Si parcheggia appena fuori in via Vittorio Veneto, poi sono circa 10 minuti a piedi per arrivare all’appartamento. I gestori non rispondevano su Booking, ma se provate sul cellulare rispondono subito. La cucina non era molto pulita e anche i vari utensili , gli asciugamani erano macchiati. Sarebbe utile lasciare le cose basilari per gli ospiti come spugna per piatti e detersivo, dello scottex..

• Μαριανα (9/5): - Πολύ ωραία περιοχή μεσα στην καρδιά της πόλης ευρύχωρο σπίτι κατάλυμα για αρκετά άτομα!!! Το μόνο που θα έλεγα στον διαχειριστή του καταλύματος λίγο καλύτερο ξεσκόνισμα στα ψηλά μέρη του σπιτιού μιας και έχει και ανεμιστήρες!!

• Jerome (6/5): Bien localisé mais pas très accueillant - L’emplacement de l’appartement est idéal en plein centre de Sienne. Appartement spacieux. La communication avec le propriétaire est compliquée. Et l’annonce ne précise pas qu’il faut réclamer la 3e chambre. On s’est donc retrouvé avec notre fille dans la même chambre que nous alors qu’elle devait avoir sa propre chambre. L’appartement est située au 2e étage et l’ascenseur est interdit à l’usage alors que le propriétaire nous avait dit le contraire. Aucun signe de générosité. Pas de bouteille d’eau offerte. Pas de café. Peu de papier wc et une bonde enlevée de la baignoire pour que nous prenions pas de bain. Un lieu touristique qui ne doit pas avoir besoin de prendre soin de ses occupants pour être loué !

• LEANNE (7/5): Wouldn't stay there again - Location was fantastic. Man in tobacco shop was very helpful with luggage and getting us a taxi when we left. The amount of steps to get to our room from the elevator. Steps down on to a bathroom. Hard beds and no blankets for any of the beds. No toaster. Lift very noisy during night. Iron was not provided in apartment as listed in the inclusions. Messaged owner who was going to deliver next day but didn't.

• Marcela (9/5): Superb - Location was amazing, and the hosts were super nice and attentive! We had a WiFi issue on the day of arrival (day of massive blackout in Southern Europe), but they sent someone to solve it the next day.
• Veronica (6/5): Well priced accommodation in the heart of Siena. - The location of the property was fantastic and the apartment was really big. Clean and comfortable for a family of 5 people. Easy to find and check in communication was seamless. Reasonably priced for given the location and the size of the apartment. Beds were comfortable. The internet does not connect, if you are after wifi I would not recommended staying here. The power went out on the day we checked out. So no hot water which was frustrating. I booked three rooms for 5 people and got two rooms. One room had three beds. They opened the third room at an cost. One pillow per person and thin quilts on beds.

• Aimee (4/5): This pace has potential but there’s a lack of care for guest comfort. - Spacious, central, allowed early check in Wifi didn’t work for the first 24 hours and stopped working again the next day. Even when it worked the signal was weak. Half the beds were so hard and uncomfortable it disrupted our sleep, the other half were ok. There’s a washing machine but no clothes rack to dry clothes. No wine glasses. Host is not very responsive.

• Keris (9/5): Historic yet comfortable and homely - A very spacious apartment in an ancient town house. Atmospheric yet comfortable. Three bedrooms (one opens off from another). Two bathrooms, one with a large shower cubicle and a great shower. There is an elevator to within one flight of stairs of the apartment, thank goodness - the floors are a long way apart! Good kitchen. Good value for money. Accessibility warning - you have to be able to climb stairs to access the apartment.

• Angela (10/5): Siena's best location apartment - The location is perfect! Right off Piazza del Campo and across the street from the famous Nannini bakery. There was a taxi station just around the corner in piazza independenza. The apartment is very very spacious with high ceilings, wood beams and beautiful views out the picturesque windows. The beds are very comfortable. There are 3 seperate bedrooms with one of the bedrooms leading into the other. There are 2 bathrooms with showers, one in the hall by the bedrooms and the other off the kitchen across the apartment. The kitchen was full size with oven and stove and fully stocked. there is a large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. There are two large couches in the living room to enjoy time together. There is an elevator up to the apartment floor which is a lifesaver. The checkin process was easy and the host was very nice and accomodating. Unfortunately there is no aircon as typical of the area but there are 2 great working ceiling fans in 2 of the rooms that move the air very well. There are 10 steps up to the apartment after leaving the elevator but they are no too steep. It was okay for my older parents.

• Jason (8/5): Large Apartment, Two Baths - No A/C - The apartment was large and comfortable. There is one shower and one bathtub with a shower hand sprayer. The beds were nice, the kitchen was large and the place was clean. Side note if you want to catch the horse race in July, plan for 2-3 days. Any amount of rain will postpone the race. We were lucky to catch it on our last day in 2024 (race postponed for two days). There is no air conditioning. The apartment was usually ~25C (77F) while we were there (outside was 29C), so not too bad, but would have been nice to walk into a cool room after a long day of walking in the summer.
• Pamela (7/5): A great location, but doesn't live up to its potential. - The location of the apartment was excellent, just off the main square and on the main street leading in from the station, and yet it was really quiet once you were in the apartment. There was a modern lift which was very useful. The main bedroom, which we were in, had a very comfortable bed and a massive wardrobe, but unfortunately, very few coat hangers and those that were there were cheap and nasty . The shower room was good, although the only light that worked in it was over by the toilet which meant that it was very dark by the sink for using the mirror. Everywhere was vast and there was lots of evidence of the history of the property. This could have been a wonderful place to stay and has masses of potential, but we just got the feeling that the owners didn't care that much. Getting in to the property didn't work as directed but luckily the tobacconist shop is just next door, so we were able to pick up the spare keys from them. Once inside, the apartment is vast but rather dark and gloomy in the main room and not much attention paid to comfort such as cushions on the sofas. We were staying for 3 nights, yet were only provided with two bath towels and no hand towels. The kitchen was vast, but really badly laid out with poor access to the sink, which has a worksurface cutting across it and we couldn't work out how to make the sink plug work. There was a dishwasher, which was great, but we were only given 2 dishwasher tablets. Took us ages to work out how the drawers opened as we thought that the bottom ones were just false, but even when we discovered the rest of the pans, there was only one really old frying pan, no bread knife, or decent knife and no chopping board and having all the surfaces covered in plastic sheeting seemed wrong. We got the feeling that nobody really cared, as a lot of the problems could have been remedied quite cheaply, like the coat hangers, towels, kitchen equipment and dishwasher tablets.
• Francisco (10/5): Great - The placement is absolutely perfect, is near everything you might want to see in Sienna. The house itself is also great, multiple bathrooms and everything you need to cook. Perfect place for a bunch of friends that want to see the city. One of the beds was a little too hard for my taste, but nothing particularly important.
