Kommen gern wieder Die Möbel bedürfen dringend eine Reparatur, vor allen die Schubladen. Wir haben sie nicht benutzt, bzw. offen gelassen. Auch eine Lampe neben dem Bett fehlt.

• William Kham (8/5): - Enjoyed the stay at this place. The room was spacious enough for our family. The hotel compound is quite big and spacious. It felt comfortable and convenient to walk around the property. There is also a laundry area within the compound, which was very useful during our stay.The location is the best as it is convenient, near the BTS station, which is very easy to go for shopping areas and many other places. The breakfast had only a limited selection of items to choose from, though the taste was quite good.

• Pavel (5/5): Старые номера и постоянный шум - Отличное расположение, недалеко от метро. Рядом есть магазины, ТЦ, фудкорты. На крыше есть небольшой бассейн, ночью оттуда хороший вид на город. В номерах очень старая мебель, видно ремонта давно не было. Впритык с отелем расположен ТЦ, системы охлаждения которого сильно шумят до поздней ночи. Кроме того рядом шел ремонт дороги. И самое неприятное - в самом отеле шел ремонт в разных частях здания. В отеле было невозможно находится днём из-за постоянного шума!

The building was secure as we have to tap our room key to enter the lift area or else the lift area does open We were here during Songkran festival, and the hotel was actually in the best area as it’s not too far from all the hotspots, some of which are in walking distance. Amazing view of the Bangkok skyline (we were on the 10th floor) The swimming pool on 15th floor was clean, it’s not too deep. Ash stands were kept near the swimming pool which were cleaned quite often. There were benches to sit around the pool. Beautifully curated terrace garden. Smoking area in the courtyard, ashtray dustbins were very innovative and nice. Paid self service laundry available on ground floor. Amazing location. Multiple 711 nearby. It looks like a grand hotel. If more staffs could speak or understand English, or have translating apps that they’re trained on, it would be good.

Пешком можно дойти в район Байок, рядом King power ( если вам интересен шоппинг), есть станция метро и небольшой ТЦ рядом. Там же обменник, массажки и кафе. Сама гостиница не новая, недавно в некоторых номерах был ремонт. Это и плюс и минус. Плюс - стены, пол и сантехника новая. Минус, что номера не проветриваются, и первый день мы мучались от запаха краски. Есть небольшой бассейн на крыше. Поставили перед входом laundry самообслуживания. Да в целом все ок. Можно было чуть осовременить оснащение номеров.

• Delvin (9/5): Zeer tevreden - Wij zijn 3 nachten verbleven in dit hotel en zijn zeer tevreden en raden het zeker aan. Dit waren enkele pluspunten: de locatie is top, op zo een 5 minuten stappen naar de BTS trein en een treinrit naar Siam duurt zo een 6 minuten. De omgeving rond het hotel is ook dik in orde, veel eetplekken en shopping centers. De straat waar het hotel gelegen is, is vrij kalm. Bangkok kan enorm druk zijn, dus elke dag weer aankomen naar ons kalm hotel deed echt deugd. Het hotel is proper en netjes. Je kan in de lobby even zitten, heel fris en prettig. Het zwembad heeft een mooi uitzicht. Zeker bij zonsondergang! Het personeel is vriendelijk en staat altijd klaar om je te helpen. Wij konden onze bagages de laatste dag ook achterlaten in het hotel zonder probleem. De kamer heeft een sterke airco en lekkere geur. De badkamer is niet zoals de foto’s, maar dat vonden wij niet heel erg. Er is geen geluid ‘s nachts dus dat is perfect. In het algemeen dus zeer tevreden en aan te raden voor een eerste keer in Bangkok!! Geen

Ai effectué un premier séjour de 4 nuits où il nous a été attribué une chambre sombre, une salle de bain exiguë sans possibilité de pouvoir même poser nos trousses de toilette, le 2 eme séjour d une nuit nous avons eu une superbe chambre claire avec une salle de bain confortable …

Приехали в 16:12 и не смогли воспользоваться лифтом! Карточка была заблокирована, мы опаздываем в аэропорт, на ресепшене заставили заплатить еще 700бат!! За то что бы забрать вещи, мы заплатили изначально за Полдня (поздний выезд) в нормальных отелях считается до 18:00–19:00, за что взимается плата в размере 50% от стоимости суток. Сказать что я была в шоке ничего не сказать. Разочарование полное, система отеля ужасная. Достаточно старый, мебель и техника уже уставшие, комары в комнате из-за того что в сан узле стоит окно на улицу без сетки и они залетают. Не было зубной щетки с пастой…. Жесткий матрас Вида не было

• Anthony (9/5): Affordable comfort - The staff were courteous, professional and friendly. The room was a reasonable size and clean. Breakfast choices were limited but adequate. The hotel is close to the BTS making it easy to get around by public transport. On site free parking was useful for my partner who had to work during our stay. The pool area is lovely, though lacking shade. The bathroom felt cramped and the hotel decoration a little tired in places. A second bedside lamp would have been nice.

La piscina è eccellente per momenti di relax ma l'ho apprezzata in particolare l'ultimo giorno di soggiorno prima del volo avendone usufruito anche dopo il check out fino alla partenza. La colazione a buffet è apprezzabile prevedendo sia dolce che salato Le camere site dalla parte opposta all'ingresso sono di fronte ad un mostruoso impianto di condizionamento per cui si percepiscono, soprattutto ai piani alti, i rumori del suo funzionamento che per fortuna si interrompe di notte. Le camere e la struttura in generale meriterebbero alcuni rifacimenti (esempio la doccia al posto della vasca) e forse qualcosa in più si potrebbe fare nella varietà di offerta a colazione.

The bathroom was very small and so old,needed a big update. Could only shower with hot or cold water couldn't regulate the water temperature. Turned down the fridge but still our drinks were frozen. At breakfast suddenly no milk or something else from food ran out and the waiter said have to go and order waited almost 30 minutes but nothing came. So many stairs to go up before inside the hotel. Going to the pool was no handrail to hold on to. No shady place at the pool because on the roof.

Reason from the front office said to us if they reserve for us is not fair for the earlier check in guest. We only touchdown Bangkok at 7pm and have informed the hotel during our booking, we will check-in hotel around 9-10pm, hotel even replied email to us that they approved our late check-in. We booked one room with two singles bed and one room with Q-bed and S-bed. But we got 1 Q-bed with 2 mattresses in 1 room, and another room they said is the upgraded for us with 1 bedroom and 1 hall, the single bed is in the hall, we found look very funny. If the hotel based on the check-in time to distribute the room, it is fair to the guest who are make an early booking. The room flooring is full of dust, no bedroom slipper supply, you have too barefoot walking in the room with the dust Location: We tried to avoid the traffic jam and took a subway to the hotel. But when we reached near the hotel, realized that the only small link can go through to reach the hotel was under road repair. In fact, we found the hotel should inform the guest there is a road under repair, so the guest can plan how they can reach the hotel in a easy and saft way. The service, we found this hotel did not treat its guests with respect, but rather with an arrogant attitude
