- Andrew (4/5): Disappointing - The bath didn't work either did the toilet in the same room so took away a whole bath room what was a major inconvenience. What's worse is av already emailed about these issues and nobody bothered to contact me back.

- David (6/5): Comfortable and handy; but landlord could do better. - Plenty of space, good location, clean and comfortable. Let me list the shortcomings, that ought to be rectified. Firstly, the keypad of the electronic door lock is very difficult to read in bright light, though fine in the dark. There is a lack of litter bins in the bathrooms (and no toilet roll holder in the ensuite bathroom). There are no power points in the bathrooms, and those looking for a good shave will be further disa[ppointed by the absence of any decent mirror or light. There was no information on what should be placed in which of the two bins outside the house, and there was only one large bin in the kitchen - which means in practice that everything goes into that bin, as was evidenced by the contents of the green bin outside. The kitchen equipment was minimal; a sieve, colander, perhaps even a coffee percolator immediately spring to mind, but I guess egg cups, serving utensils and certainly more bowls and dishes would be useful. And a decent bread knife!!! Finally, we did not appreciate being asked if we would be able to remain in the property whilst an engineer visited at the behest of the landlord.
