• Anna (6/5): Pomimo niedogodności ogólnie ok, ale bez szału. - Przede wszystkim świetna lokalizacja. Bardzo blisko do fajnej plaży i restauracji. Niedaleko również do sklepu spożywczego z podstawowymi artykułami. Do miasta pół godziny spacer lub bolt w granicach 5€. Pokój ok. Praktycznie wszystko co potrzebne jest dostępne. No jeżeli chodzi o czystość to do poprawy. Taras i stół niestety były nie sprzątnięte na nasz przyjazd. W łazience cieknący rdzawo kran. A brak półek czy szafek powoduje, że przybory w tym stoją. Wzięłam krzesło aby zorganizować sobie jakąkolwiek szafkę. Zaskoczył nas brak wieszaków w szafie. Nie ma jak powiesić rzeczy. Stary paragon, z przed miesiąca pod stolikiem nocnym , świadczy o "niezbyt" dokładnym sprzątaniu. Baaardzo zniszczona patelnia i mimo próśb o podrzucenie nowej niestety bez echa. No i mrówki faraonki w kuchni.... Też bez reakcji pomimo informacji o fakcie.

The location is perfect, and the apartment is very well-equipped. - This property has an excellent location – with a big balcony and sea view, and only a few minutes’ walk to the beach as well as the bus station that takes you to the city centre - everything is located near the apartment. Away from all the city “madness”, yet close enough to reach the centre by bus or car (taxi rides took only 7–10 minutes, especially at night, and were really affordable). The apartment itself was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything you need for a two-person stay. The kitchen could be a bit better equipped, but if you don’t plan on cooking lunches or dinners every day, it has everything you need for your stay. The host, Roko, was very friendly and approachable. We really enjoyed our stay!

• Irene (6/5): Probably a bit overrated apartment - - The host Josip was helpful and provided additional toilet papers, cleaning wipes, and towels upon asking. We communicated everything via whatsapp. He also answered a few other questions regarding restaurants etc quite quickly. He also extended our stay until 11:30 so we didn't need to wait at the bus terminal too long in the hot day, very appreciated! - The partial sea view was nice. - There is a bike rental place in Diklo (5 minutes on foot). The property is a bit old. The shower place is quite small and the drain clogged very easily. - We arrived with instruction on how to fetch the keys. We discovered there were only 2 toilet papers for a stay of 2 people for 7 days. There were neither hand towels (for drying hands) nor kitchen towels/cloths to clean the table. There were no free toiletries (we knew it so wasn't surprised). The WIFI wasn't stable. (I couldn't read emails after 1-2 minutes!) We contacted the property via booking regarding the toilet papers and kitchen wipes. These are the things we think are necessary for the whole stay. The message exchange with the Belmont Management was a bit unexpected imho. They essentially said that they already provided the most necessary things and if the guest wants more he needs to buy them. I eventually got more toilet papers and kitchen cloths and even towels (for swimming) from the host Josip via whatsapp. But the experience with the Belmont was a bit odd. - The bed was not very pleasant to sleep on. Since the linen was spanned for two mattress, every time when one person changes his position, the other person will be woken up immediately. - There was no oven although it was mentioned in the description. - There was only one socket for a microwave, a water boiler, and a coffee maker (a simple one).

• Michal (9/5): nice stay near the sea - it was just after renovation. fresh and good looking with just few hundreds meters from the sea. Very kind host. lack of power outlets in kitchen. lack of space for larger cooking. some large bugs appeared during the stay from hole in the floor.
