- Andrei (10/5): Переждать время между рейсами вполне сойдет. - Расположение отличное, если вы в ожидании рейса и у вас ранний вылет. Завтрак обычный, голодным не останетесь, но и особого восторга не вызывал, мог быть и получше. Номера чистые и удобные, кондиционер работает без шума и провалов по температуре. Душевая удобная, функциональная и чистая. При бронировании номера с условием оплаты на месте пытались снять средства с карты, без предупреждения и под непонятным ником, я принял их за мошенников. Не было пополнения чая на второй день. Нет русских каналов в телевизоре. Завтраки скудные и не вкусные.

Администратор на ресепшн отлично говорила по английски Открылся 3й терминал, и из него нет трансфера. Пришлось ехать на шатле до 2го и из него еще полчаса ждать трансфер. Мы добирались до отеля почти два час((( хотя были в аэропорту. Очень не удобно.

- Jun (8/5): Comfortable for a stop over stay. - Close to the airport, regular free shuttle to the airport, the driver helps me to carry the luggage down from the bus, great service. The non slippery mat in the shower room has stains, should be replaced.

Заезжали ночью и сотрудник отчетливо сказал, что завтрак, который был оплачен мной, будет проходить внизу с 6-12 утра. Я удивилась, что обычно везде в 11 заканчивается и переспросила, он подтвердил на ломаном английском, что конец завтрака в 12. Я спустилась на завтрак в 10:15 и конечно же застала пустые тарелки и персонал, который разводил руками мол завтрак окончен. Ночью ребенка вырвало на кровать из-за отравления, попросила заменить номер, сотрудники не охотно шли на контакт, парень просто играл в телефон и делал вид что не понимает меня. Утром выяснилось, что за уборку номера я должна им 200 $, на что я конечно отказалась платить такую сумму. Сотрудница не долго думав сказала, что перепутала доллары с юанями и я им должна 200 юаней… короче отношение не того уровня, который заявлен.

- Alan (9/5): Nice quiet spot close to the airport - Good location close to the airport with convenient shops and restaurants nearby. Its a buisnsess park so quiet at night. They had a laundry for guests which was great but the clothes-dryers need to be thrown out, they were useless! I put some clothes in them and even after two hours the clothes were still damp, i tried another dryer with different settings and they were the same. In the end I had to hang my clothes in the room but if i didnt have the time, would have been annoyed carrying wet or damp clothes home in my suitcase.

- Jelena (8/5): Guangzhou is a pretty spread out city. Spending 3 - 4 days will allow you to experience the city. - Breakfast is extraordinary. Big variety of both chinese and international food. Chinese noodle soups, rice and fish, cooked vegetables, dumplings. English bkfst with eggs, sausages, beans and tomatoes. French pastries, swiss muesli, nuts and cheese, italian coffee. Fruits, yogurt etc. Staff needs to improve their knowledge of english a little bit.

There are a few restaurants and cafe nearby. Big room, good buffet and free shuttle bus to and fro the airport. Free washing machine is available.

Номер просторный и идеально чистый, видно, сто уборка отменная. Супер матрасы, супер белье и подушки, идеально чистая ванная комната, халаты, тапочки, все чин по чину Завтрак с собой. Стоимость включения завтрака около около 8 долларов, в него входило варёное яйцо:не стали есть, запах подозрительно смахивал на сероводород (я химик и прекрасно его отличаю), выпечка не свежая, маленькая слойка с джемом, и сладкий йогурт. Немножко ошарашили таким. Приятно было бы получить свежий сэндвич, например, кофе в банке холодный, сок или воду хотя бы, плюс салфетки для рук было бы полезно.
