Dapur ok..peralatan dapur ok..memudahkan kerja memasak. Tv boleh layan neflix. Bilik air ada 3.. senang ..x yah berebut. Tq owner bagi kebenaran check out lewat sikit. Sterika x ada, periuk nasi pun x ada.. mujur dah stand by bwk periuk nasi dari rumah sesiap. Ruang tamu luas tak ada aircond xpa..tp kalau tambah 1 lagi kipas syiling ok kot.

- Zuliana (9/5): - The homestay is very clean yet comfortable for big family..4 rooms with 3 toilets.. visitors are able to cook as the kitchen is completed with fridge..microwave..stove....cutleries and dishes...reasonable and affordable to stay in this double-story homestay..really recommend this homestay and wish to repeat.. The aircond in one of the room was not function..
- Subesh (5/5): I would personally give this property 5/10 due to the mentioned setbacks. Needs improvement. - The property was spacious enough to accommodate many guests with 4 rooms and 3 bathrooms. The living room and rooms were tidy and clean. Collecting the property's key was easy too. The kids would love the swimming pool situated at the nearby club house. - The porch and the side porch was quite dirty with dried leaves and sand and some things piled up near the shoe rack and at the back portion of the house. - The main gate didn't have a padlock. - There was a CCTV camera inside on the floor facing the living room and the owner explained it was placed to view the outside of the house and it may have fallen down (so plz do check when you're there). - One of the table fan & ceiling fan was covered in dust. - One of the AC remote wasn't functioning well. - Only 2 rooms had a properly functioning AC (cool). - This property DOES NOT HAVE WATER HEATER installed in any of the 3 bathrooms and it's going to be difficult if you have young kids (we had to use the boiler). - The wardrobes/cabinets in the rooms were rundown with broken doors and had quite a few things (maybe the owner's) stashed inside.

- LAI (6/5): - They can fix aircond at living hall And totally no water heater in any bathroom… Better fix water heater… better for us we bring children, living hall & dining hall fan should clean up … a lot of dust 🙏

- zakiah (9/5): Great short vacation - The host is very accommodating and nice. The house is large and modernly furnished. The neighbourhood is quiet and it is a great place to relax. The kitchen is complete to cook for yourself. Its close to Kledang Saiong Eco Park. 1. It would be better if the homestay had a washing machine. 2. The swimming pool is nice, but you have to wear appropriate swimwear for children and adults. The guard told us to change swimsuits, but it is acceptable, not in the rude way.

- Jacqueline (7/5): - Location is very convenient for the event we were attending. There were also nearby amenities The living hall and master room is spacious. The kitchen and toilets were very dirty, not properly clean before our arrival. Aircond in master room needs servicing. All the room doors were squeaky and we had to put WD40 on it.
