Guest Reviews

- Jones (10/5): Good place to stay for the value - Everything was cozy and peaceful, great place to do a few days! I was surprised to have other people staying there (I guess I didn’t read the full description) but other than that it was cool. I guess the walls / doors are thin, had a fellow occupant across the hall knock on my door at 3am to complain about “my TV being to loud” but other than that yea.
- Nika (10/5): - everything , nice cozy place some hairs were found on pillows and blankets.
- Griffin (10/5): - The townhouse was beautifully decorated and very conveniently located. The bus stop was about 50 yards away. The bus system had a direct connection to the Huntington South Metro station, which stops at the Reagan National Airport (DCA). It's a shared house, but each bedroom has a cipher lock in the door handles. The bed mattress was too soft for me. The pillows were too thin, but I stacked them.
- Jacob (10/5): - Well curated, the hostess was excellent. Could not have asked for more. The electrical the television was plugged into did not seem to work. We had an extension cord and were able to make it work. It was slightly frustrating
- Yury (7/5): -
- jgarbo (9/5): It was a nice quiet place. - No Breakfast to tell you about .. We had a common kitchen, and prepared our own meals. We liked having that area. We also liked our bedroom. We purchased some paper towels for the kitchen as there were no cloth or paper towels available. Also, there were only a few cups for coffee, and with others also using the kitchen.
- William (5/5): - Location to work. Price. Surroundings were nice. No parking what so ever. Cant wash ur clothes if u dont stay 5 days or more. If u want to feel imprisoned its okay. U share the house with other guest(not noted in the pitch) so if u like staying in your room its great. Plumbing in the downstairs is awfully slow. May as well take a bath. Its pretty dated. Yard wasnt mowed so the weeds have taken over. But the price is reasonable. I wouldn't book it again.
- Thomas (1/5): - Nothing Tree house steps to apt. No air or heat. Bad shower. No people there. Hard to find. Need lots of codes

- John (4/5): - this property is a two bedroom apartment with a shared kitchen and dining room. Another group of visitors was in the other room.
- Gene (8/5): A fine place to stay at a reasonable price - Hosts were responsive and made an effort to help us with parking, which isn't standardly provided. Could hear people walking upstairs a bit. Room lighting was hard to find on arrival: table lamp was unplugged, and switch for overhead lights was outside the room!?
- mahmoud (10/5): - Feel like home, I liked the parking as well. Laundry in unit. Nice kitchen.

- James (7/5): - Steps/stairs an issue if you have disabilities. Central HVAC with multiple tenants could cause a problem.
- Curtis (8/5): -
- Susan (9/5): Nice place. Clean & well equipped - Clean, comfortable, fully equipped This is a shared house. Lovely common rooms - kitchen, dining room, laundry. Each bedroom door locks.
- Vernon (10/5): -
- jon (9/5): - Nice simple place.... You can open the window. Nice kitchen downstairs. Nice 2nd WC downstairs Kitchen sink clogged so not usable. Everything else fine
- Brad S (9/5): Nice, Cozy & Comfortable - Located in a very quiet neighborhood. The bedroom was not fancy and a little small-ish, but nonetheless was quite comfortable. The sleeping room and bathroom were both very clean and well-maintained, as was the entire rest of the house. I liked the plastic-wrapped toothbrushes and little toothpaste tubes - a nice added touch. The common kitchen/dining area was outstanding, with virtually everything needed for cooking and dining - full-sized refrigerator, coffeemaker, microwave, full-sized range, plates, cups/glasses, flatware, spoons, spatulas, dining table and chairs etc. I didn't use the common "TV" room but it looked very comfortable and well-appointed. All in all, a very pleasant two nights. My code to the front door very rarely (never?) worked the first time I would try it, giving me a somewhat uneasy feeling each time that I wasn't going to be able to get into the house. But after some persistence and more tries, the door eventually always opened. Conversely, the code to my bedroom worked first-time, every-time.

- Felix (9/5): - Very nice rooms, great service
I accidentally booked for one day less and was able to fix it with a quick phone call. Lock on my door didn’t work, and the area at the next bus stop is a bit scary

- Musstafa (10/5): - I recently rented a house and everything was absolutely wonderful. The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I had a great experience and truly appreciated the comfort and peaceful atmosphere. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stay!

- Zachary (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chris (9/5): Great bang for your buck. - Good neighborhood. Would stay again. Great for the price. Bedrooms have separate locks, which is great for a shared space. Nothing bad honestly. If youre okay being in a shared town home with other guests, its a great value for the money.
- Khadijah (10/5): Book it - I’ve left several positive reviews about this place I have nothing negative to say
- Khadijah (10/5): . I can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing a comfortable, convenient, and safe stay in the DC area. - . I can't recommend this place enough for anyone needing a comfortable, convenient, and safe stay in the DC area. I absolutely have no complaints about this property
- Christine (8/5): Very good -
- Christine (8/5): It was good - Nice and secured but very clean I had to ask about the air conditioning because it was extremely hot. I stayed for several days but did not have enough towels and had to was them myself to have clean towels.
- Khadijah (10/5): If I could give this place 10 stars I would!!!! - After relocating from my hometown, I've been navigating the challenges of apartment hunting and have lived in various Airbnbs since February. This shared living space, however, stands out as the absolute best. I've booked twice, and both rooms were incredibly spacious and impeccably clean. Despite sharing the common areas, I've rarely encountered other guests, which has been a pleasant surprise. The quiet, nature-filled surroundings are a huge bonus, and the management's responsiveness to concerns is truly exceptional. I'm currently waiting on my apartment and plan to extend my stay here. For anyone needing a comfortable, affordable, clean, and quiet temporary stay, I can't recommend this place enough. I have no complaints
- Patricia (10/5): I would recommend this space to anyone looking for a great place to stay - Home was clean and peaceful in a great neighborhood There was not anything that I did not like
- Jayne (8/5): Very good home to stay during our visit to Washington DC - Very good home to stay while sightseeing Washington DC. Quiet, safe neighborhood. We had the master bedroom with private bathroom. We had a spot to park our car. We drove to the metro each day, parked our car, and rode it to Washington DC.
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional -
- Audrey (9/5): Great place, great host! - Very clean and comfortable. Host was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing was that the parking spot was taken for a night by someone else. This might’ve been someone in another townhouse and not the host’s fault so it wasn’t a big deal.
- Carter (10/5): Exceptional - It was nice
- Rich (10/5): Exceptional -
- David (10/5): Exceptional - Be ready to park across the street, but not a huge problem, looks like a safe street with many cars.
- Ndoye (8/5): Very good -
- Mcgregor (8/5): Very comfortable and great location - The location The property was fine, but we were only given two bath towels for two people for 5 days. When we asked for more, we were given bedsheets by mistake. This was minor and did not affect how much we liked the place.
- Chinmay (9/5): It was good , - It's clean wellnorganised Location
- Julien (9/5): I recommend this address - The owner's availability. The room size. The price of course. Nothing, all was great 👌
- Blackburn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Gent (9/5): Superb - I liked the house, since I was the only tenant there at the time I was able to have it mostly to myself. I got stuck out once but once you get used to the security methods they're pretty reliable and easy to use. I got a lot more than what the price implied honestly. There was not a telephone to contact the owner when I got stuck out I had to rely on another tenant that happened to be there at the time. The cleaners would kind of rush a lot, I don't know how well that worked out. I would have preferred a walk in shower over a bathtub but that is a personal preference.
- Ayanna (10/5): Exceptional - 5 stars !! Very good area, house is clean & landlord is really nice. No problems at all

- Sandeep (9/5): Would recommend to all travellers to DC and Alexandria to stay here - It was hospitable and great after a long day’s outing.
- Gina (4/5): Never again - It was clean I booked a room with 2 beds and I got one bed. My Person was sleeping on the floor. Also had to climb 3 flights of stairs I was NOT aware of. Steps outside were too high had to have help climbing them
- Makawa (10/5): Exceptional -
- Brian (10/5): Wonderful Room In DC - The room was clean and comfortable and all shared amenities were fully equipped.
- Devy (9/5): Superb -
- Gabint (6/5): Pleasant - House was clean, so was bathroom. Close to where we wanted to sightsee. No parking space for my car. Could only drop my partner off so she could sleep there while I didn't sleep there most nights and had to find some place else to sleep due to not being able to find a parking space.
- Norman (9/5): Superb -
- Emmanuela (8/5): Very good - Property is in a clean neighbourhood that is close to a chain of stores by a 6 minutes walking distance.. Also, her home is very clean.
- Katrina (10/5): BLESSINGS 😇 An excellent experience for my first Airbnb. - I stayed upstairs and sometimes it would get warm.

- Elvira (8/5): Very good -
- Woodman (5/5): Passable -
- Jason (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Cost Bugs in the room, loud guests,
- Blackburn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Claudia (9/5): It was excellent, and we would definitely recommend - The house was spotless. And a very pretty property. Considering the prices in the area, it was also excellent value. There was nothing we did not like. If we could make a suggestion, however, we would have appreciated at least one additional chair in the bedroom. We like to read, and the bed was not that comfortable a place to read.
The living room is also a very nice space, but there is no small table to put your cup of coffee if you would like to sit there and read. Adding a couple of small tables, as well as side reading lamps (there were none) would add value to people like us .
- Blackburn (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jiří (8/5): Very good - The were no breakfasts, only old cakes with ants. Breakfasts - no, even it was in description.
No air condition - hot in hot, cold in cold.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Constance (8/5): Very good - Quiet location not too far from the action.
Decent bed and kitchen.
Host was attentive remotely. A bit more utensils? Shared bathroom is ok. Some noises from other guests, if they run around on top in the morning but not too bad.
- Eduardo (10/5): Exceptional -
- Latoya (8/5): Very good -
- Cassius (10/5): Amazing - Everything, it was Amazing There was nothing not to like
- Wayne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Ashley (10/5): Exceptional - Great place to stay N/a
- Isaiah (10/5): My stay was great staff is awesome and very responsive I’ve stayed here a few night for work and have had no issue’s wha - It was in a very convenient location and not too far from any restaurants. And for me it was decently close to my work site.
Beds are really comfortable I had the master haven suite with access to the backyard which brought in a good breeze.
WiFi is very good if you decide to stream or game.
If you ever forget your bathroom toiletries they are provided so don’t worry! The only I have which wouldn’t bother anyone really was the chairs for the desks I bring my laptop to conduct work and game on my off hours. Parking can be an issue if you have a big truck so make sure your confident in your parking skills because it can sometimes be a tight squeeze.
- Kendall (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed. Clean house clean bathroom Parking can be tough.

- Cris (9/5): This is a great place, reasonably priced and situated between Alexandria city and Ft. Belvoir. - It was quiet. We had full use of kitchen, living room and laundry. The hosts were very responsive and quick to provide help and information. The location was perfect for us, between our vacated home and Ft. Belvoir. A convenient parking space and easy, hassle-free accessibility. We liked the place and found the hosts to be very kind and helpful. There's nothing worth writing, because if we had a problem, we could have taken it up with the hosts.
