- Hayan (10/5): A very comfortable stay; I would return whenever I visit that country. - I really loved the location; it's not in the busy city center but it's very close. All the services provided were excellent, and the staff was very helpful and friendly.. The room was clean, the bedding was neat and tidy, and the breakfast was delicious.

- Mrs (5/5): لن تتكررر ابداااا - اخلاق الموظفين الغرف لا يوجد فيها روب حمام وعندما طلبته رفضو تزويدي به وابلغوني بانه مخصص فقط للجناح والمناشف رغم انها نظيفة لكنها قديمة غسول الشعر والجسم رديء جدا بالكوة يطلع من العلبة كانه جلي وجبة الفطور سيئة الفطائر يابسة وقديمة وجبات الاكل بشكل صواني قديم ومطبوخ من عدة ايام فاكهة الرقي قديمة وتالفة الفندق يستحق ان يكون 3 نجوم

- faleh (10/5): THANK YOU ❤️ - Kindest Place in Erbil I came to Erbil from Canada this month for a reason no one ever wants, a surgery for my mom. It was a hard time emotionally and mentally. But staying at this hotel was the best decision I made. From the moment I arrived, I felt safe. I felt seen. The staff didn’t treat me like a guest, they treated me like family. They supported me in ways I didn’t even know I needed. Whether it was a kind word, a warm smile, or just checking in on me, they made me feel like I wasn’t alone. I want to send all my love to Ranin, Nancy, and Abdullah. You three were my light. Ranin, your calm energy grounded me. Nancy, your warmth lifted me. Abdullah, your support meant a lot. You didn’t just do your jobs, you cared. And I’ll never forget that. To the reception team, the restaurant staff, room service, and the cleaning department ❤️thank you. Every single one of you made this place feel like home. You turned a painful trip into something I’ll carry in my heart forever. I’ll come back to Erbil one day. Leider eine große Enttäuschung Dieses Hotel hat uns in vielerlei Hinsicht enttäuscht. Der Service war unprofessionell, besonders in der Nachtschicht. Der Room Service war unzuverlässig, es wurden ständig Dinge vergessen, und insgesamt war das Personal wenig bemüht. Die Sauberkeit war ein echtes Problem: Decken und Handtücher hatten jedes Mal Flecken. Hygiene scheint hier leider kein Standard zu sein. Für ein Hotel, das sich mit fünf Sternen präsentiert, ist das absolut inakzeptabel. Auch das Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich: trockene, nicht frisch gebackene Backwaren, oft fehlende Bestandteile wie Suppe! Insgesamt maximal eine 6 von 10. Besonders ärgerlich ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Dieses Hotel ist vollkommen überteuert. In Erbil gibt es deutlich bessere Hotels für denselben oder sogar günstigeren Preis. Ich kann beim besten Willen nicht verstehen, wie dieses Haus fünf Sterne bekommen hat. Meiner Meinung nach wären drei Sterne realistisch, vier wären schon großzügig. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Qualität und professionellen Service legt, sollte dieses Hotel unbedingt meiden.

- Omar (7/5): I personally wouldn't be back - The reception staff granted me an early check in, which was a kind gesture and made a great first impression. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, reflecting a lot of attention to design and comfort. There were a few downsides to my stay. Breakfast was underwhelming, the selection was very limited, and some items, like the donuts and croissants, didn’t feel fresh. The atmosphere in the breakfast area felt impersonal, with very little staff interaction. Another issue was that smoking was allowed in the breakfast area, which made the experience uncomfortable for non smokers. Additionally, I asked if I could order food through Talabat, the answer was no,which was frustrating.I was told I had to order only from the hotel’s restaurant which was not only overpriced, but also didn’t offer the meal I wanted.
