• Svetlana (10/5): - Уютная и чистая квартира, светлая и с высокими потолками, окна выходят во двор, поэтому тихо, очень удобная кровать. Не хватает, на мой взгляд, микроволновки( иногда разогреть готовую еду просто необходимо).

• Irene (7/5): Lo recomiendo - El colchón muy cómodo, la cocina que tenia todos los utensilios y la ubicación ya que esta a 20" a pie de la plaza del Duomo El ascensor era muy muy pequeño, teniamos un carrito de bebé que ni doblado cabía y cada vez teniamos que subirlo y bajarlo por las escaleras

• Justina (7/5): Ottimo come punto per dimorare ed essere a 2 passi dall’ospedale policlinico - La sua vicinanza all’ospedale policlinico La cucina per me è stata inutilizzabile perché collocata nella stessa stanza dove si dimora.
• Elisa (6/5): Sin más - La ubicación es muy buena, en una calle llena de restaurantes. La cama es muy cómoda. El edificio está muy descuidado, y el apartamento aunque tiene un lavado de cara es un poco “chapuza”. La vitrocerámica es de inducción y no funciona del todo bien con los utensilios de cocina. El aparato de aire acondicionado hace mucho ruido y se apaga, por lo que hace frío en el apartamento al rato.

• Sonia (10/5): ACOGEDORA ESTANCIA EN MILÁN - El diseño de la estancia, lo confortable del colchón, incluso la cocina estaba preparada para cocinar (aunque no la usamos). Acogedora y muy bonita. El aire acondicionado (la calefacción) algo ruidoso aunque llegábamos tan cansados que no nos importó demasiado.

• Elena (6/5): - Квартира в уютном и тихом дворике. Не так далеко трамвайная остановка и остановка метро. Удобная кровать. Наверное на этом преимущества заканчиваются. Я бы назвала эту квартиру - квартира для красоты! Нефункциональная. Заселили нас позже положенного времени почти на 3 часа, хорошо хоть разрешили оставить чемоданы. Мы уставшие с тяжёлыми чемоданами , с вокзала, рассчитывали на своевременное заселение и отдых. Зато засыпали сообщениями за несколько дней до заезда по поводу оплаты городского налога. Ни в одной квартире таких вопросов и проблем не было. В квартире был только чай, две бутылки воды и кофе. Никаких снеков и других угощений не было, хотя в отзывах я это читала. Со слов хозяина это были старые отзывы. В квартире не было ни одного крючка для полотенец , куда вешать и как сушить их ответа мне не последовало. Душевая кабина тоже сделана странно, выходить из неё неудобно. Верхний душ не работал, точнее лейка сломана. На мою жалобу ответа также не последовало. Лифт очень узкий, если крупный багаж, коляска или просто габаритный человек ехать в лифте нереально, рассчитывайте на подъём пешком на 3 этаж по крутой лестнице.

• Elvira (10/5): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Ho soggiornato in questo monolocale e mi sono trovata benissimo. L’appartamento è dotato di tutto il necessario, molto curato e funzionale. Il letto matrimoniale è nuovo e davvero comodo, con un materasso di ottima qualità che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Ottima soluzione per chi cerca comfort e praticità.

• Alexandra (1/5): I liked it but I won’t be coming back. - The location is nicely furnished and very clean. Close to the metro station. I hated the extended sofa, one of the worst beds ive slept in , I wouldn’t recommend, happy I was here for only one night. Considering that I had paid roughly 140€ a night they should have had at least a good bed. No curtains , you can’t sleep for longer either, the check out is at 10:00. If you want a late check out they charge you 20€, if you want a late check in, they charge you extra 30€ . Checking in is at 15:00.

• Serrano (7/5): Good location, no noise at night, but sofa bed was not comfy - Easy access, good location, decent walking distance to places of our interest. There was no noise at night, which was important for us. Good taste with decor, all clean and neat. The sofa bed wasn't comfortable at all. Even though we knew it was going to be a sofa bed, it was still a very bad mattress. Would be best if switched to a regular bed with a decent mattress.

• Ksoomelt (9/5): Nice comfort place! - Really nice place - clean, comfort and cozy. The room is not so big, but it is nice and well equipped, clean and comfort. It seems quite fresh and you have a quite homy feeling in there. The location is about 20min walk from Duomo, so it is fine. And near is also the Metro, so it is quite comfort. The area is nice and quiet. You get, what they promise, so it was great, nthing to add here.

• Manon (9/5): Beautiful little apartment in a nice neighbourhood! - Very pretty and clean! Cosy and safe neighbourhood with good resto’s and breakfast possibilities. Communication with Elvira was great and very clear. We received a Milan guide which was very handy. And both Elvira and housekeeper were very flexible for check in/out which was amazing for us. Would recommend, we had a great stay in Milan! The matress and cushion was hard but that is personal! We had a lovely stay anyway. Also do mind it is a 15-20min walk to the city centre.
