Clean, modern and good standard. Excellent loction for visiting Vatican City.
- Tracy (9/5): Always fun in Rome - Easy location to get to the city. A little off the beaten path so it was easy to get around. Booking.com arranged our car service from the port and then to the airport and it was well worth it. Rome isn't the easiest to navigate and being able to engage with the service was perfect and appreciated.
- Mona (8/5): Very good -
- Sebastian (3/5): I am very disappointed with this apartment. I do not recommend it. - The location is just great. Very close to the Vatican. Upon arrival in Rome, I received a text message stating that I had to pay a €150 deposit. This information is not mentioned at all in the property description.
The apartment is advertised as being for up to six people, but only four can comfortably sleep on real beds. There were five of us and I had to sleep on the couch, which was not the best option for a good night's sleep. In addition, the bedding on my sofa was stained.
The dishwasher was not working. I contacted the facility staff, who promised to send someone to fix it, but no one showed up.
As for the deposit. I lost one of the two keys to the apartment. My mistake, I admit, but because of this I was told that I would not be refunded my deposit of €150. It must have been the most expensive key in Rome.
- Jennifer (10/5): Can’t fault anything. Apartment was lovely. Gentleman that met us was a top guy. Close to everything. Really enjoyed our - Had everything we needed Being on the 6th floor :)
- Konstantinos (8/5): Very good -
- Renise (10/5): The flat is clean and cozy. We all enjoyed our stay here. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for a stay in Rome -
- David (9/5): We had a delightful time staying in the Elise apartment for 3 days while we explored Rome! - The Elise apartment was very cozy. Larger bedrooms but smaller kitchen. It was close enough to the Vatican we could walk but far enough that the neighborhood was quiet. You can catch a taxi just a few blocks away on the same street. There were a couple grocery stores nearby (Carrefour and Pam Local). There weren’t any nice views from the apartment but it wasn’t necessary since there are so many great things to do in Rome. It was on the 6th floor and the elevator is tiny (for two people at a time) so we walked the stairs a lot.
- Predrag (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (10/5): Excellent in all - Excellent,
- Mark (7/5): Great room once in but building was dusty and dark with 6 flights of stairs - Space
Modern layout
Good bedrooms
Good bathroom Stairs poor lift
Long way from metro
- Linda (7/5): Good - location was perfect. decor was great. we’ll equipped. construction work going on on the facade of the building with scaffolding. we’re noisy from early in the morning. Odour from kitchen sink drain.
- Jackie (9/5): Superb - The apartment is in a relatively quiet and safe area of the city very close to St Peter's Basilica and the Vatican. We are so glad we chose this location. It was lovely that we saw St Peters and the square every day of our holiday and at different times of the day (once isn't enough!) There was a great restaurant very close to the apartment that produced amazing 'Roman' food and a number of other places to eat close by. Also there was a selection of food shops including a supermarket. The apartment is very close to a number 64 bus stop which gave us easy access to other areas of the city and the main railway station but we also walked to some sights like the Trevi fountain although its a bit of a hike. The apartment had 2 good double bedrooms and everything was new/newly decorated. The central heating was very warm. It is in an old apartment block on the 6th floor - sometimes we walked up the stairs but also used small lift. There was some scaffolding up at the back of the apartment as some work was being carried out. This did create a bit of noise during the day and we tended to keep the shutters down and the windows closed at the back of the property. It didn't cause us any great nuisance and I imagine that the work will be completed soon.
- April (7/5): Good - The apartment was really nice and spacious, has all the facilities needed. Walking distance from the vatican. There was a construction going on in the apartment. Drilling and pounding starts at 8 am so you cannot really sleep longer. It was very uncomfortable especially to my two senior parents who wanted to sleep longer + sleep during the day.
- Matthew (9/5): Great spot to stay when visiting Rome/Vatican City - Great property. Spacious and updated. Easy to get to by car or rail No complaints!
