• Luanna (7/5): - The airport shuttle was wonderful! Only 5- 10 minutes to the airport. Nice to have extra towels. Staff were helpful and spoke excellent English It was somewhat warm and stuffy. The fan and temperature adjustment didn't seem to work. For the price, I expected a few more amenities. One room did not even have a way to heat water for the coffee/tea

The showers were good and there were enough outlets for charging. The first room we had smelled like cleaning fluid. We were able to switch rooms but when we arrived in the new room there was a rollaway bed that was still in there from the previous guest.

Shuttle service made my early morning flight very easy knowing that I had this service at 4:30 am to get me there. A great service for free. Room was a good size, very clean, comfortable and included tea and coffee. Highly recommend!

• orlando (5/5): Desilusão - As duas coisas que mais gostei foi uma cama maravilhosa e o transfer para o hotel e vice versa grátis Com a experiência que tenho em viajar há varias coisas que deveriam ser remodeladas por ex. Banheiras , ar condicionado , sistema elétrico temos que desligar as fichas porque os interruptores não funcionam etc.

• John (6/5): Great location, nice staff, but overpriced. - Staff were very nice and always helpful. Room was pleasant, with a good variety of TV channels available. Property was also within 5 minutes walk of a tram/bus station. QR code in room did not give me access to hotel facilities, but a totally different app ("Pressreader"), so I had to ask Room Service what was avaiilable and variety was very limited; I went for a grossly overpriced steak and chips - not bad, it had to be said, but not worth CHF43 (plus CHF 6 room service charge). Next day, I was out the whole day and returned to find my room had not been cleaned, with the meal tray still there and coffee making facilities not refilled, which was very disappointing. I don't know where Movenpick stands in terms of stars, but for price I paid (and many less expensive hotels would do this), I found it disappointing and below what I'd expect.

• ODED (5/5): Gloomy Dark halls and room used to be... - ארןחה בסדר חדר אוכל רועש צוות קבלה יוצא מהכלל לטובה הציוד המיושן הthis hotelמטה הישנה וצרה. המבט הכללי מיושן משו לקוי התאורה בחדר מעטה כאילו אין חשמל. מערכת המיזיוג לא ניתנת לשליטה. רק מחמם חיצוני. הצוות השתשל מאד..הסדינים נהדרין. זכרנו מאד לטובה את המלון מן העבר והתאכזבנו. הצוות בקבלה היהיוצא מהכלל
• Urs (6/5): Kein zweites Mal - Der Flughafenshuttle ist. Personal an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich. Der Fahrer des Flughafenshuttle bei der Ankunft war ein riesen unfreundliches Wesen. Keine gute Werbung für Schweiztourismus. Achtung! Den Shuttle zum Flughafen unbedingt am Vorabend an der Rezeption Vorbuchen. Das Check-In im Hotel dauert viel zu lange. Das Classic Zweibett-Zimmer hat seine besten Zeiten längst hinter sich. Es gibt nicht einmal richtige Beleuchtung im Zimmer. Nur der Eingangsbereich ist ausreichend beleuchtet. Den Rest sollten eigentlich Ständerlampen übernehmen, leider musste man die erst noch auf den Knien einstecken und jede Lampe musste einzeln bedient werden. Fernseher ist uralt. Preis/Leistung stimmt überhaupt nicht mehr was in der Schweiz leider oft so ist.

• Ein Schweizer namens Klaus (5/5): Gut für eine Nacht - Guter Shuttle-Dienst von/zu Airport. Schneller Eincheck und hilfreiches Personal. Auf der Suche nach einer Steckdose fand ich unter dem Bett Staub von mehreren Monaten. Nur sichtbares wurde geputzt.

• Naveen Li (7/5): A generally pleasant stay with a few noticeable issues, but still a better choice overall. - The staff were helpful and friendly. The free shuttle to and from the airport is a plus. The lobby looks nice, and it was great to have a bathtub in the room. The location is also very convenient. Compared to my previous stay at IntercityHotel Zurich Airport, where the shuttle was not free, there was no bathtub, the lobby felt very basic, and the price was higher, this hotel offered a more comfortable overall experience. The coffee cups were not clean, and the hairdryer only blew cold air. The bottle opener was not easy to find in the room, even though complimentary mineral water was provided, so I couldn’t open it. The bed was not well made — the sheets were wrinkled, and it felt as if something was underneath them. The pillows were old and flat. With the windows closed, the room is fairly quiet, but it becomes noticeably noisier when they are open.
• Pichel (6/5): - Der Mann an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, Ein- und Auschecken ging sehr schnell und unkompliziert. Es war nicht sauber. Oberflächen waren voller Staub und ein Bettlaken hatte angetrocknete Flecken drauf, welches wir dann aber ohne Probleme auswechseln konnten.

• Bernard (5/5): Funktional gut, kostengünstig - Die Nähe zum Flughafen, gebührenfreien Parkplatz Einrichtung und Bad veraltet. Harte Matratze, fehlendes Papier im Bad, schwacher Wasserdruck, keine Nespresso Kaffeemaschine, keine Minibaar.

Die Flughafennähe ist in Ordnung, drum haben wir das Hotel gewählt. Frühstück hatten wir keins. Hotel war dunkel und abgewohnt. Sauberkeit lies zu wünschen übrig. Wasserkocher war mit Teeblättern benutzt und nicht sauber. Es waren nicht genügend Handtücher für 3 Personen vorhanden.

The treadmills were broken There was no fridge I was cold, I turned off air con but still cold and no extra blanket

• Yvonne (7/5): Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung, Zimmer sauber und bequem. - Service zum Flughafen war gut und freundlich, trotz der frühen Stunde. Zimmer war kalt, aber in Ordnung und sauber. Es hatte keinen Korkenzieher und in der Bar einen einzigen, so dass ich ihn nicht ausleihen konnte.

Lage an der Autobahn nicht schön, aber zweckmässig, da in der Nähe des Flughafens Ich hatte zu wenig Licht im Zimmer, es war mir nicht hell genug
