• Annabel (9/5): Best hotel in the area by a mile - This hotel was one of the nicest I've ever stayed in, very beautiful, clean and calming. Stands out in the area as the best by a mile. The walk into the centre isn't far and you can walk along the beaches which is pretty, much nicer place to stay rather than those central hotels which I wouldn't recommend as Ksamil is a little cramped and loud at night so the fact this hotel was that little bit further out in its own space was lovely. The staff were all so friendly, Fabio on reception was so kind and chatted to us the whole holiday as well as helping us at the end of our stay with flight problems. Our room was gorgeous and very clean, all the towels and sheets smelt so fresh the entire holiday as the rooms were cleaned everyday. Overall such a gem of a hotel, if your looking to stay in Ksamil, stay here. The only negative, which wasn't even a massive problem for us, was the breakfast which is maybe slightly limited for us brits. But the area you eat is beautiful so it wasn't a massive bother for us.

• Noah (9/5): Sehr schöne Suite mit Meerblick mit ein paar Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten - Wir haben als Paar die Suite gebucht: sehr schönes modernes Zimmer und Bad genau wie auf den Bildern, gemütliches Bett, nettes Personal und schöner Pool. Keine Klimaanlage - für den Preis wäre das wirklich ein Muss. TV ist viel zu weit weg vom Bett, das macht wenig Sinn, weil wenn will man denke ich vom Bett aus Netflix schauen, was so nicht möglich ist. Room Service da wir krank waren, gab es nur nach argumentieren von mir wie wir denn sonst was essen sollten, ich finde für knapp 300€/Nacht sollte es schon einen Room Service geben. Wenn sich das Hotel das Feedback zu Herzen nimmt würde ich aber definitiv wieder kommen!

• Rebecca (8/5): Wonderful exclusive feeling stay yet close to the bustle of town - Lovely clean, modern rooms. Welcoming and kind staff. The pool was perfect and never had to fight for a spot. Close to many beaches for which you pay a small price for 2 lounge chairs and an umbrella. Breakfast was generous and lovely. Very close to the more bustling town for drinks/dinner but the hotel felt very exclusive and quiet. Perfect for the end to our romantic holiday. Pool bar was never open, and no menu for drinks/food by the pool.

• MB (10/5): - Het hotel licht net buiten het centrum en is daarom lekker rustig. Je kunt vanaf hier in 10 minuten via een pad langs het strand naar de uitgaansgelegenheid van Ksamil lopen. Het hotel heeft een mooi zwembad met rondom een zeer mooi aangelegd en onderhouden tuin. De kamers zijn de schoonste in Albanië en zeer ruim en mooi ingericht. Het personeel heeft ons veel tips gegeven waar je lekker kunt eten en waar de stranden mooier en iets minder druk waren dan in het centrum van Ksamil. Voor het hotel is ook een zeer goede jetski verhuur en er start ook een boottocht kortom een perfecte locatie voor een welverdiende vakantie. Niets

Outside the crowded area of Ksamil, but just 15min walking to the centar of Ksamil and just 5 min with a car. Infront of the hotel there are few beaches with taverns, and the water is cristal clear. Beds and matressess are very very comfy. Breakfast is superb. Facilities are exeptionaly clean. The fresh towels delivered by the staf on the pool is a very kind guesture. Staff is very natural, nice and helpfull All in all a perfect place to stay and enjoy the vacation in Ksamil Albania

Unlike many other places, the buildings are not crowded together – there’s more space, greenery, and a relaxed atmosphere. • Latife (4/5): Von aussen sehr schön, innen jedoch eher enttäuschend. - Das Hotel macht von aussen einen sehr guten Eindruck – die Aussenanlage ist gepflegt und schön gestaltet. Auch der Pool war sauber und in gutem Zustand. Parkmöglichkeiten gab es genügend, allerdings nur auf der Strasse ausserhalb der Hotelanlage. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber von der Grösse her weder klein noch wirklich gross – insgesamt eher durchschnittlich. Wir haben über Booking für zwei Nächte (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder, inkl. Frühstück) insgesamt 701,28 € bezahlt – für Albanien ein sehr hoher Preis. Da erwartet man entsprechenden Service. Leider blieb das Haus deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück. Das Zimmer war zwar sauber, aber von der Ausstattung enttäuschend: ein Wasserkocher, 4 Flaschen Wasser, 4 Gläser sowie 2 Teebeutel, Zucker und löslicher Kaffee – allerdings ohne Tassen und Löffel. Für ein angebliches Luxushotel schwach. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, bekommen haben wir eines im Erdgeschoss – vom Meer keine Spur. Der Service war das grösste Problem: Gleich am Ankunftstag wollten wir um 15 Uhr an den Pool, bekamen jedoch die Auskunft, es gebe keine sauberen Badetücher. Der Mitarbeiter reagierte genervt, erst nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption erhielten wir zwei Tücher. Der Pool selbst ist mit ca. 8x4 m eher so gross wie ein Privatpool, rundherum standen gerade mal 12 Liegestühle und 3 Sitzsäcke – viel zu wenig für alle Gäste. Das Frühstück war eine weitere Enttäuschung: Sehr geringe Auswahl, unfreundliche Mitarbeiter und die Aufschnitte sowie der Käse lagen ungekühlt in der Sonne. Mein Mann erkrankte danach mit Magenproblemen. Für ein Hotel dieser Preisklasse völlig inakzeptabel. Zudem gibt es keinen eigenen Strandabschnitt, keine Liegen inklusive – bei einem Preis von 350 € pro Nacht ein klarer Minuspunkt. Am Hotelpool waren die wenigen Liegestühle fast immer belegt. Als wir nach Sonnenschirmen fragten, hiess es nur: „Wir haben keine, Sie müssen sich mit dem zufrieden geben, was da ist.“ Fazit: Ein Hotel, das von aussen viel verspricht, innen aber weder Service, Komfort noch Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bietet. Für den verlangten Preis würden wir es keinesfalls weiterempfehlen.
• Viklund (6/5): Inte så barnvänligt - Gillade verkligen rummet. Det var rymligt, fin utsikt och rent. Sköna sängar. Frukosten var bra. Maten i restaurangen var också god och vällagad. Mycket bra aircondition i rummet. Fin pool, men lite väl djup för små barn ca 140 cm överallt. Det fanns mycket restauranger i närheten och den publika stranden var rolig för barnen. Jag uppfattade det som att personalen hade inställningen att vi skulle vara tacksamma att få vara där. De verkade störda av att barnen var med. Det var svårt att ställa in värmen i duschen antingen var det kallt eller hett. De bytte inte lakan trots att de blev smutsiga. Det fanns ingenstans i badrummet att hänga upp handdukar, så de hamnade på golvet. Mitt emot, på andra sidan viken var det ett diskotek, så det var hög musik om nätterna.

Vor des Hotels gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze, jeder Strand ist entweder zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto (besser) erreichbar. Die Lage war sehr zentral und dennoch angenehm ruhig. Der Pool am Hotel war groß und die Liegen sehr bequem. Das Personal war Höchst freundlich. Das Restaurant im Hotel war sehr gut und das Essen köstlich. Alles sehr empfehlenswert!

• Patriot (10/5): Es war ein rundum entspanntes und sehr heimisches Gefühl im Euro Hotel. - Sehr sauber, modernes Zimmer, zuvorkommendes Personal, ruhige Lage, Strand ist 1 min Fußweg entfernt also direkt vor dem Hotel.
• Julia (10/5): Kommen gerne wieder. - Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Exzellentes und reichhaltiges Frühstück. Schöne Pool area. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer sehr sauber.

• Demir (10/5): Highly recommended - Thanks to friendly and helpful staff, we really enjoyed our stay and admired the service, amenities and geniality. First of all, like the rest of the hotel, our room was also very clean and towels were changed daily. Besides, quality of linens were really high, which made our stay even better. Food was delicious and made of organic products, letting us feel safe and healthy. Staff at the restaurant were also really helpful and friendly. As for the pool, it was clean and a calm, relaxing area for us. The hotel is just in front of the beach and within walking distance to Ksamil, shops, lounges, restaurants/bars, beach clubs. Lastly, apart from other members, we really would like to thank and indicate our appreciation to all the staff and especially to receptionists Fabio and Leda for their continuous support for our requests. Also never to forget, special thanks to waiter Ermal for his hospitality, kindness and friendly attitude/support for the whole stay. Despite being only a year old, Euro Hotel offered us an unforgettable experience and lovely stay, definitely recommended!
