Fom the moment I arrived, the staff were warm professional, and genuinely welcoming, making check-in smooth and stress-free The Room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably every day. Special thanks for the wonderful farewell. Breakfast! Overall great experience

- Abdul (1/5): They are threatening me with calls after I posted my review. Very bad experience - I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The room provided to my team was in extremely poor condition and not clean at all. Upon arrival, I immediately requested the staff to change the room and provide a cleaner one, but they refused, saying no other rooms were available. Due to the unhygienic condition, I had to check out on the same day. Despite this, I was charged the full amount, which was very unfair. To make matters worse, after I posted a review on Google, I received threatening calls from multiple numbers asking me to delete my feedback. This behavior is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The main issue with the property was poor cleanliness.

The bathroom somehow always seems to be leaking water from under the sink or some place, and is dripping and floor gets wet. The front-desk staff and manager seem to have challenges between them and had to witness a short shouting match which wasn't a good feeling

Photos are nicer than the reality. Cleaning and maintenance were not great. Bathroom was a little gross. Room had a lot of street noise. No backup power. Kitchen closes early.

Dinner and breakfast was average taste Parking was limited and more over it gets blocked by the cars of other residents. There were no recreational facilities available like table tennis, snooker, carrom etc
