Guest Reviews
- Andrew (5/5): -
- Matt (9/5): I have booked in again - Caravan was Nice and Clean and the Bed was very Comfy. Good Wifi and Smart TV The toilet was a bit squashed against the washing machine cupboard. That being said I am 6ft 5 so may not be an issue for smaller people.
- Keryn (10/5): Just what I needed - Clean. Cool and well equipped. Easy walk to pub and supermarket.
- Kiera (10/5): -

- Finau (7/5): -
- Patrick (10/5): - Everything was amazing. And comfortable to be in. That fact that I had to check out. I wish I could have stayed longer

- Steven (10/5): - Prefect for a one night stay

- Christoph (8/5): - great experience, everything you need is there, very cosy and nice just behind the fence to the next property is a McDonalds with its drive through, so you have cars waiting there with running motor for their food from 5am to 10/11pm. If you are sensitive to noise that can be an issue.
- Easter (8/5): Over all, my stay was lovely. Close walk to the shops. - It was cosy Sometimes the neighbours over the fence was noisy.
- Sherrie (8/5): - The location was good. The caravan was clean and had everything one needed for a comfortable stay. The shower was quite snug but its a caravan so that is to be expected.
- Laura (7/5): Great caravan to stay in - Clean and tidy with everything I needed Outside noise more than I expected.
Unable to get internet to connect, slow TV and beside lights not working.
- Miriam (8/5): Very handy to shops and pub - Great spot! Nothing
- Tracy (8/5): - It was too close to a noisy facility
- Lindy (7/5): Okay for an over night stay. - The caravan was clean and tidy. We thought the caravan would be in a caravan park. It’s not. It’s squashed in on the end of a drive of on site cabins and this was unexpected.
The bedside lights did not work and we were cold and there was no extra blanket.
- Briñas (10/5): -
- Susan (8/5): Good economical place to stay with everything you need in a small space - Everything needed Nothing
- Scott (5/5): Suitable for a one night stay, but be aware of its location. - Caravan was comfortable, had all we needed for a one night stay. Location. The caravan is parked adjacent to a 24hour McDonalds with just a colour bond fence as separation. The noise from McDonalds cooking vents was disturbingly noisy over the dinner period until 10:30pm. Plus the hot water in the shower runs out quickly, but that was a minor issue as we were only there for a one night stay.
- Robyn (6/5): It was ok but for the fact it was a bit cramped for a bigger person - Location and value of caravan. The entry stool was a saftey issue, was worried I would fall. Toilet area ok for a thin person.
- Vicky (7/5): - Its the cheapest in town , you can cook for your breakfast too The floor need to be cleaned , stove wont be off so i blow it lol , hot water on in off
- Gleeson - Cherry (8/5): - Comfortable and cozy. I love staying here Couldn’t work out hot water for the shower.
- Nelson (7/5): - Cheapest place to stay on short notice, ended up staying longer than expected, great bed, very clean, Aircon works great, nice people running the place, perfect little place to stay a night or two Macca's Drive thru is right behind it, cars all day and all night (no fault of the people running the place) hot water doesn't last long, and really bad phone coverage as well as the wifi cuts in and out...
- Luke (7/5): -
- Alison (9/5): Superb - Great central location, in a snug caravan the had everything I needed.
- Eddie (8/5): It was fantastic - May book again next time travelling that way We liked everything
- Caroline (8/5): Very good -
- Catherine (10/5): Absolutely amazing. Such a cute little stay, comfortable, cosy and all you need for a quick short stay to break up a lar - It was a great stay, I loved it. So comfy and cosy. Not sure if something I just didn’t know about, but the hot water only lasted for about 2mins in the shower before it was icy cold water only. Hot water never came back sadly.
Above the head of the bed on the ledge, there was a bit of dust but that’s fine. Didn’t bother me but someone else might complain about it in the future.
The little lamps about the bed also were blown bulbs or maybe Jsut don’t work, maybe something to look at. But wasn’t an issue.
- Jessica (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay if you're in town for a short stay, aircon works perfectly, and we were very impressed that the toilet and shower were plumbed into the town water. It was much nicer than we expected, considering the price.
- Brett (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lynne (2/5): Couldn’t wait to leave, such a shame as Caravan was very good - The Caravan was very good and roomy. No one tells you that there is a 24/7 drive through fast food restaurant 2 meters over the fence from the Caravan. The noise was horrible the smell of fast food sickening. Hoons were revving car engines until late.
- Charlene (9/5): I loved it! - The caravan was cute and homely Noisy surrounds
- Holford (8/5): Tight, but clean, cosy, and comfortable. Great value. - Clean, surprisingly well-stocked for its size, and great value. A bit tight obviously, but that’s to be expected.
- Marleigh (8/5): Very good -
- David (10/5): Quite an enjoyable experience with staff able to accomodate our late checkin. - Room was surprisingly comfortable and very well equipped. The ability to adjust the air-conditioning, as the air con was directed at our bed and made the caravan quite cold.
- Tanya (8/5): Very good -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Linda (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jim (8/5): Has Everything - Brings back memories of the old days when I had a caravan... good stuff!
- Grant (8/5): Very good - Had a issue with ants due to the weather however Mitch the onsite manager was all over it had me in a new room and was extremely helpful
- Jim (8/5): Very good - Have not been in a caravan for over 30 years. It is amazing how much they can fit in there now! It has everything you could need 😉 a pleasant stay.
- Gaugg (8/5): Very good -
- Lee (9/5): great value for money , will be back in july 2025 -
- Kandasamy (8/5): nice - Location good nil
- Jasmin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Britney (9/5): Superb -
- Stewart (10/5): Overall enjoying and I would definitely stay there again. - I was surprised at the caravan being so roomy. I’ve never stayed in ne before and found it quite nice n cosy. No broom to use.
- Diana (10/5): Exceptional - Quite
- Michael (8/5): Very good -
- Anthony (10/5): Hassle free and far better than I expected -
- Tjof (10/5): Exceptional -
- Kay (1/5): Bad customer service - No aircon was not working, So why was I not informed before I started, And I inquired about a other Room and was informed I had to pay full price for the other room and not just pay the difference The Services
- Michelle (7/5): Good - Beautiful little caravan comfortable with bathroom washing machine and everything you need. , the aircon doesn't work . Was provided with a fan and cooler though still not enough for during the day. If they get the aircon sorted for the hot days now. It would be perfect for the budget traveller . The staff were amazing and accommodating and know they need the air con fixed for summer. Air con not available. Fan and cooler provided . But really needs a proper air con. Too hot during the day . And right next MacDonald's dive through .
- Jeffeager (8/5): great overnight option - very clean and comfy next door to maccas
- Bianca (5/5): Passable - Easy check in The aircon didn’t work very well and was very loud. The caravan is parked along a fence with McDonalds drive thru on the other side of it. Only provided with a sheet as a blanket was very cold in the middle of the night.
- Susan (8/5): Very good -
- Sandra (10/5): Exceptional -
- Taginoa (7/5): Good - Good Air conditioning is not cool is too hot
- Debbi (10/5): Problem solved and all sorted easily - Accommodation was upgraded because of double booking through no fault of the Motel. Mitch was very helpful and managed to sort it out for us. Well done. Beautiful apartment stay with all you would need. Nothing
- Hurren (1/5): Found motel elsewhere. - Did not stay as I did not realise it was a caravan with air con not working.
- Shane (8/5): Very good -
- Sarah (9/5): I would definitely recommend or book again - Everything was good, location, comfort & price
- Andrew (8/5): Very good -
- Dirk (3/5): Poor -
- Nicole (5/5): Disappointing in the positioning and noise from the McDonald’s 24 hour drive through right beside - The caravan was clean and tidy and was comfortable Tv didn’t work, lights above beds not working, heater didn’t warm and was cold, caravan parked directly beside the 24hour McDonald’s drive through and all you could hear all night was the cars and employees on the speaker asking for their order. Didn’t stay out second night due to this. Caravan randomly parked in a garden bed right beside the rear motel appartments.
- Sheree (9/5): Would absolutely recommend and stay again - Really well equipped, everything we could have needed was there. There was even a washing machine in the bathroom. We paid $82 for the night and it was so much better than many motel rooms we have stayed at. Couldn't connect to WiFi and TV kept dropping out but reception had warned me they were having issues. Didn't really bother us. Obviously because its a caravan space was confined but still great value IMO.
- Katelyn (9/5): Great for a short stay - Was absolutely perfect, just felt like we were camping but with some extra comfort. Was perfect for our little stay in emerald. The only thing I would say was a bit annoying was how small it was but if didn’t effect the use or comfort of it.
- Penny (1/5): Bad - Clean and good location Contacted number as locked in caravan. Response was poor and over three hours later left without seeing anyone after climbing out window
- Melanie (7/5): Good - Good location/convenient with easy check in and out. There was no body wash or soap they were both just empty containers in shower and on basin which was a bit odd
- Dave (7/5): Good -
- Vivian (9/5): Superb -
- Linda (5/5): Passable -
- Adrian (10/5): Exceptional -
- Hola (10/5): I love it, everything that i was thinking to get from shopping was already in the caravan it was lovely. -
