• Chloe (8/5): Overall was a wonderful stay. - Very clean and well located. Felt very secure. Bed was a bit hard. Bathroom fan was very noisy. Toilet seat in the bathroom is wobbly.

Thanks Antonio - Antonio was very kind and approachable, the Appartment was equipped with everything needed .. even the most smallest detail like slippers, first aid kit , shower cap !!! The Appartment is in a condominium, so pretty safe and silent ! 5 mins walk to the train station and close by restaurants and cafes .. Would definitely recommend… to anyone who wants to stay close to the station .. and also a safe , clean and quiet place ! Just the location , it’s not the BnBs fault .. the location it looks sketchy and run down outside .. which is expected being close to the station ..
• Melanie (7/5): Good - Casa Ruggi is a decent place to stay in Napoli as it has a central location in the city and is close to the main station. The host is very responsive. The apartment itself faces an inner courtyard of an apartment building, which means there is little to no nuisance from the busy streets. It provides all basic amenities you might need for your stay. The cleanliness of the apartment was not spotless, e.g. there were still some hairs on the bathroom floor. The pillows on the bed were in a poor condition, not supportive at all and had lumps in them.
