• Michaela (7/5): - Krásná nová koupelna, netflix, možnost udělat si kávu. Polštáře jsou šíleně nekomfortní. Chybí jakékoliv vybavení jako misky, talíře atp. Kuchyňka byla špinavá. Na snídani jsme si sami měli připravit něco z nachystaného toustu, sucharů, balených croissantů, šunky, sýra a pomazánky. Šunka byla prošlá a zbylé balení nemělo datum spotřeby, neměla jsem odvahu ani ochutnat. Také pomazánka vypadala, že je otevřená dlouho, i když spotřeba byla 5 dní od otevření. Večer bylo na ulici rušno.

• Cristina (10/5): Super - La struttura è carinissima. Pulita. Il bagno molto spazioso. Luca è un host eccezionale. Nessun rumore che proviene dall'esterno. Camera silenziosissima. Ottimo punto per visitare spiaggie e stare lontani dal caos cittadino. . Peccato per la strada un pó stretta. Ma del resto è stato tutto ottimo

• Barbara (9/5): Freundlicher Gastgeber, schönes modernes Zimmer mitten in einem Wohngebiet ideal für Cagliarie Besuc - Eine neu eingerichtetes Appartement- ohne Küche- mit einem sehr schönen Badezimmer und einer tollen Dusche. Gastgeber Luca ist sehr freundlich- automatischer Check in hat ohne Probleme funktioniert . Auch die etwas abenteuerliche Anfahrt in dem Wohnviertel mit seinen schmalen Strassen und einer nicht befestigten kurzen Passage direkt am Meer war kein Problem. Das Frühstück ist sehr italienisch, d.h. für dt Verhältnisse wenig: Toast, Marmelde, Wurst und Käse. Aber man kann sich sattessen. Es gibt einen kleinen separaten Raum dafür. Und man bereitet sich sein Frühstück selber zu- was wir mehrfach auch im Agrotourismus unterwegs erlebt haben Vor dem Zimmer gibt es einen netten überdachten Platz draußen. Der ist nur ein wenig gestört durch den noch nicht fertigen Pool mit Bauzaun
• Petra (9/5): Tolle Bleibe für ein paar Tage! - Nette private Unterkunft. Frühstücksraum jederzeit zugänglich mit Kaffee, Toast, Joghurt, Cornflakes, Schinken ..... Super großes Bad mit Dusche. Sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Super Lage und privater Parkplatz. Einzig zu beanstanden sind die fehlenden Schalen fürs Müsli oder Joghurt.

Cuscino scomodissimo. D'estate troppo poco pulire ogni 3/4 gg Ho trovato la struttura in linea con l accoglienza turistica del sud Sardegna livello accettabile. In generale non consiglierei di dedicarci un'intera vacanza. Aspettative molto alte, turismo che i sardi credo detestino sempre di piu e non fanno molto per nasconderlo. Diciamo che se da un lato posso capirlo dall' altro sforzarsi un po' di più sia a livello di strutture che di disponibilità credo possa fare del bene alla Sardegna stessa che in fondo anche di turismo vive

• Sabrina (9/5): Felici di aver soggiornato qui! - Camera molto bella ed accogliente dotata di un piccolo frigorifero, aria condizionata e tv con servizi streaming. Bagno fantastico! Molto spazioso con una doccia incredibile! Piccolo spazio fuori privato per rilassarsi la sera e parcheggio gratuito interno, veramente comodo! Cambio asciugamani e lenzuola settimanale ma con Luca disponibile per qualsiasi evenienza! Stanza in comune per la colazione, macchina del caffè sempre fornita e bottigline d’acqua sempre disponibili! Posizione ideale sia per Cagliari che per Villasimius, raggiungibili entrambe con la macchina in poco tempo! Ideale per rimanere fuori dalla confusione cittadina ma comunque vicini per visitare! Spiagge meravigliose!..lasciano senza parole dalla bellezza! Abbiamo trascorso qua due settimane molto belle!…consiglio a tutti! Potenziale per migliorare la colazione!

• Hélène (6/5): Bien pour une nuit d'étape, petit déj. à oublier. Potentiel existant pourrait être optimisé - La chambre est grande et fonctionnelle. La salle de bain neuve, est très agréable. La terrasse privative est appréciable. Le check in anticipé sans aucun problème pour l'hôte. Literie d'excellente qualité. Code WIFI donné à notre arrivée sans explication, non clair, donc pas de connexion, Totale autonomie pour le petit déjeuner dans le local prévu. Aucun élément frais à disposition. Propreté douteuse : frigos, poubelles, napperons sur les éléments sales. Jardin pas entretenu... Dommage. Le réfrigérateur de la chambre trop fort congèle l'eau de la bouteille. Pas de lampe de chevet, uniquement éclairage extrêmement puissant de la chambre.
• Vincenzo (8/5): Molto bello, se si migliorano 2 3 cosine diventa top. - Posizione, luca è stato molto gentile , camera e bagno molto carina e spaziosa, struttura in posizione riservata. Molto silenzioso. Noi siamo stati 7 giorni e non sono mai venuti a fare pulizie o cambiare gli asciugamani, penso che bisogna farlo ogni 3-4 giorni, camera senza zanzariera quindi non c’è la possibilità di arieggiare. Colazione molto scarna. Strada molto dissestata per arrivarci ma non è colpa del la struttura in quanto la strada è comunale.

• Tomasz (10/5): Exceptional - A very good, modern, and clean room with a view of the pool. The location and parking was very good, however, the access road is so-so. Personally, I recommend the route along the sea, which is the end of Via Rimini, at least it's wide but a bit bumpy. I do not recommend taking Via Salsomaggiore, during our stay someone dumped garbage, and to drive through it, we had to clean it up. Great communication with the owner, Luca is very helpful. Very comfortable beds and the room itself. I really like the concept of providing a small cottage for breakfast, so we could have breakfast before leaving to the airport in the morning.

• Alina (8/5): Beautiful stay, bad breakfast - Very clean and lovely place to sleep . I like the way it looks, it is very modern and luminous, everything is newly furnished and beautiful. You have fridge, air conditioning, a lovely bathroom, hair dryer, tv. The breakfast is very poor. They don’t give you water. No fresh things, you only get some very thin bread and jam from the supermarket, no butter, no homemade stuff, nothing else but a round jam and very bad bread. You can drink coffee at the espresso machine though and you have milk. There is also some cereal if you’re into that. Not a good or satisfying breakfast at all.
