• Aniela (9/5): Wyjątkowe doświadczenie w kultowym budynku Genex - Motywem przewodnim naszego pobytu w Belgradzie było odwiedzenie perełek brutalistycznej architektury. Celowo wybraliśmy pobyt w Genex, który był super uzupełnieniem tego przeżycia. Mieszkanie jest spore, czyste i oferuje wszystko czego potrzeba. Kuchnia i łazienka wyposażone w niezbędne przybory i sprzęty. W sypialni duże łóżko, szafa, biurko i smart tv. Bardzo łatwy, darmowy dojazd z lotniska autobus nr 600 i świetne połączenie z centrum. Zwiedzaliśmy Belgrad or rana do nocy i nigdy nie potrzebowaliśmy taxi. Gospodarz pomocny i udziela wszystkich potrzebnych informacji. W okolicy sporo miejsc, aby coś zjeść oraz supermarket Maxi, drogeria DM i kioski otwarte do późna. Okolica bezpieczna, nikt nas nie zaczepiał. Okna faktycznie nie blokują hałasu z zewnątrz, więc ktoś kto ma płytki sen może mieć problem z zaśnięciem. Budynek jest przy ruchliwej trasie, wiec nawet w nocy słychać szum samochodów. Poza tym cienkie ściany, więc słychać sąsiadów, ale takie są uroki tego budownictwa. Niestety czuć też trochę zapach palonych papierosów. Normalne w Serbii, gdzie niestety palenie jest dozwolone w zasadzie wszędzie..

• Milena (10/5): Niezapomniany pobyt w genex - Świetna lokalizacja w kultowym budynku. Dobry dojazd z lotniska oraz do centrum/na drugą stronę miasta. W okolicy liczne kawiarnie, sklepy, kioski, piekarnie, restauracje, bary i wszystko co było potrzebne. Mieszkanie było przestronne, idealne dla dwóch osób. Łóżko wygodne a pościel i ręczniki świeże. Gospodarz był miły i pomocny. Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. Trochę głośno od ulicy z uwagi na stare okna budynku. Dla mnie nie był to problem ale jeśli ktoś jest wrażliwy na hałas polecam wziąć zatyczki do uszu.

• Alen (2/5): Loše iskustvo - Lokacija stana i blizina javnog prevoza. Sretni da smo baš u Genex kuli imali smještaj. Stan je bio prljav, prašnjav i ljepljiv. Parking nije besplatan što smo saznali tek na privatni upit. Nije u skladu sa opisom. No instrukcije o plaćanju smo dobili također neprovjerene jer plaćanje putem SMS-a nije bilo moguće za nas koji nismo iz SRB.

• Marcin (8/5): Very nice experiance, especially for a fan of brutalist architekture and Jugoslovian design. - Very interesting experience. The building has its own soul and the flat corresponds with it. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped. The owner was very nice and helpful, gave us practical tips about walking through Belgrade and where to find the closest grocery stores and bus stops. The information about free public parking was ivalid. In fact, we needed to pay for staying in the blue zone, but the owner informed us about it earlier, so we could get prepared for it. It is also not expensive - around 3,5 euro/day. There was also some dust and hair in the shower.
• Braedyn (5/5): Passable - You’re paying to stay in the historic building. Pretty basic flat. Host neglected to inform us about the sewage and mildew smell in the bathroom. It was horrible. Parking is very confusing and the host wasn’t clear about that either. We ended up getting two parking tickets because of that. You can only park on the street in the front of the building (blue zone, pay by app). So, quite an expensive accommodation and you have to decide whether it’s worth it or not …
• Çisil (10/5): Unique Brutalist Experience - The location is very great and authentic. If you like the brutalist architecture, this property can be a very unique experience. It has a fully equipped kitchen, very big room and one additional bed in the hallway.
• Eoin (8/5): Very good - The building is obviously cool. The flat did the job and the communication was good. We were able to check in early and check out late.
• Alexandre (10/5): Genex Tower must we say any more - The host was great. He was super flexible and accommodating with my date changes and my check in time. It was a privilege to be able to stay in this building considering its historical significance.
