• תמרה (8/5): הדירה נעימה ונוחה ומתאימה למי שמחפש קרבה לאטרקציות במפרץ ויציאה קלה לטיולים ברכב.שהינו 3 לילות - הדירה במיקום מצויין בשביל להגיע לעיר העתיקה ולהתהלך במפרץ ובשביל לצאת לדרכים. עד עשר דקות נסיעה לתחנת רכבל תחתונה של שמורת לובצ'ן. הדירה מרווחת ובאזור שקט. חנייה צמודה עם עלייה קטנה שדרשה מעט תמרון. הדירה צמודה לתחנה מרכזית כך שניתן לצאת לטיולים משם וקרובה ממש למפרץ. כמובן בקרבתה כל סוגיות החנויות, שוק ואזורי בילוי במרחק הליכה קצר. המטבח מאובזר ומאפשר בישול. יש מכונת כביסה ומתלה שניתן להעמיד מחוץ לדירה. בפרטים קטנים ניתן לשדרג את המקום. כמו מתלים למגבות באמבטיה, מטאטא וכף או שואב כדי שיהיה נקי לאחר הטיולים. תוספת בכלי בישול, כמו כן מצעים ומגבות מעט יותר חדשים. וקצת תכשירי רחצה.
• Dariusz (10/5): Exceptional - This is new, modern apartament very close to the city center, 3 minutes from the bus station, 200 meters from old city, with beautiful view for the Kotor bay. Excellent, quite place (there is even washing machine). Very nice and helpful host Ratko. Thank You! I think, this is the best place for staying not only in Kotor. Everything was super.

• Sanae (10/5): Quiet convenience with easy access to town and bus station! - Conveniently located near the bus station. The Old Town and the boat tour departure point are also within easy walking distance. The back of the apartment faces a mountain with no residents, so it’s very quiet. The host was responsive and helpful, making it easy to get in touch when needed.

The apartment is located on a hill and the noise of the roads was practically not heard, there is also its own parking, which is also convenient. When transferring the payment for the apartment to the apartment owner's card, the Bank of Montenegro charged a commission of 20 euros, which was unpredictable. The owner of the apartment asked me not to leave 20 euros, for which I am very grateful , but I hope that the owner liked the wine that I left them 🙏. Unfortunately, the apartment was not very clean and I immediately felt a bright smell of dampness all over the area. And one more thing, perhaps a coincidence, but the building on the right has been under constant renovation since 8 a.m., and it was very annoying. And I would also like to add that housing prices in Montenegro do not correspond at all to the cost price compared to Bosnia, because, for example, I paid 250 euros per week for simply stunning apartments with high-quality repairs in Sarajevo and Mostar, so it is still unclear to me why it was so expensive in Montenegro🥸
• Shelly (9/5): Superb - The location is excellent. The apartment is very cosy and nice. All the facilities are new and taken care of. There is also a very friendly cat.
• Laurel (10/5): Fantastic apartment in superb location - The location of the property is superb. Just a few minutes walk to the bus station - the old town - supermarket - restaurants and bar. The apartment itself has a view of the bay and it’s in a super quiet location. It was clean and had everything we needed including a washing machine and iron which was fantastic!
• Pinar (9/5): We enjoyed the view and close being to everything! Thank you! - It‘s a very silent area, but still very close to supermarket and also to the old town. There are banks and also a pharmacy nearby as well, which is we find very important as we travelled with our baby. It was very clean and prepared for our arrival. Ratko was very friendly and helpful. • Megan (9/5): Nice clean apartment in great location - The apartment is at the end of a cul de sac so is very quiet, but is less than a five minute walk to the old town. The air conditioning worked well and the apartment was clean and tidy. The outdoor space was good for eating dinner and drying clothes. The hosts were very helpful when we had difficulty with a drain and fixed it straight away as they live locally. To the hosts: it would have been useful to have flexible check in with a key box as we were late arriving because of traffic

Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming and gave us some good tips on what to do and where to eat etc. Very clean and spacious accommodation.

• Georgia (8/5): Modern and affordable apartment - The location was perfect for us as it’s very close to the bus station and we arrived late at night. The hosts greeted us warmly and were helpful throughout our stay. They were kind to let us to check out the view of Kotor from upstairs. The apartment had everything we needed from washing machine, aircon and full kitchen. It also has flyscreens on the doors and windows which was unexpected for Europe but appreciated. To nitpick, the bed was small and pushed against one side of the room so only one bedside table.
