• Georgia Anna (9/5): - The room was just as pictured, spacy, clean, with all the amenities. The host was more than welcome, helpful and kind. The location was ideal for us, really central and next to many museums, monuments, restaurants and bars. Only negative is that there was a neighbour, right next to our room that was watching TV really loud with his door open all day long, which made it kind of difficult for us to sleep during the night. The double bed was squeaking but it wasn't uncomfortable.
• Zuzanna (6/5): - Lokalizacja w samym centrum starego miasta. Dobre wyposażenie - suszarka, odkurzacz, żelazko, ekspres do kawy, duży telewizor. Pomocna i bezproblemowa obsługa z personalem. Spora ilość żeli pod prysznic i ręczników. Widać, że obiekt przeszedł duży remont, aczkolwiek brak wentylacji powoduje grzyba w całym mieszkaniu. Sufit w łazience (nad prysznicem) był wręcz czarny. Zabrakło też poszwy na kołdrę - dla lepszej higieny.

Nonostante l'esterno non prometta altrettanto bene, ottimo appartamento, l'essenziale c'è, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, proprietario gentile e disponibilissimo il wifi non funzionava molto bene
• Tiziana (9/5): - Appartamento al primo piano, interamente ristrutturato e pulitissimo. L'appartamento ha una camera con un letto matrimoniale ed uno singolo, un salotto con divano letto, una cucina ed un bagno molto spazioso. Posizione comodissima per girare tutto il centro storico, anche rientrando la sera per la doccia e poi uscire per cena e passeggiata nei vicoli di Spaccanapoli! Gestori gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Un po' di mancanza di luce naturale, dovuta al fatto che l'appartamento è interno ad un vicoletto. Per noi non è stato un problema, anche perché sei fuori tutto il giorno a goderti la città!!

• Katerina (10/5): Qualità prezzo ottimo! Super consigliato! Ci tornerei senz’altro! - Appartamento pulito in zona centralinisti ma in piena vita della città. Siamo sentite in sicurezza. Forse qualche miglioramento nella cucina,ma comunque era fornito di caffè e tutto necessario per poterla utilizzare.

• Alicia (6/5): - We were unable to have an early check in but the host allowed us to store our bags until the standard 14:00 check in time. He was very communicative.   Upon check-in, there was no washing machine as listed on the booking.com listing. When we questioned this with the host, we were given a location of a local laundromat but no compensation. There was no body soap, shampoo, toiletries, and dish washing detergent as listed as well. We had to ask for these and were promptly provided with them.   The sofa lounge is noisy (squeaky) and hard. The apartment is located above and inside a car garage with a balcony overlooking the internal entry of the garage (no street view). There is a bright light streaming through the living room all night, where the sofa bed is located, with no curtains to make the room dark for sleeping.   Although the floors were clean, the bathroom shower had black mold/dirt all around the skirting. The toilet is difficult to flush.

Rien à dire, je vous le recommande amplement que ça soit au niveau de la disposition de la communication avec le propriétaire ainsi que de sa propreté. Le seul inconvénient, les voisins😂 tu as cette impression qu’ils sont dans l’appartement tellement la TV est mise au volume. Max très tard le soir.😂😂😂 mais sincèrement je retournerai 👍🏻
• Mark (9/5): Schoon en ruim appartement midden in stadscentrum. - Ruim en schoon appartement, midden in het oude stadscentrum. Locatie is perfect. Onder het appartement is een kleine parkeergarage die van dezelfde familie is als het appartement. Onze auto konden wij hier parkeren, wat geweldig was omdat dit veel gesleep en gesjouw met bagage door de stad scheelde en het gaf ons een veilig gevoel. De medewerkers waren zeer vriendelijk, hartelijk en behulpzaam. Het appartement is midden in het stadscentrum, dat betekent dat je even moet wennen aan het lawaai van de stad en andere bewoners van het pand. Na een nachtje waren we hieraan gewend. Met de auto bij de garage en het appartement komen is een zeer grote uitdaging door de smalle straatjes en is niet bedoeld voor onervaren rijders.

• Maro (8/5): Very good - Ferdinando was an amazing host! He gave us some really good tips and he wanted to make sure that we would arrive safe at his property to the point that he personally contacted the taxi driver himself. The apartment was spotless clean and very spacious! I only have a minor complaint and I know that this is not really up to the host, but the neighbour's TV was extremely loud until midnight. The only improvement suggestion I have for this property is to place a small trash can in the bathroom for disposable hygiene items and possibly add a bedside lamp in the bedroom.

• Kytxa (9/5): Great value - Quite the local feeling, easy to reach and great hosts, very attentive and polite. Naples is a wild city so don't expect this to be a quiet and peaceful apartment. Yet, it is a perfect location, we felt secure and we didn't have sleeping problems. A black out curtain would be nice to hide some away from the street lights.

• Arabella (10/5): A lovely studio room with super helpful hosts and an unbeatable location in the historic district! - We loved the Tufo Holiday home. It was a perfect base for a few days in Naples. It's a studio apartment on the ground floor so no need to drag suitcases up multiple flights of stairs. It had everything we needed and the location couldn't be beaten - it was situated in a quiet side street just off the main Via Tribunali so we were in the hub of the historic district surrounded by eateries, entertainment and a host of historical places to visit just a few steps away. Self-check-in meant we didn't need to worry if our flight was delayed. It took only 15-20 minutes to walk to the main train station when we left. Ferdinando and Giovanni were exceptionally helpful hosts. From excellent and friendly communication from the very start, to arranging a private driver to pick us up from Naples Airport as we had a late flight, to recommending lots of places to eat and visit and also storing our luggage for free on our last day. We really felt part of the family and very well looked after. It made our trip!
• Jonathan (7/5): Tufo Holiday home - The home was lovely and in a very good location in Naples old town It was unfortunately very loud at times as the owner has an auto garage right next to it so without fail every morning there were lots of cars going past the apartment, the bins were also collected very loudly every day at odd times, but that wasn't the owners fault
• Máté (10/5): Homely stay in the heart of Naples - The location is smack in the middle of the city, with lots of great places nearby, yet it's on a slightly calmer street, making it a location as good as it can be. The room has a rustic style but it's still very homely with great lighting. The host provided us with loads of great info on which local places and foods should we try and was super helpful with any questions we had. There is a great coffee machine to start the day with. We didn't have a thick blanket when we arrived, but upon asking, the host had one arranged in only a couple of hours, which was fantastic.
• Elisabeth (8/5): Very good - good location for city trip. Neapel is very loud and you when you sleep with open window (we dont like air conditioning) it is hard to sleep but we think this is normal for Neaples. room was nice and somethink special on its own.
